Leo was incredibly responsive and timely. He made no promises upfront since the ding was directly on the body line, which he explained can be more difficult to repair. About 20 minutes later, he was finished--and I genuinely couldn't even tell where the ding had been. He did a beautiful job. Absolutely worth every penny. I've been procrastinating getting a large dent out of the side of my car and he did it so quickly. Got the whole thing out perfectly. I did my due diligence and talked to a few other companies but I am so glad I went with Leo. The body shops I talked to quoted even more than my dealership which is insane to me--plus, both places I had to physically drive to and take time to even get a quote. Meanwhile Leo gave a range for the estimate based off of photos and when he showed up (punctual too!), he gave me a thorough explanation of his prognosis and what to expect given the difficult location of the dent since it was right where there's a curve. He was careful to explain that he might not be able to get everything out depending on how the metal reacts but wow he managed to make the dent look like it was never there! It looks perfect. As a procrastinator, I wish I had just contacted him earlier. I am so happy that I didn't procrastinate writing this review.

He forewarned that depending on location of dents, some will smooth back out and others not. I was very happy with results, it was like a reset for my vehicle. With the harsh sun and crazy rainstorms we've had, my truck took a beating, especially since it's black. The roof and hood took the brunt of it by getting oxidized. I reached out to maybe 5-6 Mobile Auto Detailers and they either didn't want to touch it because they were too lazy to do the job, charged me a fortune, or they recommended I get a new paint job after showing them pics of the oxidation. Then along came Dave from DV Auto Care. He wasn't afraid to tackle the job by himself and gave me a price that was more than reasonable. This guy knocked it out of the park and I was speechless when he was finished. You can tell how much pride he takes in the quality and detail of work he does and he didn't cut corners to get it done as soon as possible. He took the time to get it done right the first time. I've had my truck detailed before and I can tell you that for a one-man show, he killed it! Saying I'm satisfied with his work is an understatement. Sometimes it's best to give new guys on the block a chance to show you what they can do and I took that chance. Moving forward, he just earned my business and will be using him often!
