Paid $27 for a wash and my car still isn't clean. They missed several spots and the hood is still noticeably dirty even after the service. They have several options for wash levels. Also, they provide wiping towels with window cleaning spray in the vacuum parking area and they always give you an air freshener and interior wipe when you pay. This is by far the best automated car wash I've ever been to. Having an attendant at the beginning spray and scrub a bit was helpful and unexpected (I usually go to a Chevron drive-through, and it is honestly pretty terrible; it always leaves a visible layer of dust. I had no idea my car could get this clean in this type of car wash!). The dash wipes were convenient, the vacuum was GREAT, the microfiber towels were much appreciated. My car went in filthy and came out surprisingly clean for the $12 wash. I left feeling rather ecstatic that it was so fun, quick, and easy (and inexpensive!). The people were nice, too. I was just passing through, otherwise I'd be getting my car washed here frequently. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the neighborhood! read more

This is probably my 1st review of a car wash. I've had 3 gift cards sitting around for a while and decided to swing by. When you pull in, there's someone that scans your code and hands you a few packs of dash wipes and car freshers. There's 2 lanes that are manned by employees that brush your front and back windshield with soap and then guide you until your wheels are on the car wash track. You put your ride in neutral and off you go for a min, or 2. The machine washes well and dries car 80%. You can turn the corner and park for more tlc- clean micro fiber towels and 2 (wide and thin) vacuum hoses that reach all areas, with ease are at every station/parking spot. Not sure if I'm ready for a membership, but will definitely be back for some a la cart washes. read more

This is Elite's new TO location. Finding and entering the location can be a bit confusing. However, the quality of their car wash makes up for any initial difficulties. The staff is attentive without being overly assertive. I opted for the elite wash at $22.. They pre-soak and hand-rub the cars before the automated wash. So grateful to have this express car wash in town now. It was in the works for years and was worth the wait! Efficiency from the beginning of the process, to the end. In and out so quick, even if there is a line. Ali, the owner, is super friendly and kind. The vacuums are constantly running for you so you and pause and resume as you please. Great value, too! I had high hopes, but was a bit of a let down. I will say the speed was super fast and the use of the vacuums for free is a good value. However to have to dry half the car with a towel myself, wash the windows myself and made sure all the water and soap spots were cleaned off the car was a bit disappointing. Plus didn't get the bird poop or bug splatter off at all. I didn't have time to wipe off all the soap and water and have spots everywhere. The edges of the windows are still dirty and it never got the yellow pollen spots off the car at all. So I will stick to a hand wash place and spend the money from now on. I'm just glad I got a free coupon to try it out before I paid for a membership I wouldn't be satisfied with to be honest. It may work for some people but I'm good. Plus a bolt came off my license plate and my plate bent so now I have to go deal with that. But the free vacuum was cool. read more

Have been a member since they first opened. Great job for a drive through. Great employees that are friendly and very helpful. Love the vacuum area with the best vacuums ever! Also the detail clothes and especially the air hose to blow the water out of grills, lights, mirrors without, the water blows out as you go down the road which end up leaving water spots all over the car. I would not recommend this car wash for trucks. They have issues with the release of you vehicle as it comes of their track system. The opening is very small and the track is too far forward in relationship to the exit point. They would not agree to help with the repairs to my truck fender and wheel. Management just gave me the runaround. read more

Took advantage of the pre-opening discounted unlimited wash deal. Have only been twice, due to travel, weather, etc. First time was fine - just needed a quick post-rain wash; didn't have time to use vacuums. Second time wasn't great - wash left a lot of stuff behind. I took my own towels and some spray cleaner, so I basically rewashed the whole car. Dirty stuff came off with little effort, so I'm not sure why the car wash didn't remove it when sprayed. The vacuums are amazing! Do a really great job picking up beach sand, dog hair, stray french fries, etc. Debating whether or not to keep my subscription, so will give it one more try. read more

My car was filthy, and it was pretty darn clean once I was finished. The facility was clean, the vacuums were wonderful and they even had a spot to clip your floor mats while you vacuum them! But I was even more impressed with the service. I had some issues with my membership that weren't even caught by me, but a staff member caught it and the next morning a manager had called me and told me they had resolved it. 10/10 service. read more

I was quite excited when I heard that there's a car-wash on my way home from work, what a convenient location I thought ! I selected the $9:00 wash as a initial 'try out'. Unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. The car came out of the wash with many still with water stains and the existing dirt spots and water drops on side mirrors. Had to come home and run a wet cloth and give it a good rub to clean it all. At the the exit of the wash area there are no attendants to wipe the windshield and the mirrors unlike $8 the Auto wash on LA Avenue in Simi-Valley. Also at the exit there's a light that shows 'wait' which is always on and the 'go' light never turned on to signal to exit the wash area. A disappointed customer. read more

I signed up for their $10 Unlimited Wash month introductory special...which is such a fantastic deal. I love the fact that they use cameras to scan your license plate so check in is quick and effortless. Once in the wash bay, I like that they use soft closed foam cell spinning brushes that dirt can't stick to and their detergents are milder than the ones used at other contactless car washes and therefore it won't discolor my trim. My black Tesla looked great after exiting. The vacuums are really nice with strong suction and I liked the air gun they provide to blow out the cervices. AMAZING car wash. This car wash broke my mirror (2008 car, plastic mirror, so very old and fragile) and they fixed it no problem! Means it was scrubbed very well but it's just my old car lol. On time and GREAT customer service. They fixed it and gave me a free wash. They also scrub the front windshield and back so it cleans it better. GREAT vacuums too. Now secondly I want to say that I have had memberships at numerous car detailing places just like, I am almost 100 percent when I say EVERYONE else has also. This establishment can only go up from here because the service upon entering FANTAZMIC!, the actual carwash itself, again AMAZING! You see I had this shmeggle on the driver's side of my car for 3 months. I had been to 2 different car washing places that could not get it to budge, until, I went here. Not only did they get it off they did it by person not machine so it actually got off of my car. So thank you for that as well. This place is not only amazing for its services and great car washing abilities the humans behind the actually car washing are AMAZING too. Oh I forgot to mention they actually have the car matt holders literally right next to your car! Without having to pay extra to having those cleaned even. Yes you do it by yourself.
