Great service and excellent car wash! My car came out looking spotless. Highly recommend!

I am a routine customer of this car wash. I've used the express lane, the normal wash and their detail services. The first thing that happens when you pull in is that you are warmly greeted by Emil, the manager, who will take your order. Emil is a really friendly guy who is great to chat with. The wash itself is superb. No brushes ever touch your car as it is a "hand wash" At the end, your car is expertly wiped down inside and out. The wipe guys are very generous with their usage of the air hose. An air hose is my number one priority when cleaning a car. If a car wash doesn't use it, I would never go there. When there, I typically ask for Carlos or Jose Pacheco as they are very thorough in their wipe downs. Today I brought in my Mercedes for a detail. Carlos handled the task. Car looks fantastic! So much so that I had to take a picture for this review. I highly recommend this car wash for the discerning car owner who wants a clean car that looks great read more

I'm extremely picky about who touches my vehicles, especially my Porsche, and this hand wash car wash absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff took their time, paid attention to every detail, and treated the car with care instead of rushing it through like most places nowadays. The wheels, paint, glass, and interior all came out spotless, and they did a great job without leaving swirl marks or greasy residue behind. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and understand how to properly care for higher-end vehicles. Professional staff, quality work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. It's hard to find a reliable hand wash spot you can trust consistently, but this place definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommended read more

I should have taken a before photo because my car was super gross. The birds had attacked my car and there was so much dirt and debris on my car that leaning against the trunk before getting the car cleaned yielded in me getting enough dirt on my clothes that I now have to go home and change before going out again. They did a remarkable job! These men work HARD. So it's in your best interest to TIP THEM WELL! I went in and 3 guys had called out. They still hustled and got my car, and several other cars, washed and out. They vacuumed so well. When I tell you the amount of dog hair I had on my car matts...ridiculous. The dog drool... ridiculous. They got it all out. I've been looking for a spot to get my car detailed and this place is going to be it! The cost is standard like most car washes, but the difference is my car came out looking more amazing than the other washes. Now, I only wish the birds hadn't done a fly by pooping because they saw a nice clean car. read more

Valencia Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

Well first of all I was never at this spa before. And the man there wasn't very friendly at all. He assumed I knew what took place. Yes every car wash is mor or less the same. He just wasn't willing to help me much. Secondly there was only 5 men working Reinhard in this hot weather we are having. And my car sat there to be detailed for over 25 minutes. By the time one is the workers attend to my car the car was pretty dried. When I got home. There were water spots al over my car. And I had to sip it down with a wet rag. So it wasn't worth 40.00 of what I spent there. I would not recommend this place waste Of money. read more

Just another one of those clean as fast as you can, and skip proper steps to avoid scratches, types of places. I chose a hand wash, I watched as they sprayed entire car for 15 seconds with a weak 500PSI pressure washer that would've lost against my kitchen faucet sprayer. They put the soap on and started scrubbing.... They welcomed me to the world of micro swirls and fine scratches... If you care at all about keeping your paint free from micro swirls, fine scratches, and abraded top clearcoat, don't go here... read more

Friendly staff, quick service, reasonably priced and did a decent cleaning job. I would go back!

After seeing this place always detailing the new cars from the local dealerships and seeing how amazing they came out, I figured it was time for me to take my Audi S5 for an exterior detail/paint correction. My paint was badly scratched and swirled. After their experienced detail guy got done with my car the results were absolutely amazing. The paint came out far better than I expected. These guys will get your paint looking like a show room finish! The cost for the detail was also excellent. They charge a very fair and reasonable price for the amount of time and work that goes into polishing the car. I will definitely be getting more detail work done from them in the future. read more

I went to Valencia Auto Spa this morning. I needed a car wash that washed cars by hand and they were recommended by Gerber Body shop. I came to wash my car today the person checking the cars was amazing really polite and nice. Unfortunately I can't give great review cause the person below killed all, when I came to pay and waited at the waiting room for a while, I need it to use the restroom I asked if there's one and she said "oh is out of service" a minute later a gentleman ask for the restroom and she gave him the code. REALLY because I'm Latina she treated me like that? Even tho I pay the highest price to get my car clean I was denied the restroom. It used to be my preferred car wash not no more!!!! read more

Came here with a pretty dirty Forester. Introduced myself to the guy who sets you up with the car wash and asked for the car to be detailed and that I haven't had someone else wash my car in a long time. He said detail is a big word around here and that costs hundreds of dollars (maybe assuming I couldn't afford it) why don't I take a look at your car and see what you need. I said sure and he recommended their Supreme Interior for $80. I had no problem paying for the detail and even asked to bump up the service he recommended so I can be assured they do a good job. So he bumped it up an another $40. When the car was finished the floor mats still had dirt all over them, the carpet under the mats hadn't been vacuumed, air vents were still dirty in the car, the trim all around the interior of the car and near the door hadn't been cleaned. Then he started to tell me the package I paid for didn't include that work. When I asked what my package did include he couldn't tell me. They have 5 levels of "wipe down" and I got the highest but somehow that doesn't include wiping down the trim on the inside of the car? When I offered to pay more to get whatever package would include what I wanted he said no and offered to give me my money back and said I wouldn't be happy either way. I refused to take the money back insisting I came for a good car wash/detail and I'm happy to pay for it but I just need to know which of your many options will clean the car nicely. He had his guys do another once over on the car but still not $120 plus $60 tip worth. I should have just cleaned it myself like I usually do. I would avoid this place as they don't tell you what you are buying and do a poor job of basic car cleaning. read more

I bought a brand new car last year and have only been doing hand wash only. I love coming to this car wash, their new ownership they really go out of their way for you. The prices of a hand wash is affordable and you get an air freshener too. I love that I can come in and they take such good care of my car from the inside and out. They can also fill up your tank if you'd like before the wash. Best place to take your car read more

I usually hand wash all my cars. But sometimes when I'm short on time I have to use a car wash. The best car wash and detail is one you do yourself. But this place does a great job for a quick turn around car wash. The guy who checks you in is always friendly. I make sure he knows he's in charge of my "baby" when I drop off my car. If you haven't detailed your own car, then you don't know how hard these guys work in the heat to make sure your car is clean. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I had to after the amazing experience I had here. We had just finished a long road trip with the kids, and let's just say... the car was a disaster. Crumbs, spills, sticky spots--everywhere. The team was so friendly and didn't make me feel judged at all. They got to work and did a great job, but what really impressed me was the manager. He walked around at the end, noticed a couple spots that had been missed, and personally had the team go back in to take care of it--no attitude, just genuine care about doing the job right. That kind of service is rare. My car looked (and smelled!) brand new by the time they were done. Huge thanks to the manager and the whole crew--you guys really went above and beyond, and it didn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend! read more
