The atmosphere here was super inviting, welcoming, warm, and super friendly. Their price points are spot on!! This America's Tires is much bigger than the one in Camarillo, thus they can do more. Today, I made appointment at America's Tires Simi Valley for a Tire Alignment, since the Camarillo is a smaller sector, I decided to come this one, I called beforehand to see if they had a opening and they did so happy about that, other side the phone was Fernando he was very sweet & understanding he told me there was one car head of me that needed to replace all 4 tires, since I was 30 mins away no problem. When got there and went into the store I was greeted by Mason. I told Mason what I needed & told him I just got new tires & everything is in their system which is great too! I did have some questions and he answered them all beautifully! So they quickly whisked my car away and started working on it. I would say I probably waited 15-20 mins until everything was done. Which I didn't mind at all! Richard came out showing me the paper of the tires alignment & explaining to me about alignment & I thought how thoughtful of that! America's Tires Quality & Honest & Trustworthy You can Trust! I asked Richard if I could have a copy of my Receipt he was so sweet & kind of him he did it right away! Mason & Richard, we both super polite, kind, caring, super knowledgeable, very genuine, helpful, and super down to earth! Mason & Richard both have this super positive upbeat energy about themselves that really radiates! Mason & Richard are Rarest of all Diamonds. Their shine can never fade! Please treasure them greatly!!! I would love to especially Thank Mason & Richard for a Fantastic & Fabulous & Memorable Visit! I would also like to thank Fernando too! I would like to Thank America's Tire Simi Valley for a wonderful visit! Thank You so much America's Tires, I got everything done in one day!! I had a Great & Positive Experience here!! I drive a Mercedes GT and I first went to Costco to get my tires there thinking they'd have them. I waited 20 minutes with shitty customer service for them to tell me they don't carry my unique tires apparently only exotic cars use these tires and I was out of luck. I kept calling places till I got in contact with Jim's tires. The customer service from the beginning a call over the phone put me at ease. The representative that assisted me "Jose" said come on in I got you all taken care of. I will have your tires ready when you come in tomorrow morning and you'll be in and out. I scheduled AAA to tow my car first thing in the morning another great perk this store opens at 7:30am I arrive they're already waiting on me and I was in and out. I swear I wish everyone had Jose's fast customer service and personality he made things easy and explained everything to me to where it made sense. He also updated me on other things I need to get done to my car and hooked me up with 4 free oil changes through an app. Best place I highly recommend it. When I was having a horrible day, Thomas made me feel like somebody cared about me, which is rare for me when I'm dealing with businesses these days. Next time I will drive out of my way to Simi Valley next time, I need a tire.

Tire Pros used to be a friendly, honest, and customer-oriented business. My wife and I have been…read morecustomers in the past and trusted them for tire repairs and replacements. Unfortunately, since the management and ownership changed a couple of years ago, this place has gone seriously downhill. I came in this morning with a very simple request: I had a nail in my rear tire and only needed the nail removed and the tire repaired. The tire still had approximately 2-3 mm of tread remaining, and I was completely upfront that I planned to replace the tires within the next couple of weeks. Instead of simply helping with the immediate problem, the employee refused to remove the nail because of the remaining tread. I understand that they may have concerns about tire safety, but refusing even to remove the nail from a tire that I was planning to replace soon felt unreasonable and, frankly, like an attempt to pressure me into buying new tires on the spot. What really says it all is that I drove to another tire shop just down the street. They looked at the tire, removed the nail, and helped me without any questions or sales pressure whatsoever. That experience made the difference very clear: one business was interested in helping a customer, while Tire Pros seemed more interested in making a sale. It's sad to see what happened to a business that used to provide good service. After today, my wife and I will never use this Tire Pros location again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused service. If management wonders why longtime customers are leaving, experiences like this are a good place to start.

I showed up to get mine replaced for the same price EXCEPT the woman at the register was very rude about inflating the price to charge me $50 a tire. I was only able to change two of them, she them told me it would be $120. I asked for a price breakdown since they told me that tires were $50 each. She went into a long rant about how gas prices are higher and therefore they have to charge me more. When it came time to pay, the total was $110, NOT $120. She took my $100 dollar bill in cash and rang my card up for $10 and ONLY gave me a receipt for the amount that was charged on my car ($10). SHADY place with confusing prices and horrible communication. Unless you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Did I mention I was only able to get USED tires? Anyway, save your stress and energy, go to a place with more transparency and clear communication. It goes a long way.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Mexicali Tires in Simi Valley was absolutely…read moreterrible from start to finish. First off, the technician had zero customer service skills. He looked completely fed up with his job and made it clear he didn't want to be there. I then asked another man--who I'm assuming was the owner--for a quote on a set of new tires. He couldn't even look me in the eye when he gave me the price. While completely looking away from me, he threw out a confident quote of $2,000 for the exact same tires that multiple other separate shops have quoted me $1,000 for. A 100% markup is just pure greed, and he couldn't even confidently back up his own numbers to my face. To top it all off, the checkout process was a joke. I walked up to the counter and greeted the older woman with a smile, only to get a miserable, stern look back. When I tried to tell her I needed to pay for a tire patch, she couldn't even hear me because she was blasting YouTube videos of nasal canals at full volume on her computer. After I had to repeat myself several times to get her attention, she told me a simple plug patch was $35. Charging $35 for an external plug--when reputable shops actually remove the tire and patch it properly from the inside for less--is absurd. When I questioned the $35 price, she gave me a defensive, condescending attitude and said, "Yes, a lot of people go to different places and act surprised when they see the price." Well, people are surprised because your prices are a rip-off and your attitude is garbage. Take your business somewhere else where they actually value customers and don't overcharge for subpar work

We explained what was wrong with the car and what was needed. They weren't able to look at it until the end of the day, but quickly confirmed what was wrong. He called me and literally said, "you were right, it's the bushing that needs repair". They ordered the part and said they'd call in the morning. A new guy, Elon, called to let us know it would be $249. He also called to let us know we needed a new battery. Mind you, we haven't needed to jump start the car for years, so this came at a very interesting time for us, wondering what they did to drain the battery. Either way, we declined the upsell items he mentioned, and went in to make our $249 payment. Lo and behold, the payment is now over $300. When asked why it's different than what he told us over the phone, he stated that it was a $50 diagnostic fee. I stated that I told Rafael what was needed to be done, so why the large diagnostic fee, when I was quoted $9.99. He said, "well, if you give me the part number that you gave Rafael, then I'll take off the fee". I didn't think I needed to give him a part number. To be fair, I was willing to pay the $9.99 fee that I was quoted, but also thought that was part of the $249 he said it would all cost over the phone. Elon was so smug during the conversation, knowing there was nothing we could do about it. Well, hope someone sees this and knows that if you deal with Elon, you may pay more than you expected, just like I did. Like I said, beware of this shop and the extra charges. FYI - their A/C guy is on leave, so they can't work on that right now. Not sure how long that will last, but sounded like it's going to be awhile.
