Love this place. Went on a Sunday, did a great job. However it was a wait. Maybe going on Monday would be better.

This was my first time here as I usually just do the drive through car wash at Costco, but the inside of my car was getting quite dusty, especially the windshield and I've been wanting to get it cleaned for a while. I came on Saturday afternoon and it was so busy. I didn't realize how packed a car wash can get. It was a little confusing with being my first time and I had entered from the side, but one of the employees pointed to where I needed to go. After pulling into the service line I was helped shortly. The employee asked some questions to determine what type of service I needed and then recommended the Special #1. I was then directed to go inside to pay and to wait at the waiting area. They post coupons on their website so I was able to save $5 with the coupon. It took about an hour from start to finish. After I had left, I noticed there were some lint and fabric pieces on the windshield as well as on the passenger seat. This seemed to be from the towels they used. The bottom of my dash monitor also had about an inch thick streak. It seemed that part got missed while wiping. I also noticed my trunk cover was not put back correctly so while I was driving I kept on hearing a thumping noise. Upon closer inspection I saw some damage to the cover. Looks like there was supposed to be a plastic covering that is no longer there. I looked around the trunk to see if I could find it but it might have been vacuumed up already. These things were not noticeable right away. Although my car is a lot cleaner, I am not sure if I will return. read more

So disappointed - brought my car back twice with water spots following a $30+ tip service. They are very nice and tried to be accommodating but the quality of an expensive car wash is poor. I've been coming to Five Points for years and this is a new experience for me. read more

Five Points Car Wash is a solid option when your car needs help and you're on a bit of a time crunch. There was about a 20-minute wait, but the process is simple. You pay inside, and they take care of the rest. The $24 basic wash includes the car wash, vacuum, windows, and wipe down, which felt like good value. The waiting area is actually comfortable. Clean leather couches, massage chairs, and snacks and beverages for purchase, plus a small selection of car accessories and cleaning products if you want to browse. Restrooms were clean and decent, always a plus. They also have express options if you want to wash it yourself, and there are coupons on their website if you want to save a few dollars. Quick, efficient, and convenient when you need your car cleaned without spending half your day doing it. Open daily 8am-5pm. read more

10/10 -- Highly Recommend! Five Points Car Wash in Ventura is consistently excellent. I got the $30.99 wash yesterday and was honestly impressed -- it felt like a full detail. My car was spotless inside and out, super thorough, and clearly done with care. The waiting area is really comfortable too -- nice couches, a TV, and a little retail shop to browse while you wait, which makes the whole experience easy and pleasant. They always do a great job, and I leave feeling like my car is brand new every time. Definitely worth it! read more

Went on a Sunday, so it was busy, but I was still in and out in a timely manner. I got the #2 wash package, which was reasonably priced at $35. My car definitely needed it, and they did a detailed job. I was very satisfied with the service. read more

Pretty bad service here. I bought all three levels including full service, all three times the work is so bad, I thought maybe I was getting the wrong package because so many positive reviews. Im baffled this place has zero effort and detail provided. The windshield is still dirty, the console area has tons of crumbs, and whole areas where no one vacuumed or cleaned the mats even though I paid for the premium one. Disappointed because this place is convenient and they look busy, I am truly confused how so many positive reviews(?)- I wish I had the same experience. What am I doing wrong! lol-- But the level of cleaning is way off. I dont recommend at all. read more

Terrible place. I have left twice because of employees standing around doing nothing while I wait 10 minutes. This place is overpriced and overrated. read more

The Only Carwash I Trust: Consistently Excellent Service and Detail! This carwash has always been my go-to, and for good reason. As someone who is very, very picky about their vehicles, I can confidently say they never miss a detail. I bring both of my cars here because the entire operation, from start to finish, is simply excellent. Exceptional Staff Makes the Difference The level of customer service is what truly sets this place apart. Mike, who is usually the first point of contact, provides excellent service--he's welcoming, efficient, and clearly sets a high standard for the team. The cashier is always super nice, making the payment process quick and pleasant. The staff member who completes the wash and final inspection is always incredibly thorough, consistently making sure the car is perfect and that I am completely ready to go before I leave. The Verdict If you are looking for a carwash that offers meticulous cleaning paired with top-tier customer service, look no further. This is a rare find where high quality is the standard, not the exception. Highly recommended! read more

