I had a prepaid service that I got from my boyfriend which was valued at 40 dollars, but when I got there I updated to get my headlight cleaned. It was $60 difference which I pay out-of-pocket so in total the entire surface with $100. I honestly do think that it wasn't too bad of a cleaning service. It did take a little longer than was initially explained to me. (About 45-50 mins) but they weren't able to really get into my car and really detail clean my carpets. Visited for the first time for a hand wash service. The wash was incomplete and poorly done. When my husband raised the concern, Manager Sandra responded by making unwanted physical contact, placing her hands on his face, and then threatened to call law enforcement if he didn't stop talking. The staff are incredibly polite and informative; they proactively reminded me about the taxes and environmental fees (which are also clearly stated in the Groupon fine print). ​Pro-tip for Groupon users: ​Enter through the oil change entrance first. ​Show your Groupon to the technician to get your completion paperwork. ​Take that paperwork to the front desk to have your voucher scanned. ​Keep the receipt they give you--you'll need to show it to the car wash attendant. ​Vacuum first, then head into the wash! ​As a bonus, there is an incredible Mexican restaurant on-site. It's easily the best pozole I've ever had! My only minor critique is that I would have liked a more thorough wipe-down of the windows. I went to them to get an oil change done. They seem to be inexperienced. Did the job and the didn't put all the screws back on the undercarriage shield and eventually after 2 days of driving, the road vibrations caused the shield to hang down and thats when I heard the scraping noise and found 4 screws missing. This was a new car with 5k miles and they were the first to service it. I gave it 2 stars and not 1 because they did offer a drive thru car wash with the service. read more

The sales person insulted me and my car by trying ti up charge the already free wash and the person at the register seemed offended that I was getting a free wash. He clearly didn't know what the promotion was, and had such a poor attitude. I also noticed the amount of machismo and sexism: they micromanage what women are requesting their preferred wash. Had a great experience today. Accidentally got the Synthetic instead of the Euro on Groupon. Obviously since it's an Audi I knew I'd have to pay for a premium oil filter and extra oil (as stated in the fine print on Groupon) but to switch it and get all the extras only cost 30$ additional. But what made my experience was this kind, honest man. He was super friendly, didn't try to upsell, and genuinely guided me through what was going on with my car so I knew for next time. Unfortunately I can't give great review cause the person below killed all, when I came to pay and waited at the waiting room for a while, I need it to use the restroom I asked if there's one and she said "oh is out of service" a minute later a gentleman ask for the restroom and she gave him the code. It's crazy how slow this place is. Carwashes to begin with are sub par but since I had a birthday coupon for their $25 wash or whatever the package was, I figured I swing by and use it. I had to be somewhere at 11:30 and came by at 10:45 to go through the wash. How does it take 45 minutes for them to take my car through the wash and dry it? They didn't do anything special to my car, my car sat for 15 minutes where I parked it for them to take through. When 11:30 hit, the one person they had on my car wasn't even done and I just said I had to go and got my keys to leave. I had my car wash done here. Paid extra to do a prewash per the attendant but was not happy with the service. After my car was wash it was parked under a tree so the roof got dirty again. Then when i got inside hoping that it will be clean. Nope my cup holder was still dirty, steering wheel still had the same coffee spill stain. Which you cant really miss it. Update, they did not clean the car, the did not repair or assist in the repair of the broken seat. I had to dispute charges to which they responded they provide excellent service they are proud of. $500 detail results pictured below. Had vehicle repaired by mechanic, they stated liquid got into the seat motor, most likely due to product being directly sprayed onto the area. Additionally please see pictures of the dirt that is not permanent or natural discolorations, just dirt. I have been a customer for many years under the old unlimited $19.99 car wash. Today I went to get my car washed and they informed me that my membership has expired. The rude female employee kept saying "don't know why your plan expired but that I have to charge u the price of the current plan which is $24.99. I been doing business with Valencia carwash for approx 5 years. I had unlimited full service for two cars $95/month. Today when I went to wash one of the cars, I was told my credit card has expired and they no longer honor the $95/month. When I proved to them that my card did not expire, they said it did not matter. Cost living have gone up, and they wanted an additional $25/month for both cars. Even my mom went to get her car washed at Valencia car wash and her car is even worse than mine. She saw huge scratch marks on her front bumper which made me want to check mine out. I am writing to share my disappointment with the level of service I received during my visit today. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by significant delays and a lack of staff attentiveness throughout the process. Upon arriving at the service bay, I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. When I stepped out of my vehicle, I observed two employees chatting in the customer waiting area instead of attending to the service floor. Later, the service process itself was just as difficult. I experienced further delays waiting for a cashier to process my payment, and again when I brought my vehicle to the car wash, where no staff members were present to assist. I have been a customer, but given the lack of professionalism and the poor service standards I encountered today, I will not be returning to this location. I purchased their "Super Clean Interior service" based on an employee's recommendation, and it was a total letdown. Instead of a deep clean, they just wiped low-quality leather shine over everything. Making your interior slippery, greasy and uncomfortable. (Not to mention the leather shine smell) Also these leather shine are probably bad for my skin... The "detailed vacuum" was barely a $5 job--dust and debris were left on the floor mats, trunk, and panels. They didn't even touch the infotainment screen, which still had smudges and fingerprints (see photos). The exterior wash was equally careless. My rearview mirrors and camera were left dirty. I paid for an interior detail on my 2025 Ford Escape. I dropped it off right when they opened (I booked an appointment). They said it would take 3 hours. I received a phone call that my car was ready after 3 hours (it was not). When the car dried I saw that they missed a lot of the interior cleaning (which is what I paid extra for) and even missed vacuuming parts of the carpet. My car was not dirty, I just wanted a detail so I could bring my newborn into a clean car. I literally have a footprint on the front passenger seat that appeared after the car interior dried. I had one of the worst car wash experiences here. I paid $320 for a complete interior/exterior service, and the work was shady: The floor mats were not washed, the floors were not washed, and the seats were still stained. Even worse, after they handled my car, suddenly my trunk would not open at all something that had never happened before. All the groceries that I just purchased and personal items that I had just placed in the trunk were lost permanently because the trunk became completely inoperable. The staff kept asking for "more time," but after hours of waiting, the car still wasn't cleaned properly. This was more than negligent work, my car was damaged as well. Prior to start of the work, I saw all negative reviews and ask them if they will do proper job. They have misled me just like they have misled every custumer on the yelp. read more
