I pay $40 per month for the membership. This is a message for the owner. Please do regular check ups on the spinning brushes. They DO NOT dry properly and quite often my windshield is left with a bunch of streak marks. I realize it won't dry it completely but there should be no reason there is still dirt on my windshield and I go about twice per week to wash my car so it isn't user error. Also, the "tire shine" does nothing. Please set a regular schedule to check up on your machines. read more

It's been over two weeks that the equipment they use damaged my rim the manager at the Broadway and Pantano location assured me they would take care of it, and I have yet to hear back from the manager , or their area manager Burke. I have requested that they give me the corporate number or their insurance carrier number but all I get is rudeness from the employees that answer the phone. read more

I have always driven past this place, never really giving it a second thought until the other day when I didn't want to drive to the Costco Car wash. I decided to give this place a shot and I'm actually glad that I did. I'm going to start by saying this is by far not a great car wash... the employees really don't care about their jobs and do the very minimum they have to just to stay employed. This is especially aimed at the guys with the scrubbers at the entrance of the car wash, they barely even touch your car with the soap and to be honest, it doesn't really mater because the the automatic wash does the job for them. The cost for the washes is a little much, I mean there really is no difference between the 11 dollar and the 18 dollar wash. You basically just get the same service and your car is no cleaner if you spend the extra 7 dollars. I have always driven past this place, never really giving it a second thought until the other day when I didn't want to drive to the Costco Car wash.. additional cost. Normally these free services elsewhere are sub-par and not worth the time it takes you to find an open spot however, here are Surf Thru Express, the vacuums have good suction power and the added bonus of an air compressor just makes it more of a deal. So, while Costco Car Wash is still the best value for you dollar, this place is a very close second with the added perks of using their drying facilities afterwards. read more

Their membership prices are going up and they're taking off services too. So I use to have the tier 1 but now I'm tier 2, paying more for less. Very stingy and the wash isn't all that great. The vacuums are sometimes broken and the suction isn't very good. The air hose is always tangled. I'm paying $36 for five washes a month to share with anyone. I started off paying $20 with top tier quality stuff. Now all I get is blue soap, vacuums, air blowing, and sometimes a small trash bag and a dash wipe if they're nice enough to offer it. read more

Not gonna lie, they fooled me good the first time I signed up for their monthly wash. I didn't read the fine print that says you get the first month half off but must commit to 2 months! Lol I'm not mad. Otherwise, the service is generally straightforward. I drive through a decent amount of dusty/dirty roads, so i pay for the extreme wash that comes with undercarriage cleaning. I do wish there was a way to have the folks with the scrub brushes do a better job, but it is what it is. I appreciate having the ability to use the vacuums, and they have always worked well with good suction power. I never use the compressed air but if you care about getting all the cracks and crevices, I've watched others use it and they appear to operate well also. You get a free clip air freshener and dash wipe, but can pay for more quality items if you want armor all wipes or a legit tree air freshener. Canceling membership was straightforward, as was reinstating mine today! I had never taken off the RFID sticker, so all I had to do was let them know that I wanted to renew and they scanned it into action. Glad I didn't have to remove and reapply a new sticker! Lastly, the website says you get free coffee? I absolutely love coffee and have never been notified of this policy. Going to ask next time and see what they tell me... read more

I used to come here all the time, and I recently decided to take my truck here and when I went out to dry my car I noticed multiple scratches and damage to my cars trim. As in a whole piece of my truck came off, and according to the manager it was because of the wind blowers, I doubt i'll get any compensation but I will never use their service again. I do not recommend that trucks drive through here unless you want new scratches on your paint job. read more

