They have a lot of positive reviews, so I had high hopes for this car wash. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. During my visit, one of the employees hit my car against the kiosk, leaving a small pinhole dent. When I brought it to his attention, my concern was immediately dismissed. I later called and spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled more professionally. Instead, I was told, "I'm sure that didn't happen because the kiosks are all plastic." When I explained that he wasn't present when the incident occurred, he continued to argue with me rather than simply listening to my concern. Accidents can happen, but the way a business responds makes all the difference. I was more disappointed by the dismissive and argumentative response than anything else. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to the many positive reviews I had read, and I left extremely disappointed with the level of customer service.

It was $60 difference which I pay out-of-pocket so in total the entire surface with $100. I honestly do think that it wasn't too bad of a cleaning service. It did take a little longer than was initially explained to me. (About 45-50 mins) but they weren't able to really get into my car and really detail clean my carpets. I have a Honda Civic that still has its carpet flooring and there was a specific area that had a gun on it that they were able to scrub off! Overall, I would go again!

I confronted her about the behavior and recorded the follow-up conversation on my Meta glasses (video attached). Her apology did not feel genuine or take accountability for what happened. The way complaints are handled here is concerning. Would not recommend.

I walk over to were the car has been taken to get washed. I asked of I could upgrade. They say no. Should have been done with the oil guys. So, not only did I not know that but now I can't upgrade to what I actually wanted. The oil guys didn't mind mentioning upgrades for oil and other fluids but completely failed to mention anything about options for the car wash portion. I go inside to ask the person at the register. Just a blank stare and no effort to help. If you're here for just one or the other I think the place can get the job done. If you're hear for the special. I'd recommend going to a place where the Oil Station and Car Wash are on the same page. Obviously they only care for their own jobs.

I sent them a text to the listed number and got a reply within an hour or so on my first inquiry. On the day of the wash, they kept me updated via text until they arrived. Before getting started they again asked if there was anything specific I required. I was worried the level of dust and dirt on my Jeep (a light off roader) might raise the price, but they had no concerns. After about two hours, both vehicles looked as I'd hoped! Overall, no complaints and I would not hesitate to call on Best SCV Mobile again. Thanks!

He convinced me to have them hand wash it, saying that way they would get all the spots. Mind you, this at twice the price of a typical wash. I agreed. *I could not have been more disappointed with the job!* Twice the wait time of a regular wash, twice the price. I still had bug guts on the front bumper, grill and lights. The truck was basically clean, but covered in yellow pollen spots. When i pointed this out the guy who washed the truck took his dry towel and started trying to scrub them off the paint dry! He didn't say a word! I had to tell him to stop, because it's dark paint and I was concerned about scratching it. Worst job ever! $70 wasted.
