In the 10 years I have had my car, I have never had it detailed and it SHOWED! To say I was overdue is an understatement. It was getting to the point where I did not want to be in the car - I wish I had taken before photos because it is truly a night and day difference! Gerardo was so friendly and responsive, and was happy to answer all my questions given this is a new service for me! He was prompt in his communication and arrival and came to my work site. Gerardo is stellar! He is so responsive to messages. I reached out to him after finding him on Yelp and seeing all the great reviews. I requested a quote and he was fast and concise. A lot of other companies gave a very long shpeel of what it included or could include but also talked a lot about add ins and hourly rates. Gerardo was very direct and to the point and gave an all encompassing rate which was refreshing. He showed up when promised and was even early. My car had never been detailed before and I have three kids, and four dogs. There are tons of snacks, and there have been spills over the years and not to mention all of the beach and camping trips. I won't say he got my car looking new, but he got my car looking like at least a new used car or a rental car. It's actually insane what he did. There was years of dirt and crumbs wiped and steamed away. We even had a small snafu where I didn't know to keep my windows cracked after the carpets were shampooed so it caused a moisture and odor issue the next day and Gerardo came back and explained everything to me and fixed the carpets by re-steaming them. Gerardo's work is super impressive, we just bought a brand new 2023 gx460, was looking for a detailer for the ceramic coating job, he was informative about the process and very fair pricing, we were very pleased with the work, came out better than the show room floor, looks like black glass!!. Gerardo did an excellent job. His pricing was very fair. He was very professional with his rig and is demeanor. He showed up right on time and got right to work. He had all of the tools and supplies neatly arranged in his van which really put a great impression in my mind. I happen to have security cameras facing the driveway where he worked so I could check in to see how he was progressing and was elated at seeing him take his time and do the job right. I have a dark blue SUV which had some minor scratches but also some abrasions and deep scratches. He was able to buff most everything out.