Avoid this place if you don't want to get ripped off. I went in for a wash about a month ago and paid for the highest service (extreme wash). At the end of the wash, a flashing sign said I had just received the lowest service wash. I was kind of in a hurry and also I understand people make mistakes so I didn't think too much into it. I went back in this afternoon and again paid for the extreme wash (best option). At the end of the wash the sign flashed I received the lowest option. I spoke to the manager and he was very nonchalant about it and said they were busy. I asked for a refund for the difference in price and he rudely said no they don't offer refunds. I had the membership for 3 months, so now I think I can do a complete review. The car wash is spacious and I enjoy receiving the free items like wipe and baggies. The scanning camera to enter as a member rarely works, usually you have to wait for an employee to scan you in. It is better to enter through the cashier line. Inside the wash, the soap at times is not fully rinse off. The drying section is also bad in which the car seem not to have dried at all. The vacuum section is amazing! Powerful machines and the air pressure makes the car wash worth going. However, you have to attend the car wash in the morning to avoid scratches. Your typical, overpriced car wash. The machine did a mediocre job. Cleaned the bare minimum. Took my truck there to wash, had to rewash it when I got home. The brushes barely touch your car, they squirt so much soap on it and the rinse cycle sucks!! The only effective tools they have are the compressed air and vacuums. The lady at the cashiers lane looked like I ruined her day, she was unprofessional and rolled her eyes at me when I drove off. They need to teach these kids professionalism. Been coming here for about four years it's OK I get the basic wash that cost me $24.99 my tires never get clean although it says it's included. my tire frames are still dirty. Customer service can be a bit more pleasant the past two weeks they remove the plastic bag that you get when you drive in and you can only get them now in the paid lane so not sure what that is all about since we pay a monthly membership which should include a bag, And a wipe, but it doesn't. I guess the person said we would have to go through the pay lane to ask for it. They were told by management to remove the bags from the second and 3rd Lane. it's just a bag not sure why they're not available for all customers read more

On March 1, I went thru the car wash after that (like most people) I went to the vacuum place. I used the air sprayer to take off the excess water. I usually use it over my door frames. Well this time the paint just started flying off. I got the attention of the manager, Mr. Hernandez and he said do you wanna file a claim? I said yes, he says OK either me or someone else will call you in two days. I said wonderful thank you. Well no one called me so I waited an extra day nothing, by the next day I called. They said someone will call you. OK, well a whole week went by from one Saturday to another so I went in. I spoke to Mr. Hernandez (the manager) again and he said they will not do anything to compensate me for the damage to my car because it wasn't done through the wash, I explained to him it was still done on your property with your equipment. He says well that was their decision. What the ? So watch yourselves because obviously they are not responsible enough to compensate people for what happens on their property with their equipment. I definitely suggest getting the ultimate which is $14 as it includes extra amenities and a car freshener. Here are the pros and cons Pros - This car wash is actually legit and not short. The great part is at the beginning, you have people scrubbing your car before you enter the wash. - The added options are great such as the tire dressing and wax. - You can park your car and vacuum for up to 5 minutes and even more sometimes if it's not crazy packed. - It's affordable and gets the job done. Expect your car to look quite clean if you wipe it down after. - It's quick but not too quick meaning the line moves but the machine takes its time on your car. I have been paying for the unlimited membership at this car wash for about 5-6 months now and never thought I would have to resort to Yelp to leave a poor review for this company. This past week I noticed deep scratches to both sides of the lower rear body of my car, close to the undercarriage by the rear tires. Most likely caused over the course of the last 6 months. Another member of the car wash pulled up next to me and I noticed she had the same damages in the same location on her car. She was unaware of the scratches until I pointed them out to her. We both decided to report these damages and our frustration to the manager, but instead of responding in a professional manner, he smirked, laughed in our face, and belittled our concerns when we pointed out the damages to him. The report was brushed off my corporate and they declined having any responsibility over the damages with no acceptable or valid justification to back up their final decision. Now, I will be paying more than a thousand dollars (minimum) for damages they've caused with no reliability or responsibility from this company. Do not recommend this car wash unless you want to run the risk of damaging your car. Horrible experience dealing with this company and now have to figure out how pay to get the damages fixed! read more

