Do not recommend, they have no idea what they're doing here. Came to get an express wash and needed gas so we pulled into the gas line and asked if we could do gas and express wash, the guy said yes. Filled our tank and another guy (possibly the manager) said you can't do the express wash only full service, we clearly had asked the first guy multiple times and the man said these guys don't know anything. Like other recent comments, I will never be returning to this car wash again (or at least until it's under new management). This has been the only car wash I have used and I was shocked at the customer service I received yesterday! I arrived first thing in the morning and picked my usual package. The man who "helped" me (who I believe is the owner) immediately tried to upsell me. Pointing to the flooring around my son's seat he said, "well, just so you know, all of that will be left there if you don't choose a higher package" then quickly vacuums a spot to show me how it would still be dirty. I was so confused!!! He then said VERBATIM "the higher package you choose, the better wipe down inside." I have NEVER heard of that! I looked at him confused and said, " You're telling me that I have to pay the highest package in order for my car to be clean inside? Where does it say that in any of those packages? I've chosen the same package every time I come here." He quickly glanced at the package menu above then visibly got upset and snapped, "Then choose whatever you want, that's on you." He was sooooo rude!! This was 8:00am!!! I told him I was just trying to understand what he was saying but he seemed so bothered. Maybe they're struggling financially?? If that's the case, change your pricing and/or give a better description of what is going to be included but to tell someone remnants inside their car will be left that way because they didn't choose the package you want them to choose, is absurd. Came for a car wash and had a horrendous experience. It took an hour and 20 minutes and they weren't even very busy. However, the worst part is they almost broke the lock on my car. When they were done washing the car, I went over and the washer attempted to open my car door for me, which would not open. I asked the gentleman to give me a moment to figure out what was wrong as I have never had any type of issue with my car locks before. He then proceeded to get in on the passenger side and push the car lock manually up-and-down up-and-down up and down rapidly. I asked him to please stop doing this, but he continued to. Finally he pushed it open and then when I tried to use my automatic lock, it would not work. I went and got the manager and explained what had transpired and he could care less and said that anything that was wrong on the car at all was hundred percent my fault nothing that they had done. This is a 2022 mini Cooper that is in excellent condition and never before had a lock issue. Nasty. Establishment. Beware. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place left stains/ink spots/I dont know what, all over my front seat. First time here to get my car washed. Worker came up asked what I wanted, gave me a receipt, I left my car and went inside to pay. I waited about 20 mins. An employee said my car was ready. I went over. He opened the door and WHAAAATTTT ... there was 4 blue stains on my seat. I asked the employee what happened. He told me that might have happened when they were cleaning. And he would get the manager. The manager Sandra Silveste immediately said it wasnt them. How could it not be? The stains werent there when I came in and they were there after. I told her it looked like someone had a pen in their pants that leaked all over my seat. She said that wasnt possible. I even told her the guy who called me over to get my car said it was. She then proceeded to yell at him in Spanish. Until he finally agreed with her that it wasnt. After yelling at him she tells me it wasnt them and that was it. She did not apologize. She did not offer to try to get it out or even attempt to fix it. She just told me to leave. What is wrong with this lady??? She even told me to go ahead and tell everyone outside what happened. She didnt care. Clearly Sandra Silvestre has no idea how to be a manager. She should immediately be fired from her job. Not only was she rude and horrible to me, a customer. She was just as horrible to the other employees. In the end I paid this company to clean my car. They left stains on my front seat. And thats it. Thats how this company works. I had to double check they gave me the right car when I got it back. It looked brand new The inside of my car was pretty worse for wear, it's been a rough few months and I did quite a bit of slacking on car cleaning. I showed up late in the afternoon today and asked how much an interior shampoo and wash would be. $120.00. They would was my neglected mats also. I figured it would take quite a while, but only took an hour. Every single inch on my interior was immaculate, the outside as well. I was blown away. On top of that the staff was friendly, from the fine gentleman who greeted me, to the attendant at the register. My experience was beyond five stars. I haven't been to this car wash since high school (relocated back to the area recently) but it will be my default car wash from now on. Just a note- a wheel and oil service share a lot, so it's pretty convenient, if you should need those services as well. read more