Maybe I went on a off day. It was my first time trying this car wash. The guy seemed like he really wanted me to purchase the automatic car wash, but I went there specifically for a hand wash. The time I waited was no issue at all. I waited about 45 minutes. I would of waited longer if needed. I should of checked out my car before leaving, but it being my first time feeling a bit awkward I did not. I drove home immediately and see streak marks everywhere. Maybe my expectations are to high I'm not sure, but for 55$ plus a 10$ tip I was just hoping for a little more. read more

I had to come a little late because I work 7 days a week, and work super late with commuting on top of that, they were so beyond accommodating taking me in at 3:40 p.m for seat shampooing and washing my dusty car :) I love coming here so much, i've been coming here since I actually got my car in 2016! Mark, thank you for accommodating me today and the crew taking care of my car! :D Prices here are super affordable no matter what ur getting done. The inside is super nice with AC, snacks/drinks and some car items u can buy while ur waiting. Cashier is super nice too! Thank u 5 points for being so awesome! read more

Five Points Car Wash - Waiting room area, super comfy - Car Wash Near Me - Ventura, California

I have been going here off and on for about ten years now, usually when I want a detail. Here's the problem, and this has happened several times. The guys wipe the insides of the windows with the same rags that they wipe down your vinyl with, and the result is that a thin layer of film is spread ALL OVER the inside of your windows, and then it fogs up badly and completely the next time it's even slightly cold outside. Last time, I had to pull over at a gas station and buy a microfiber towel to wipe down the insides of the windows because I could see NOTHING out any of my windows. Incident is not isolated, this has happened to me a few times there, last time was just bad enough that I am never going to have them clean the inside of my car again. read more

I love this car wash, it's one of the longest in length/distance I've been too. That's a good thing if you want your moneys worth. There's also vaccums available for BOTH sides of your car with your wash! What a great addition of car washes to Ventura. There's someone by the kiosk if you need any help. read more

These guys do a very thorough job on cleaning my vehicle that other places miss. Their prices are very competitive.

Was so delighted to be able to drop my car off after I had 9 puppies and a messy vet visit occur all over my car (if you know what I mean) This place was not only willing to help me get my car cleaned out, but eager to help. I was able to leave my car there for a few hours while I ran some errands and they did a carpet shampoo, mat cleaning, regular wash for the price of $159. When is got my car back, I was almost in tears at how well of a job they did. The state my car was in when I dropped it off did not even look like the car I got back. My family and I even agreed it looked better than when I first purchased the car. I was super grateful for their help and for giving me a much needed break. The detail was more than I ever could have imagined. Thank you 5 points staff!! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! There are so many car washes out here in the Ventura/Oxnard area (I drive from Oxnard) and this is THE ONE! Well worth the drive! They do such a fantastic job! The guys working the intake area are always helpful and friendly even when they are super busy - which is all the time prices are good! Definitely competitive with the other car washes out there but again... this is the one you want to go to! One thing that always stands out is the attention given by the guys wiping down my car when it comes out of the wash. They're detailed and not rushing through it (like most other car washes) always do a great job! My windows are always spotless! Other cars washes I've gone to...always streaks left on my windows. Five Points Five Stars! All the way!! read more

They did an impressive job. I will be back with other vehicles. It's the first car wash I've found that I liked. Would recommend. Great service from representatives. Five Points Car Wash has been our car wash place for years now. We've come here for exterior wash We also came here for engine cleaning & interior detailing. This last time they suggested getting the headlights cleaned up.... they were old & yellow looking. They didn't turn out 100% perfect but it was definitely worth it and they look a 100 times better! One thing that we really do appreciate here (having a pickup truck) going to the car wash the bed is full of water so when you drive away it any other car wash the back end gets completely wet again.... here at 5 Points there is a little bit of a hill and they actually get in the back of the truck with an air pressure hose to get rid of all the water in the back of the pickup. read more

I got my car washed at 5 points. I got the 2nd most expensive option. They tried to up sale me to the #1, but I just stuck with my choice. It was supposed to come with a wipe down of the inside of my car. The inside of my car was not wiped down. It was also supposed to come with an air freshener. It did not. They spent 10-15 min on my car. My windows have spots. The corner of every window is missed including side mirrors. My review mirror has spots. There is still dirt on my dash board. Finger prints on the light. Dirt on the air vents. They basically did nothing to the inside of my car but vacuum and even that wasnt great. Im very disappointed and will not be going back read more
