Extremely disappointing experience. 06-23-26 I brought my practically brand-new truck in for a wash after owning it for only two weeks. I paid for the $30 service, left a $10 tip on top of the wash price, and drove away expecting my vehicle to be treated with reasonable care. Unfortunately, after arriving home I discovered damage to a plastic component on the truck that I know was not present before my visit. To make matters worse, after driving away, I also noticed that my rear windshield had not even been properly cleaned. For a business that advertises "full service", that level of attention to detail is unacceptable. The manager offered to re-wipe the windshield but it was already too late at that point. That wasn't the reason I took extra time to drive back nor what I was looking for. It should've been done right at first once I paid, tipped and before driving off. I was not looking for compensation or trying to create an issue where none existed. My only goal was to bring the concern to their attention and encourage greater care with customers' vehicles. However, when I returned and showed the damage, my concerns were immediately dismissed. The explanation I was given was that if the damage had been caused during the wash, the roof of the truck would have been damaged as well. That reasoning simply does not hold up. The damaged area is plastic, while the roof is metal. Different materials wear and react differently under stress. In fact, the most likely explanation is that equipment such as the wash brushes or wipers was operating at excessive speed or pressure, causing contact with and damage to the plastic component without affecting the metal roof. What I found most frustrating was being asked to return and show the vehicle in person, only to have any possibility of responsibility rejected without meaningful consideration. Businesses do not earn trust by being perfect--they earn trust by taking customer concerns seriously and handling them professionally. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I wish I would've read the reviews before giving this place a try because after reading some of the recent reviews on this business, I can see i'm not the only one who has had a negative experience. Just after reading a few comments, people are reporting the same issues I had with this business. Between the damage concern, the incomplete wash, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, this was an experience I cannot recommend. My visit yesterday to the drive through wash and self service finishing area was substandard. Windshield was not properly wiped, the air hose in the finishing bay produced a pungent mildew aroma. This car wash is quick and easy. They have many options if you want to just get an outside quick wash done. There are self-serving vacuums at the end of the wash. Sometimes local grocery stores have dollar off coupons. Very good value. read more

My rear passenger window is broken. It wont roll all the way up. It's about 2" open.. everytime I get my truck washed I get sprayed and the people that dry your car right after you've been through the wash always take the time to wipe down the inside of the window. Well, yesterday while I was waiting to go into the wash, a very nice guy taped up my window so I wouldn't get the inside of my truck sprayed. I was very thankful for that. Do not come here. I visited this place and paid for a "super wash". When I drove away I noticed my windshield seemed dirtier after the wash than before. When I got home, I tried to clean the windshield and realized the white specs all over my windshield were actually chips in the glass. No amount of cleaning would fix it. Since I live just up the street, I drove back to the car wash to speak to the manager. He confirmed the windshield was damaged but didn't offer any solution or compensation. The don't do a good job at all . Interior is still very dirty, dusty seats, and dashboards and dirty windows.

The car was left with soap on it. Worker gave a look when asked to clean it. Bed had so much soap in it I don't know how they thought that is acceptable. They charge more for trucks and aren't able properly wash it. Not acceptable nor is it professional. I will not return here ever. Staff need proper training. read more

I have been going to the Simi Auto Spa since it opened and have never had an issue. Now that I live in Palmdale I don't get to visit as much as before. I decided to make the trip since my car really needed a good cleaning. When my car was being cleaned it was moved with the rear hatch open. I didn't think anything of it and when I went to pick up my car the rear hatch was open and the employee closed it after giving me the keys and letting me get in. I get home and walk around the car to see a huge scratch on my hatch. On top of that the express wax and wash that I got was lack luster. There were a lot of water spots on the car and the floor mats still had dirt on them. Took my car in for a complete detail inside and out. Got the best package available which includes shampoo seats clay, wax etc. to be honest was hesitant to bring it there. I had the monthly cleaning service on my truck for a while. Noticeably the past few washes I could tell that my truck wasn't getting the attention to detail I had grown to love and expect from this place. During my last wash, my truck had been probably the dirtiest it had ever been. They not only charged me extra than per usual they also scratched the bejesus out of one the sides and a few other spots on my truck. Instead of rinsing the dirt off & then washing it they just sent it on through their machine. You can see the rag marks dragging the dirt and sand that was still on my truck causing it to scratch. Upon returning & asking them to atleast own up to it the manager said to go pound the sand that they didn't wash off my truck. They lost a long time customer today and I won't be coming back. They didn't even try to make it right, just complete lack of customer service and professionalism across the board. I'd recommend taking your car elsewhere if you are ok with subpar customer service, zero customer satisfaction, little attention to detail & extremely costly potential damage to your car from careless staff members. read more

