They have a lot of positive reviews, so I had high hopes for this car wash. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. During my visit, one of the employees hit my car against the kiosk, leaving a small pinhole dent. When I brought it to his attention, my concern was immediately dismissed. I later called and spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled more professionally. Instead, I was told, "I'm sure that didn't happen because the kiosks are all plastic." When I explained that he wasn't present when the incident occurred, he continued to argue with me rather than simply listening to my concern. Accidents can happen, but the way a business responds makes all the difference. I was more disappointed by the dismissive and argumentative response than anything else. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to the many positive reviews I had read, and I left extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. read more

We have had consistently great service! From the full service wash to an exterior wash only option, they are always kind and helpful. Their machine does a great job washing the exterior of the car. It has never left any scratches on any of our vehicles. Their team does a great job when we have visited for a full vacuum service as well. Thankful to have this place in our community! read more

Soapy Suds Car Wash - Front doors from the inside... - Car Wash Near Me - Valencia, California

Ricardo is very friendly and helps you out at the kiosk. Recommend soapy suds. They also have a good membership program.

This is the one of the few places I ever trusted to wash my car. I started to notice swirl marks on my car after a few times taking it here, but I don't know how that's possible as I only ever asked for handwash, except once. I do the interior and exterior supreme every now and then. They did go up in pricing this last year but still worth the price :) Everyone is really nice as well read more

This is the best car wash in town with the friendliest service! Ricardo takes care of all the details and he never disappoints!

I've been coming here for the $8 express car wash on my Denali Truck, They are very friendly and always glad to see you come in, the wash is excellent, so... after 2 years I came in for a hand wash on my new 2026 Corvette to try them out, that being said they did a superb job, then I brought our Porsche in for wash and wax, and once again Great Job, today I brought my travel trailer in for a wash and wax, they help me back in to the spot they wanted me in and went work, best wash and wax I've had yet from anyone, Ricardo is the man! He sets it up and takes great care of you, and all the boys here are great at customer service. Thanks for taking great care of us. This is our Vehicle care place now! Thanks to Alex as well. read more

Visiting this Soapy Suds location was a total accident. I was just passing by when I realized my car hadn't been washed in almost three months--so I pulled in on a whim. You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy. I'll definitely be back. read more

I enjoyed the car wash ! I used it later in the evening just before selling my car just down the street. The workers were helpful but I didn't like that the air for blowing on the windshield looked just like one for the tire and was even marked "air". Otherwise great fast and easy carwash. read more

Great and fast service! Everyone is very friendly and will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with the service. Affordable prices and best of all, they offer $10 cash back in case you forgot to get cash for tip. Glad I found this little gem of a car wash! read more

I'm particular about my cars, even my old one. I go on appointments daily so every other day I try to wash my car. Yes, I'm a $30 subscriber, which is enough for what I need. The microfiber soft cloths won't damage your vehicle however if you have a sports car I don't recommend you bringing it to any car wash since the car may be too low, from experience. Tip: At the kiosk, if the employee puts a piece of tape on the windshield, this means you want it dried and vacuumed by a worker at the end. I typically don't since the blowers do a good enough job and I head out to my meetings right after the wash. You can self vacuum after or before at no cost. Since I've been there, I haven't seen a broken one. All the equipment seem to be in tip top shape. I recommend Soapy Suds!! Pictures will be coming soon. read more

Ricardo was very helpful and very nice . Will definitely bring back more business to this car wash !!!! Prices are amazing !!!

Ricardo is amazing and very friendly and helpful. This is my favorite car wash in town. I usually do the drive thru and self service and they have people to help with towel drying for a small charge. I highly recommend! read more

My car wash filthy and they brought it back looking shiny! Ricardo goes above and beyond! You must come get your car looking fresh

Soapy Suds is definitely apart of my routine The entire team never misses with a pleasant experience. Ricardo provides great customer service! I've even recommended other locals to go here as well! read more

I keep buying their books for $24, now $32. I noticed that sometimes they need to rescan the barcode whenever it did not go through the first time. Problem is, although the scan may not have gone through the first time, it subtracted one wash from my book. Basically, when that happens it cost me twice or I have to buy a new book if only one was left. Their automat is faulty at times and they tell me it was my mistake not keeping track of the number of washes left on my book. read more

I am really disappointed in this place, I came in on August 16th to get a basic car wash, usually they do a really good job and the staff is nice which is why I made it my go to place. This last time they were a little more busy than usual, I pulled up and asked the guy working for the basic wash and asked nicely if he knew about how long the wait was he said about 30 minutes as I was getting my bag and getting out of the car he made a rude comment that I was taking too long and cutting into their time to wash the car (it had literally been less than a minute and I didn't even get to throw away any trash in the car before he took it like you usually can). Although the car was done in about that time they did not do a good job, they didn't wipe the inside of the cup holders, they barely vacuumed under the seats it was not the job that they normally do. read more

Ricardo is still awesome!!! So friendly and nice and very helpful. They do an outstanding job washing and cleaning my car. I only come here to get my car washed. read more

Great experience here! Ricardo was very attentive and helpful. My car wash was great and I appreciate the free vacuum! Would recommend!

The service here is always superior! Ricardo is a friendly face that always greets you like it's his own house. The price can't be beat for what you're getting from the whole crew and operation. I will continue to give them my business! read more

Great business, great employees. Shout out to Ricardo for going out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Brought my cars here a handful of times and they always do a good job. I've tried most of the car washes in SCV and this one consistently performs the best. read more

Absolutely horrible. They destroyed a $60,000 truck and had no remorse. They were actually rude and disrespectful and now I have to find a place to fix it with my own money. I will never take another vehicle there again. How do you scratch a windshield and then make deep scratches in the paint that look like the truck has been keyed? Hope their business goes under. read more

Broke my antenna!! I noticed it was missing when I went to vacuum my car. One of the guys retrieved it and let me know that I can reattach to my car using super glue. This is upsetting as the screw area for my antenna is now completely broken and I will need to constantly keep an eye on my antenna to make sure it doesn't fall off. Wash was okay, my rear windshield was still slightly dirty but that is expected for a $6 wash. read more

Soapy Suds Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Valencia, California

I just watched these guys wipe down the entire outside of my truck with a rag, and then wiping down my interior with the same rag. This is the last time I come to this place. They did this same crap on my Tesla but the guy convinced me he switched rags and I just didn't see. This is why I usually wash my cars myself. Quality just isn't there. Sat and watched the rest of the cars being done. They do it to all of them it's not just a mistake. read more
