The first thing that happens when you pull in is that you are warmly greeted by Emil, the manager, who will take your order. Emil is a really friendly guy who is great to chat with. The wash itself is superb. No brushes ever touch your car as it is a "hand wash" At the end, your car is expertly wiped down inside and out. The wipe guys are very generous with their usage of the air hose. An air hose is my number one priority when cleaning a car. If a car wash doesn't use it, I would never go there. When there, I typically ask for Carlos or Jose Pacheco as they are very thorough in their wipe downs. Today I brought in my Mercedes for a detail. Carlos handled the task. Car looks fantastic! The wash is fun with lots of suds and foam. The extra polishers and cloth drying cycle gets the drying done better than just air blowers alone. Nice feature here. The vacuums work great and I love that they have the air pressure hoses for getting water out of the seams of the car. I do wish they had towels like some other places out of state.
