CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The rubber residue from water runoff was cleaned up nicely and that seemed to be the most pestering issue with the recent rains. Loved the shininess in the sun once everything was done! GSF PPF is the "Top of the line" PPF material in the industry. Nothing compares to it. Jason also also upgraded the ceramic from Feynlab V1 to Feynlab V3 on all painted surfaces. Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. Ceramic was also applied to the wheels and to all exterior glass and plastic trim. Feynlab ceramic is the industry leading ceramic coating, there is none better. The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. Since the recent change in ownership, there has been a noticeable decline in both service quality and overall operations. Many of the familiar employees appear to have left, and unfortunately, it shows. Beyond the operational issues, the quality of the wash itself has become inconsistent. There have been multiple occasions where my vehicles were not fully clean after going through the wash, which is frustrating given the premium monthly cost. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. I pulled up for a wash and waited over 20 minutes while several vehicles that arrived after me were taken ahead of mine. There was no apparent system for managing the line and ensuring customers were helped in the order they arrived. I understand that ownership transitions can create challenges, but the combination of declining service quality, long delays, and lack of basic customer service is difficult to overlook, especially as a long-time, paying member. I'm hopeful things improve, but at this point, it's hard to justify the cost given the current experience..

First I have to say that I contacted every top-rated dent repair business on Yelp to compare…read morequotes, and took my car to a couple of respected local businesses that specialize in paintless repair. Express Dent & Paint was THE ONLY business that had the confidence to try and repair my car. The dent was in a very difficult spot along the edge of the fender, right on a crease. They were totally honest and transparent from the start that they couldn't guarantee a 100% repair (that would require regular body work/respray). But they were confident they could get it at least 70% repaired. Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. He got to work but after a while it was proving to be more challenging than expected due to the thickness of the steel and the location on my fender. It was looking better but not up to the 70% he had hoped, so he said he would only charge me 50% of the quote for his time coming out if that was the best he could do. But he didn't give up, and with more glue pulling he made it look tons better! Now the dent is barely noticeable, and you'd have to really look for it to find it. In my opinion it was $300 well spent, and the remaining imperfection is not worth spending $1200 at a body shop on a 23-year-old car. Chris is a magician and I highly recommend Express Dent & Paint.