Drove there this morning for my first Express Drive Thru wash as a matter of convenience since my handicapped wife was with me. I sat in the Express lane for a number of minutes waiting for directions from an attendant. The middle aged attendant, who may have been part of management, looked at me and then walked off in a different direction. That left no one at the entry point. So I just drove away. What is happening in this world. It seems that very few people take any pride or responsibility for doing their job. Anything worth doing is worth doing it right and to the best of your ability. Ever since the new management / ownership took over the Auto Spa the quality of service has gone downhill. The prices have gone up. The brushes they use now WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR. If you use the self service carwash you are not allowed to dry your vehicle where the pumps are, maybe if the guy that is drying your vehicle actually dried the vehicle you wouldn't have to worry about people parking at the pumps to get the water off. It is sad to see the best handwash in Valencia; in my opinion, go downhill all because the new owners couldn't leave it be. I had been going here since I was a teenager became friends with Sandra, which is no longer there. I have not gone back because of bad business practices. AVOID!!!!!!!!!! These guys cracked my windshield on 5/27/22. Cost me $800 to replace and I still need to spend a few hundred more to recalibrate driver assist system at the dealer. Owner/manager avoided my calls and never returned e-mail until I made another attempt to call on 6/4. He immediately denied right off the bat. Did not care to see pics of damage or listen to anything I said. He just completely refused to accept any responsibility. Basically telling me that because I didn't see the damage happen that it didn't happen. Who keeps a video log of their windshield before and after getting a car detailed??? I doubt that they would have allowed car to even be run through car wash system with that damage. Windshield was impacted on driver's side right where the keys were deposited. I see a few other pictures where their windshield is also cracked on driver's side. Going to determine next steps and reach out to others with same experience on Yelp. One week they charge another week they don't than try to charge for SUV when it's not an SUV. Staff at car line are rude and have no idea what's going on nor do they care. It pains me to leave this review. I will normally only leave good reviews and share my grievances personally with the management of the business. In this case the person I had difficulties with appears to be the manager. I've been bringing my truck here for washes and detailing since I had it repainted over a year ago. It has larger tires, so the gentleman measured them the first time I came in to be sure it fit into the tracks in the wash. It passed and we've been happily utilizing Valencia Auto Spa for the past year. Until today! I came in and was promptly told after the fellow looked closely at my tires he would only wash my truck at twice the cost due to tire size necessitating a hand wash. I told him the tires were measured previously and were under 11.5 inches, asking him to measure. He got visibly upset that I challenged him, raised his voice and told me to look at the tire again, he refused. I told him I'm outta here as there are other car washes close by that will happily take my money. I now see why this place gets such horrible reviews. I'll not go back. Neither should you. Soapy Suds is close and does a great job. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've seen. I recommend you avoid this business, as they are gouging to bump prices and are utterly rude. read more

I honestly don't know where to start. I went to the car wash with my son to get both of our trucks washed after he and I went off roading. They did an OK job on cleaning his truck. They did an awful job on my truck. They vacuumed the carpet only and did a super quick wipe down of the interior leaving dirt smudges everywhere. The rims never got cleaned. The runningboards and bumpers also had dirt smudges and watermarks everywhere. the outside mirrors had water spots as well. I showed the manager and he blew me off and told me to bring it the next day and the would do a better job on the outside because they were closing. He also told me that they only vacuum the inside and that wiping down interior is not part of their service. Keep in mind I paid for the upgraded wash($28.99) plus an extra $10 because he said the truck was abnormally dirty from off roading. I had to ask the manager for the air freshener that I paid for and he stomped off and yelled for one of his employes to give me one. The manager Bottom line is I paid extra to get a better car wash, got a poor quality car was and an attitude from the manager. I have pictures. I wish I new how to post them. read more

Something happened to this place. It used to be good and workers would greet you. Recently, I drove up and the guy was not friendly and told me it would be an hour but there was no line. Second time I sat there for 5 minutes and no one ever came so I just drove off. It's a great location to get your car washed and they always did a decent job in the past; but it's obvious management either changed or they're falling asleep. I've been coming here off and on for the past 12 years. One thing that is definitely noticeable is that over the years and different managements / owners the quality of the wash has gone way down. When this was originally a different named car wash it was the place to go in awesometown. Ok so things change and things maybe run a little more "economically". But it's a car wash - one job to get done here - a clean car in the end. Well that can be a challenge when the job is sorta rushed and equipment is not up to par. I only really come here because I get the free exterior wash coupon from Oil Stop. But even then I often pass. When I tried to use the self vacuum I tried 3 hoses and they all have really weak power. I couldn't even get all the grass and lint off the mats. Not sure if the employee ones work better. Well all in all I give it a star for being able to kind of rinse of your car if it is really dirty. More like a good pre wash before you wash it again. Another star for being brushless - I guess. Staff was friendly so that helps too. read more
