10/10 experience. Called late Tuesday evening in a major panic and was able to drop my car off Wednesday morning for an unexplainable stink that the Ford dealership said was rat urine. Axel took us seriously and agreed that there definitely was a foul odor. They did an amazing job on cleaning literally every inch of my car from under the hood, all of the vents, the inside, and the outside & it looks better than it did when it was brand new! Called asking for a quote for a PPF, after waiting on a response to a requested submitted online via their website. I was told I had to bring the vehicle in. When I asked for a range I was again curtly told I had to bring the vehicle in. When I drove down, the shop was locked, with a notice by appointment only. I called explaining that I was told to bring it in for a quote the person said they were already closed (online states differently) and it's by appointment only after I had already driven in per their previous advice. When I tried to explain this I was rudely told I can make an appointment. I declined and hung up.
