Luis at Next Level Auto Detailing did an outstanding job on my vehicle. His attention to detail is truly next level, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. He is very attentive, makes sure every part of the car is properly cleaned and finished, and doesn't rush the process at all. Everything came out looking amazing, like new again. I highly recommend Luis if you want quality work and someone who truly cares about the results. read more

I had a great experience with Next Level Auto Detailing. I got my car fully detailed about a year ago, and it's honestly something I still think about because of how good the results were. They did a full steam clean and knocked it out in just a few hours--around three--and my car felt completely refreshed, like it was brand new again. The attention to detail really showed, especially with how clean everything came out. The whole process was smooth, no issues at all, and the quality of work definitely speaks for itself. I've been meaning to book with them again soon because they set a pretty high standard. Highly recommend if you want your car brought back to life. read more

Luis at Next Level Auto Detailing is the absolute best. He is knowledgeable, personable and very understanding. My car had damage along with sun spots from living in Ojai and I decided to get it wrapped vs painted due to cost. I went back and forth with Luis for a couple weeks finally said yes, picked out the color and when I picked up my car- it looked BRAND NEW! He even went above and beyond with door handles and cleaning the lights. Everyone thought I bought a new car and loved the color. There's no where else to go but here! read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Next Level Detailing. I booked an appointment for a wash and detail and was really looking forward to it after reading so many great reviews. I planned my entire day around this appointment, as I was driving my family to a wedding later that day and wanted my vehicle looking its best. Unfortunately, I received a text from them a few minutes after my appointment time as im standing outside waiting for their arrival, informing me that they would be an hour to an hour and a half late--and asking if that would work for me. Ummm, no, that does not work for me. An "appointment" should mean a set time, especially for a new potential long-term client. This last-minute change completely ruined my plans and left a very bad impression. Not a good look for a business that's supposed to be professional and reliable. read more

Great work!! Worked on my bmw roof, removed my old crusted up sun damaged wrap and installed new gloss black wrap.

I received a gift certificate for Next Level and found Luis very easy to schedule and work with. He came to my home in Moorpark himself and did an amazing job! I've had my car for 7 years, and it is black and shows every tiny scratch and blemish. When he was done, the car looked better than new! I highly recommend their service and will certainly use them again! read more

Really impressed. Luis came out the same day and took the time to really make my car look spectacular. I've used many car detailers over the year, and none compare to him. Plus, he was significantly cheaper than the others. He was respectful, meticulous, and kind. Definitely recommend him and will be going back. read more

Luis and team were amazing! They provided a thorough detail that was immaculate inside and out! We did our three cars today and the time they spent on every inch of the car was well worth the cost. And on that note, he is very reasonable with his pricing. And they brought their own water and electricity. Very nice and professional guys. I will definitely be hiring them again! read more

This was the first time I've gotten an engine clean and didn't really have any expectations about what it was going to look like. I just wanted the grease, oil, and dust washed off. What I got was not only the best engine detail I could imagine, but an education in what he does and why. True professional! read more

Luis, the owner, is awesome! He is personable and very professional. He has great customer service and the results from my detailing were impeccable. I called him late on a Friday evening for an emergency detailing after some food/drinks spilled in the car all over the carpet, leather seats and in the side door speaker. He was very generous to fit me in, as he was already putting his equipment away for the day. He was very meticulous and the car came out better than when I first picked it up from the dealer. Would do business with him again! read more
