You can immediately tell a business is in good hands when the owners are right there, helping out and overseeing everything. I handed my keys to a team member, left my car, and walked into the office to pay. Inside, there's a nice small seating area with a variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything--including the wash--was very affordable. They also have a small patio area with decorative waterfalls, which was a pleasant surprise. I even used the restroom and it was very clean, which always says a lot about a place. Overall, the experience was great and really showed their level of care. It's no surprise they're busy. I'll definitely be back.

But what made my experience was this kind, honest man. He was super friendly, didn't try to upsell, and genuinely guided me through what was going on with my car so I knew for next time. The staff are incredibly polite and informative; they proactively reminded me about the taxes and environmental fees (which are also clearly stated in the Groupon fine print). ​Pro-tip for Groupon users: ​Enter through the oil change entrance first. ​Show your Groupon to the technician to get your completion paperwork. ​Take that paperwork to the front desk to have your voucher scanned. ​Keep the receipt they give you--you'll need to show it to the car wash attendant. ​Vacuum first, then head into the wash! ​As a bonus, there is an incredible Mexican restaurant on-site. It's easily the best pozole I've ever had! My only minor critique is that I would have liked a more thorough wipe-down of the windows. I pointed it out to the employee and asked him if he could re-wash it. He then proceeded to take a sponge and grind the bugs into the paint. After he said he was done with it I walked around the truck and it was still completely dirty. They didn't clean the running boards, the cup holders are dirty, the entire truck still needs a wash. Jesús welcomed us and sold me on the $70 hand wash. Supposed to include vacuum on inside with cleaning product to "wipe everything down." Get back in the car and they left us a black button that popped off somewhere. No explanation where it came from. After getting home and searching where the button came from, I found it's supposed to secure the front passenger floor liner under the glove box. They had to really yank my floor liner to get this thing to pop out b/c it's solid in there and hard to remove. During my search, I noticed the interior was still dirty, like they didn't wipe anything down. Maybe a very quick vacuum. For the price, I thought they'd put effort into getting it mostly clean between the seats and under, but I was wrong. We did not receive the value we paid, even with a $10 discount for being first-timers. If I could get a refund, that'd be the appropriate thing. Lesson learned I suppose. Employees were nice.
