Had a great experience today. Accidentally got the Synthetic instead of the Euro on Groupon. Obviously since it's an Audi I knew I'd have to pay for a premium oil filter and extra oil (as stated in the fine print on Groupon) but to switch it and get all the extras only cost 30$ additional. But what made my experience was this kind, honest man. He was super friendly, didn't try to upsell, and genuinely guided me through what was going on with my car so I knew for next time. The staff are incredibly polite and informative; they proactively reminded me about the taxes and environmental fees (which are also clearly stated in the Groupon fine print). ​Pro-tip for Groupon users: ​Enter through the oil change entrance first. ​Show your Groupon to the technician to get your completion paperwork. ​Take that paperwork to the front desk to have your voucher scanned. ​Keep the receipt they give you--you'll need to show it to the car wash attendant. ​Vacuum first, then head into the wash! ​As a bonus, there is an incredible Mexican restaurant on-site. It's easily the best pozole I've ever had! My only minor critique is that I would have liked a more thorough wipe-down of the windows. Unfortunately I can't give great review cause the person below killed all, when I came to pay and waited at the waiting room for a while, I need it to use the restroom I asked if there's one and she said "oh is out of service" a minute later a gentleman ask for the restroom and she gave him the code. I purchased a groupon for oil change/car wash for around $60. I go to redeem it and he tells me that it will be an additional cost (in my case, an additional $50). It's crazy how slow this place is. Carwashes to begin with are sub par but since I had a birthday coupon for their $25 wash or whatever the package was, I figured I swing by and use it. I had to be somewhere at 11:30 and came by at 10:45 to go through the wash. How does it take 45 minutes for them to take my car through the wash and dry it? They didn't do anything special to my car, my car sat for 15 minutes where I parked it for them to take through. When 11:30 hit, the one person they had on my car wasn't even done and I just said I had to go and got my keys to leave. Update, they did not clean the car, the did not repair or assist in the repair of the broken seat. I had to dispute charges to which they responded they provide excellent service they are proud of. $500 detail results pictured below. Had vehicle repaired by mechanic, they stated liquid got into the seat motor, most likely due to product being directly sprayed onto the area. Additionally please see pictures of the dirt that is not permanent or natural discolorations, just dirt. I have been a customer for many years under the old unlimited $19.99 car wash. Today I went to get my car washed and they informed me that my membership has expired. The rude female employee kept saying "don't know why your plan expired but that I have to charge u the price of the current plan which is $24.99. Then she was trying to say my credit card was denied because my credit card was expired. This is incorrect and I had my card with me that it is not expired. All this just to try to get me on the higher price plan. If they would have just been honest about wanting to upcharge and not want to except the old plan that would be fine. I paid for an interior detail on my 2025 Ford Escape. I dropped it off right when they opened (I booked an appointment). They said it would take 3 hours. I received a phone call that my car was ready after 3 hours (it was not). When the car dried I saw that they missed a lot of the interior cleaning (which is what I paid extra for) and even missed vacuuming parts of the carpet. My car was not dirty, I just wanted a detail so I could bring my newborn into a clean car. I literally have a footprint on the front passenger seat that appeared after the car interior dried. I will not being going back to this establishment and I would highly recommend that you don't either. read more

Just got a car wash here today and found my car scratched up in multiple places around my entire car. None of these were there before. Even my mom went to get her car washed at Valencia car wash and her car is even worse than mine. She saw huge scratch marks on her front bumper which made me want to check mine out. A drive through car wash that's kind of entertaining with all the lights and does a decent job at cleaning my vehicle. Attendants hand dry your vehicle at the end and you get access to vacuums. Affordable. Great spot! read more

The staff is friendly and the waiting area is clean--but that's where the positives end. I purchased their "Super Clean Interior service" based on an employee's recommendation, and it was a total letdown. Instead of a deep clean, they just wiped low-quality leather shine over everything. Making your interior slippery, greasy and uncomfortable. (Not to mention the leather shine smell) Also these leather shine are probably bad for my skin... The "detailed vacuum" was barely a $5 job--dust and debris were left on the floor mats, trunk, and panels. They didn't even touch the infotainment screen, which still had smudges and fingerprints (see photos). The exterior wash was equally careless. My rearview mirrors and camera were left dirty. Water spots and grime were still clearly visible on the tailgate, trim, rear bumper, and windows. Plastic surfaces were streaky and blotched as if untouched. read more