Hello All, I will never be bringing my car here again. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and I've given them multiple chances as it's been multiple times they don't clean my car properly and this time it cost me $600 to repair the damages THEY caused. The photos from the interior is prior to my visit on 05/24/24. I paid for interior & leather cleaning. As you all can see they did a horrible job. Complaint and the manger gave me a $7.00 discount next time around. Also may I add he had no customer service experience for being a manger. I've worked in customer service for several years and manage a whole department in training employee's. My husband came back the second time around to complaint since they damaged our tires. He took no responsibility for the damages and his response was his employees wouldn't do that type of damage and he can vouch for all of them since they are honest. My husband responded with you can't vouch for all your employee accident can happen and someone wouldn't come forward if it meant their job would be on the line. He check the camera which are pointless because they are very outdated and cant see detail on the wheels of the car. He also stated this has NEVER happen and nobody has complained. I beg different I posted it on the neighbor app and have had 5 different people come forward in the last 2 days and send me pictures they didn't know how it happened either as it's happen to them and they have only take their cars to this particular car wash place. My husband also inspected our car further and noticed a couple more scratches on them. Overall all since I left for 3 hours he claimed I could have had done the damage myself. Which is impossible. I replaced my tires yesterday and the manager at the tire place claimed this could not have been done by potholes or reckless driving it was definitely done at a car wash place and sadly his seen this happen multiple times. I've shared my experience with family and friends recently and have had multiple complaints about them as well. They felt shy to come forward as I recommend this place several times. I will no longer refer anybody here. Will further investigated myself and keep gathering evidence of other clients since he claimed it's never happened. This place is pretty big, have several different wash options (around 4 or so) depending on your price point, and the car wash itself doesn't take too long. They also have a lot of outdoor shaded seating where you can wait. This is my go to spot for a good car wash. read more

Service is good, but definitely could be better. The workers keep forgetting to give the vehicle the scented car fresheners every time I've gone. The whole place definitely needs an upgrade since I remember being a little kid and going there up to now it's still the same with hardly anything being changed. Could definitely make the workers look more professional (work attire). Need to paint lines, arrows & so customers know where to go because I've seen plenty that don't know where to go. Not sure what was going on today, but I waited in the line for over 45 minutes just to get my vacuumed before it even went through the wash part. I wash there total for an hour and 20 minutes. Pretty ridiculous. And not worth the wait. But then I get in my car & it's like they forgot about the whole right inside of my car that had dirt and smudges on the doors, glove compartment and seats. And as I drove home, I noticed they did a crappy job on the windows too. Very disappointing! read more

This has got to be the SLOWEST car wash ever. The last two times they've taken absolutely forever. The subscription people in the left lane blow by and it's obvious they don't care about the people paying more in the other lanes. Service sucks here. Management should be embarrassed with their lack of care. Employees standing around even though the line is backed up to the street..... so bad.... I've been bringing my cars here for the last 20 years. This is the last time I'll ever come here... Edit: The owner was quick to respond and apologized for the service issues. So, I use to come to this place frequently to get my car washed. I mean I use to come here at least once a month to get my car cleaned, and today, I was extremely disappointed. First off, this was the first time I came to get my interior done, and the first thing I noticed was everything that was in the doors of my car were sprawled on the floor. Never had that happen before, as they usually cleaned around the stuff that was in the car doors. Second, all the mats in my car were still dirty as all heck. When I use to get my interior done, they would normally do a really good job vacuuming and cleaning the mats in my car, although this time wasn't the case. My mats were put in wrong on my passenger side and were filthy as all heck. The only mat that was decent was my trunk. Which leads me to my third point, what the heck is in my back seat passenger headrest? That wasn't there before I handed my car off to them! Like? Excuse me? I chuckled at that point. I feel like I could've done a way better job cleaning the interior of my car for the price I paid, especially since I tipped every time I came to this place. Still a great place for a full service carwash in Simi Valley. They take care to vacuum well and wipe down after the wash. Well worth the 30+ dollars, especially if you don't want to vacuum and clean your car yourself, like me. It gets busy. There is a nice gift shop with snacks available. They do have an area for oil changes and maintenance, but I haven't used these services. read more

Unfortunately this place has been going downhill since the change of ownership. Today, Sat 10:30am not enough staff. My truck sat with 3 other vehicles for 5-8 mins after it came out of the wash. It was completely dry. Hire more people on the line or you'll be outta business in no time, you lost mine. Unfortunately the only way to respond to the owners response is to edit mine. There was a change of ownership 7 years ago. Today you had at least half the crew you've had in the past.
