However I was treated like an equal from the moment I walked in here instead of an opportunity to upsell. I had one nail in my tire and after doing a lot of research, I had came to my own conclusion that I would probably have to have the entire tire replaced because of where it was at. It was such a nice surprise when he told me that not only did I have one tire that was punctured, but two BUT instead of forcing me to swap two tires for hundreds of dollars they were able to fix both repairs for $60. They have been the only place we've taken my wife's car for oil changes since we bought it. On my last oil change I was told that the threads on the oil plan were stripped and I needed to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I didn't think much about it until today when I took the car to another shop for the suggested repairs. It is going to cost me $1,768 to get a new oil pan !!! The mechanic, which I have known for a very long time, said it was stripped and someone tried to fix it and just made it worse and unrepairable. I just called Randy's and they denied responsibility. I told them they were the only place that has ever done an oil change and it is impossible that they didn't cause the damage. The rest of the conversation went nowhere. I always try to support local businesses. But when they damage my car, cost me $1,768, and don't even consider taking responsibility, they have just lost a long time customer. I will be sure to let my friends and neighbors know about today's experience.

Before the work was done, we specifically discussed the setting we wanted and made it very clear that our goal was for the front and rear of the truck to sit even\. When we picked up the truck, the front end was noticeably higher than the rear\. The owner explained that he had decided to set the shocks at their highest setting because he thought it would better match our previous setup\. Unfortunately, that was not what we asked for, and it did not achieve the result we had specifically requested\. We agreed the shocks needed to be reset to low, or medium at the very highest\. They were ultimately set on low, and the truck now sits the way it did with our previous setup\. What was especially disappointing was that we were charged for the additional labor required to correct a setting we had not requested in the first place\. In our opinion, if a shop chooses to disregard a customer's specific instructions and the work then has to be redone, the customer should not be charged for correcting that decision\. We expected fair treatment from a local business in our little town, and unfortunately we did not feel we received it\. We will not be taking our vehicles there in the future\.

After getting my tire swapped, I came here for an alignment because I knew that had gotten messed up too. I actually almost went to a different location, a chain, but I saw this ma and pop spot on the map and it had great reviews about their service and my priority that day was to be in and out as soon as possible. They delivered. They were kind and friendly, they took my Camry up immediately and got to work. They had a waiting room with water and coffee and very comfortable sofas. I took the car to Audi in T.O. and they discovered the nail and recommended I bring the car to Tire Man. This was May 22nd, 2026. I arrived at Tire Man and explained the situation to the counter person wearing a white shirt who looked like a manager, and he said they would take care of it. I see people commenting on Yelp how great this business is and how they repair/patch tires often without charge. Well, they charged me $30. I was not offered or provided with a receipt. The very next day, May 23, 2026, I was out driving and the tire warning light came on. I took it to the nearest tire shop, which was in Camarillo. They examined the tire and sprayed it with some solution and showed me that the tire/patch job that Tire Man had done was leaking air. Furthermore, they explained that 1) they would never charge for a patch and 2) a patched tire can't be re-patched for the same puncture. This was after 2pm on Saturday and Tire Man was closed. It's Saturday before a long weekend and lots of tire places are closed, closing or don't have the tire(s) I needed in stock. And I absolutely needed the car for a weekend trip to Paso Robles. So, the tire shop in Camarillo filled the tire up and called shops around T.O. and located a shop that had a replacement tire that would work. I drove to America's Tire in Thousand Oaks. They had a random one-off tire they could sell me, but explained that could and probably would set off the Audi Quattro traction control system. They strongly advised I buy two matching tires (albeit it not the original spec tires on the car, which neither they nor anyplace keeps in stock). So, I ended up buying two new tires from them for $1170. Tire Man incompetently performed a faulty repair/patch that failed (and evidently didn't check the quality of their own repair or they would have detected that it was still leaking air). I have had tires on various cars patched over the years, and this is the first time a patch fails. I returned to Tire Man to discuss with owner/manager Carey, who asked me to see the patched tire (as if I'd be driving around with a dirty, leaking unmounted tire). He basically told me to pound sand.

Tyler assisted me today and knowing him from before, he was so generous with his time and knowledge, explaining to me the tread life left and future options on replacement. I was in and out in 30 minutes, thank you to Roman and his team, who jumped on the task immediately. Last November, we were in Lake Havasu visiting family and one of our truck tires had the biggest screw that I'd ever seen lodged in the tread. Americas Tire there had me in and out quickly. I always feel confident that the techs are highly qualified to handle whatever they come across and will get us back on the road. When got there and went into the store I was greeted by Mason. I told Mason what I needed & told him I just got new tires & everything is in their system which is great too!
