I have three kids and a full work schedule. I moved meetings around and rearranged my day to accommodate him both times. After the second no-show, it became really frustrating. Wheel rash to automobile wheels make a car look tired, maybe ill maintained. The options are: touch them up yourself; take the car to a wheel repair shop and leave it for a few days; or ... find a mobile service that will come to you and repair the wheel on the car. We needed to look for someone to repair our 18 inch wheel on our Tesla M3. Curb rash all around the edge of the wheel. I used yelp to look and received a reply from Rob within 30 minutes and on a Sunday! I uploaded photos of the damaged wheel and Rob gave me an estimate which was $10 less than another estimate. I decided to go with Rob and met him at a nearby Tesla dealership where he was already doing work on other Tesla's that day. Rob is also mobile and can go to your house. I met with Rob and he thoroughly discussed the work he would do to the tire and reassured me it would look like new. After about an hour, Rob was done. He did not disappoint. The wheel looked brand new. There was no sign of the damage rim. The color match was excellent. Wow, Wow, WOW! Rob just refinished one of my Tesla Ubertines that I had curb rashed. I wish I had taken pictures so that you could see the difference. He was able to remove that damage and paint the wheel to a perfect match. The wheel now looks brand new. Rob is great at communication and scheduling. Wow!! Rob is amazing!! I work in Thousand Oaks, and he comes to you when you need wheel repair. I got some curb rash on my Tesla Model 3 and I was doing a lot of research for a wheel repair company that I could trust with my Tesla, so I asked my Local Tesla Service center the if they know of a good wheel repair place and they recommended Wheel Wizard. I contacted Rob through Yelp and he responded pretty quick to my message. I asked him if he could come to where I work and he said no problem. He came to my work, and it took him about an hour to fix my wheel, thank goodness the damage was not extreme on my wheel. He also told me he has all the OEM paints for Tesla wheels and he has done over 1K wheels. I had to go back to work and left my Tesla with Rob and his associate and I trusted them with my Car. Had 2 Tesla 21" Ubertine rims to repair. He did such a fine job I defy you to show me where the damage was. Our local Tesla dealership recommended Wheel Wizard for our scratched-up tire rim, so yesterday I gave them a call. Considering this company works with some big-name dealerships, I was certainly surprised when I came across their Yelp page and saw they only have one review... I was also surprised that they're all the way up in LEONA VALLEY, and yet they service dealerships all the way down in the Agoura Hills-Calabasas area. And, yes, they come to you -- wherever you are. Well, I called, and the owner Rob picked up right away. I explained we needed work done on one back tire, gave the make/model, etc etc. He gave me the price up front. Rob also asked that I take a picture, which I did, so his tech could have an idea of what the work would entail. He originally told me the work would be done the following Tuesday (so, in one week's time), but said he'd give me a call if they could come out sooner. As they are so far away, he'd prefer to send his guy out when he had other appointments in the area. Understandable. This morning, though, Rob called and said they had a cancellation in Valencia and thus would be (relatively) in the area, if we had the car handy. We were thrilled. I texted his tech Denton with our address and he was here in under an hour. The job took about 50 minutes or so, right in the parking lot, and the tire now looks amazing. Should we need a touch-up, they said it wouldn't be a problem. We paid with a credit card, though they also take checks. I have a Tesla mode Y performance model. Uberturbine wheels. They're a flat gray color with a hint of violet in the sun. They're new and they're unique. After having it a few months and driving meticulously, I curb rashed two wheels. I was so frustrated. I contacted Rob and Tim and they told me they specialize in Tesla's. Tesla service center recommended them as well. The issue they had though was the car was too new and they didn't have a paint match to fix the wheels to a point where they were comfortable with the final product. We worked together and tried to find ANYONE with a paint match. It was impossible to find anything on the market and Tesla doesn't share the paint codes. Tsportline claimed to have a model Y Uberturbine "gunpowder" match but it isn't. Rob looked into it and it was just a half assed cover up. Rob eventually put together his own paint and came out with a match that I'd say is spot on. He came out to my workplace and did his thing. You can't tell there was ever a scratch. It's ridiculous. His job is literally a 100% fix. Kudos to these guys. For their exceptional customer service, determination to make a match and of course, the quality of their work. All I can say is this company is the most honest trustworthy service company I've ever dealt with,from owner Rob to tech Denton! First off they tell you they can fix your wheel but also let you know it won't be perfect before they start the work. Let me tell ya there work is perfect in my book!! They had fixed my wife's wheel wich was a machine finish with paint and I can't even tell where the repair was made!!!! Happy wife is a happy life. As for my model X Tesla they will not release the exact paint color for the ONYX black wheels to any repair shop. They have to guess the color and these guys did just that. PERFECT!!!!!!!! So there service and professionalism was beyond what I would have expected! Then it came to the bill wich was very reasonable at $260.00 to have both wheels repaired. I was so busy with my kids I had accidentally mis counted my money and handed it to the the wheel tech Denton in wich I got a knock on my door five minutes later with him stating that I had over paid him by $100.00.
