I'm sorry but very disappointed!!There's literally NO cars here yet I waited at least 5 minutes before anyone came out to my car to help me. Then, after the guy takes my car wash order he says "wait here, someone will be out soon to begin" ok? I waited at least another 10 minutes before anyone came to begin working on my car! I go in to pay, grabbed a water and tried to use the Yelp check in coupon for a free drink and they tell me they're no longer on Yelp? Then I tried to get cash back for tip and they tell me they can't do that but I can go over to the gas station next door!? I have never been to a carwash that doesn't give cash back with debit card payment... While I'm sitting and waiting for my car to be wiped down, I see the young man working on it, while he was appearing to be slow and unintentional, he did a great job!! However, the guys who vacuumed my car did a horrible job! The floors and seats had a significant amount of sand left behind...this is why I go to the car wash! To get that mess vacuumed up. Great customer service and the guys shining up my whip were super attentive to details. They even give a free drink with car wash purchase at the AM/Pm right next door. It's not glam guys but as long as my car looks glam I'm here for it. Lol Taco truck & fruta cart conveniently located on the lot. Barber & cell phone spot here too. Went there to get a car wash, one of the employees who initially vaccums the interior before taking it through the car wash stole a $100 bill out of my wallet that i had accidentally left in the car. My fault i guess but dont go here unless you want some of these scumbags going through compartments in your car that have nothing to do with the cleaning to see what they can snag. If you do decide to go here make 100% sure you take all valuables out if the car. Some employees here are probably very hardworking good employees, unfortunately it only takes 1 or 2 scumbags to make the whole business look like shit. Never going here again read more

I purchased the mini detail from Groupon for $80. What I got was worth $80. Had I paid full price $130 I would have been unhappy with the service. The outside looks great! Polished, waxed, wheels are squeaky clean. The seats look new, given it's a newer car. They got all the pet hair out that's impressive! I don't put my dog in this car but hair gets tracked in on my feet and clothes. The windows were crap though. It's hard to get a good picture of windows but they didn't seem to get washed other than the outside going through the car wash. There was still sticker residue from an old parking permit on my windshield and a lot of smearing on my back window, water spots on my side windows. And they used a ton of cleaner inside. I'm used to things being greasy but when I rolled my window down and back up it came out all streaky and cloudy cuz the cleaner had got down on the window. Maybe they rushed the service because I used a groupon, it's possible. The staff was friendly but the atmosphere wasn't great. They didn't have chairs or anything which surprised me since the service takes a couple hours. I wound up getting a ride home when I had originally planned to sit and wait. Like I said for $80 I'm satisfied with the service. The wax job alone can cost that. I wouldn't have paid more though. read more

I bought the full detail, interior and exterior. I was expecting to be amazed when I got my car, since this is in the most expensive service they offered. The people were very nice and I would love to come again... but I won't. Now I came in with a groupon, so I am not sure if that is why I am so disappointed... but I had a few minor scratches that didn't go below the clear and a couple that might have, that I wanted them to buff out or at least make a smidgen better, hence why I got the best package. They buffed one pretty bad scratch pretty well and I gave them a huge tip before I even saw the rest of the car or interior, but the closer I looked the more disappointed I was... they didn't even clean off all the bugs on my front bumper. Interior: there was still dust and grime on my console. Come on guys...that's not even detailing that's part of just cleaning, right? If I had paid full price for this, which was like $250, I would have been very upset. Since I came in with a groupon, I still drove away and am still not regretful I tipped them, but I should have gotten the mini detailing package for $80 instead of the $130 I paid. I have been going here for a quite some time but today was my worst experience. The person that was drying my car did not earn his tip. He was talking on the phone. He missed some important wet areas and his overall service wasn't comparable to others that have washed and dryer my car there. So when he called me my car was ready I went up to him and told him "thank you" in english. He was expecting a tip. Once he notice he wasn't getting any he spoke in Spanish that "next time he will scratch my car." Probably he thought I don't speak Spanish but this is truly uncalled for. Then he continued talking Spanish to his co-worker and it was about me not tipping him. Honestly, I will not go there again. If you read this then my best advice is avoid the gentleman that is slightly bigger than others. He did a bad job and if you don't tip him will talk trash behind your back in Spanish. read more

I got the total inside/out detail. PROS: All employees were super nice. Car was ready when they said it would be. Car was super clean inside and out. They put all my junk in the trunk area (SUV). CONS: The interior was super smelly for about two weeks. Whatever chemical they used to clean the upholstery had a strong chemical smell to it. It transferred to my clothes, my purse, and my backpack. Also, the interior was cleaned with a super slick substance that made my feet and hands slip around. Didn't last long but didn't like the way it felt. I would go again for an exterior wax but not an interior cleaning. read more