Been a member for a few years but I feel the car wash of getting worse every time. There's always leftover soap especially on my passenger side and water spots no matter how fast I try to dry it off. I had a situation of throughout time my front license plate was getting worn out on one side ONLY by their machines that eventually it came off. I called and made a report which then they said they'd call me back which they didn't as I persisted. Then recently a top part of my car popped off but was nicely told by an employee that next time it will pop off next time if I don't put some type of glue. This would be the 2nd damage to my car from this car wash. Not sure if I'll be continuing it along with family and friends that I referred them to as well. For 18$ a wash I'd expect my car a little more cleaner . It was a pretty fast car wash maybe less than 3 minutes. First off the tire shine made a black streak on my side walls . Luckily I was able to wipe it off. I had some bird poop in the front *the reason why I got a wash* the two men in the front didn't scrub the bird poop off good, but they brushed the whole car . I would of have 5 stars if my car was more cleaner , and if they didn't smudge the tire cleaner on my walls. If you're close and nearby , go ahead he a car wash. This is a fairly new well designed car wash in Oxnard. you can join as a member , pay cash or use your card you have a couple of options for service including tire dressing and Rain-x application. The price is great considering that you have a staff that scrubs the heavy stuff off the car before you go thru the tunnel, they have a cool brush that scrubs you tires and applies tire dressing at the same time when you pull out you can vacuum your car for free. After the wash we went to the vacuum station and they have great vacuums and also a air hose to blow all the stuff out of the nooks and cranny's of your car. the staff comes around to see if you have everything you need too. Between dropping quarters for the wash and for the vacuum. I have spent way more at the spray off car wash and not got as good of a job. This is my new goto scrub-a-Dub spot! read more

They finally sent it in, but to no avail their cooperation told them to deny responsibility even though on camera. They said my car must of been to old and the light was ready to come off. This is probably one of the best car washes around. It's a good value for the money, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the place is usually kept up very clean. It does get busy at times but I have yet to ever find a spot that I cannot park my vehicle and have it vacuumed. They have on-site amenities like towels window wipers cleaning supplies and everything you need to detail your vehicle and if you want to there's an AutoZone right next-door so you can buy things probably at a better price for a better value. UNCOMFORTABLE! As well as mentioned below I've been a customer since day one. Always say please and Thank you when I ask for my dash wipe etc. ALWAYS the same girl gives my problems (working the drive through today 12/26 @1800). I simply ask if I can have a wipe she rolls her eyes and either drops it before she gets to me and tells me it's right there (referring to the floor) or when I can't reach the bags and ask for help rolls her eyes and tells me there right here. However, I cancelled my new membership yesterday because I noticed scratches on my trunk from my visit to the car wash the day prior. I know this is always a risk using automated car washes, but there's A Lof scratches from the wash. I cancelled my membership yesterday and the employee did so politely and respectfully, but did not seem to be too concerned about the scratches and told me if "I wanted to" I could write my reasoning for cancelling my membership/my car got scratched. Overall nice car wash and speedy service, but it was pretty harsh on my car. *UPDATE 8/25/18* Went in on 8/24/18 just after lunch to speak with a supervisor/manager (was not able to come any sooner due to a military obligation in Illinois - car has been parked in driveway past 3 weeks), I informed supervisor that I was asked to come in to file a claim and was told to come in the next day to speak to another supervisor. This supervisor looked at the scratches and told me they couldn't be caused by this wash and asked if I had pets/A CAT at home that could cause these scratches... on my trunk!! Just came in to speak to another supervisor today as requested (8/25/18) and they told me that they would not be able to check cameras as the footage is only kept for 5 days. I informed the supervisor that the employee who cancelled my membership did not offer any guidance on a claim and told me to write what happened on the back of my membership cancellation paperwork that day. Soon after is when I left the state for the past 3 weeks, therefore was not able to come in and file this report any sooner. The manager today unwillingly took my information and told me it would be submitted to management. It's in a convenient location and it's a true drive-Thur car wash. No going inside to pay or paying a machine. A real person is outside to ask questions about the different washes. The car wash price is about the same price as other car washes. I have only been twice but each time I'm happy. Free vacuums and air for after wash cleaning is great. The wash I bought came with air freshener and interior wipes. My only wishes are to have stronger vacuums and different thinner nozzles. read more