Took a few tries over a few days to get ahold of them. When I arrived, they got started immediately. I purchased two mini detail Groupons--one for my car and one as a gift (the vehicle for which I ended up taking in myself)--and they accept both, no questions asked. It seemed quick (average 2.5hrs each) for the great jobs they did. We got our money's worth because our cars were pretty bad, literally 7 months no TLC bad; but one vehicle's trunk liner had a puddle of water and gravel leftover! Could have easily been rinsed off and dried before placing back in the trunk. Otherwise not bad considering what we gave them to work with. It's a shame to give this business one star but at this point it's worth less than one star. I have been a customer for several years, buying various Group Ons for multiple washes. The sad part about this is the staff works hard and the car wash itself is very good. The workers spend time washing and hand drying and have pride in their work. The problem is management is not honest. Today they refused to honor valid and pre purchased certificates from Group On. They said that as of today they would not accept the Group On even though I had pre paid for the wash. Another complaint is that they don't keep posted hours. Twice I drove from Ventura to find they closed an hour to 1 1/2 hours early. I'm back to washing my own cars- and the money I spent with group on for the unused washes will be my loss. I feel sorry for the staff who do the work. I would think that they may not have jobs if management treats customers in this manner. read more

I had a Groupon for a detail and they did a good job with one exception. They coated the Weather Tech mats and the pedals with whatever they use on the trim. The mats are now slippery as ice (I almost slipped onto the floor getting in). The pedals are also slippery. I'll have to figure out what I can use to get this stuff off. I have tried to wash my own car but honestly it's just so much work. I have also been to many car washes and so far this is the best car wash I've found. They have a full service car wash deal Monday through Thursday for $10.99. They vacuum my car really well including carpet and when needed seats too. They wash the exterior and clean the interior, they always leave my windows super clean inside and out. They do a great job cleaning the tires and they dry it perfectly without leaving smudges. They are honestly very good at it! they leave my jeep looking beautiful. I highly recommend this place. They also have a loyalty card. After 10 washes you get one free! The wait is not too long and they have a very cool waiting are with comfortable chairs. All the employees here are hard workers and are very good at washing cars! But whenever possible I request Lalo, he's pretty awesome at washing cars. He's detailed, quick and efficient. No matter what time of the day it is he is always working hard! I am very happy with this place. Also I've never ever had anything stolen from my vehicle. I've left multiple valuable items inside of it and nothing has ever been taken. Over two and a half hours for a #4 wash...? My car wasn't very dirty to begin with. After I left I found cobwebs in the wheel well, grime on the bumper, sand all over the back carpet cover, pet hair and dirt under the rugs too. All American is a nice car wash. But I come to find that they made renovations and do not wash by hand. They replaced human hands with automated machines which is a disappointment for me as they did a great job and were known for their 100% Hand Car Wash service. The prices are reasonable, I went with the Special 3 for $18 bucks. That is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was because relatives who took their cars there in the past loved that it was by hand since they do a lot better at cleaning all places of the car compared to an automated machine. Sadly I will not returning to this car wash for that fact alone. When I don't have the time to wash my own car given windy weather conditions, I take it get washed. I chose package four which is $30 including interior cleaning but unfortunately interior wash was a disappointment. For instance cup holders were not cleaned and left as it is. I will start off by saying that I used a groupon at this location. I paid $70 for a complete detail which was a $160 value apparently. I first called and asked them about getting my car done. They said I have to make an appointment. I make an appointment for 9:30am, arrive for my appointment, and the lady tells me the car will be ready at 11:30am. I return at approximately 11:20am and they havent even finished the inside!!! I ask the desk lady about it, she said it was because the car was dirty on the inside... OF COURSE ITS DIRTY!! That's why I'm getting it cleaned.. I ask her how much longer for the exterior to be completed. She said done by 12:30. I sit and wait for an hour. The guy finished the car and waves me over. The interior looks very good, but the exterior is terrible. There are streaks all over the windows, window frames, still spots of dirt on the car i can scrape off, and parts of the car that didnt get waxed. I ask the guy if he used the orbital polisher which is listed under the complete detail, he said his boss told him not to. I talk to the boss lady, she said the orbital polish is $20 more. Nowhere in the listed prices for services did it show an additional cost to buffing. I am glad I did not pay full price. I had to go home and finish the exterior myself.