I have been a long time customer of Valencia car wash: I live close by and I only get my car washed at Valencia car wash. My last two visits have been less than satisfactory, but in particular when I visit them last week, I was not pleased. I went on St. Patrick's Day, and they were quite busy because they had a coupon offer. The first thing was, they did not wash my car properly, and the interior was not washed at all. Additionally, they gave me the wrong TESLA card and I had to tell them. When I expressed my concern and disappointment, one of the workers was rude, and I asked to speak to the manager, and because they were busy, I had to walk back into the car wash to speak to her. This manager knows me, her name is Sandra and she was not accommodating at all. She did not offer to give me a discount or a future free car wash. She just shrugged it off as they were busy. when I called back the next day, I spoke to a different manager and he was rude and I told him I wanted to speak to the owner, which he was combative about it and I am still waiting on a callback from the owner. This is not good business, and I will not be returning back to their car wash. I am very disappointed with Valencia car wash because I have. been going to them for a very long time and it is convenient for me. I had one of the worst car wash experiences here. I paid $320 for a complete interior/exterior service, and the work was shady: The floor mats were not washed, the floors were not washed, and the seats were still stained. Even worse, after they handled my car, suddenly my trunk would not open at all something that had never happened before. All the groceries that I just purchased and personal items that I had just placed in the trunk were lost permanently because the trunk became completely inoperable. The staff kept asking for "more time," but after hours of waiting, the car still wasn't cleaned properly. This was more than negligent work, my car was damaged as well. Prior to start of the work, I saw all negative reviews and ask them if they will do proper job. They have misled me just like they have misled every custumer on the yelp. read more

I have two toddlers and so things get crumby in my car- and I know that and that's why I pay for the express detailing. I have leather seats and so it's nothing that a good vacuum and a decent wipe down can't handle. I asked for the usual service and they told me they would not clean my car for under $300 that they just couldn't do it. I told them no and they said $250. I said no. So I left (wasted my morning) and went to Valencia auto spa down the street and they did a fantastic job for $40 plus tip and didn't try to upsell me by hundreds. Perfect job! I have a Jeep that was full of dog hair from my two girls, a husky/shepard and a doberman. I had recently purchased some new custom seat covers and wanted to get the interior shampooed and steam cleaned before I put them on. I'd received a coupon for a full exterior detail for $199, normally $299. When I got there and explained what I wanted to do they discussed several options, even through I had the full detail coupon there was an interior detailing package that was $99 dollars on its own they thought could be a fit. I really liked that they took an interest in what I was looking for and didn't just try to sell me something more expensive if it would have been overkill. In the end I still ended up doing the full detail. They told me it would take two and a half to three hours which was fine and took an Uber home. The girl that called to tell me it was ready for pickup was very polite and friendly. Upon arrival I saw that the Jeep was pulled right up front with the doors open ready to be checked and it looked outstanding! I truly wish I had taken before pictures because prior to dropping it off it looked rough inside. Now it looked like it had just rolled off the lot. Not a single dog hair anywhere... seats floors, back cargo area. All dash surfaces were shining, no fingerprints on the media screen or nose smudges on the windows from the dogs and you could still smell the shampoo in the seats(mean that in a good way like the new car smell). The outside looked amazing too. They had clay waxed it and really had the exterior shining. It was worth every penny I paid for it and seeing it now if I went back in a few months again I would still pay the full $299. I absolutely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Negligent and absolutely awful. I requested the $30 "Best" wash with a lemon air freshener and was talked into a $10 Pre-Wash upgrade to take care of the dried bugs. The wash took about half an hour, I tipped, then drove straight home. Once I was home I noticed not only remaining dirt on my car and no air freshener, but also a completely scratched and chipped windshield. See photos attached - the white spots on the glass are all indents where I could only assume a rag with rocks or other small hard objects was fiercely wiped across my windshield. I can't believe this place is in business, and they have signs all over the property claiming no liability for damage which would imply damage is common. Do not trust this place with any car you care about. read more

One of the worst car washes I have been to in a while! Almost an hour an a half for a hand wash and a fake ceramic coating. It's not a hand wash if you use a brush with a broom stick. Vehicle not vacuumed well, all screens still had fingerprints all over them, dirt and dust still in many spots, outside of vehicle not properly wiped down and rims not cleaned well. Ceramic coating to bring out the shine is just a con, made absolutely no difference in the vehicles shine. Also, not a great idea to wash and clean a vehicle under a tree. When I asked for some spots to be cleaned that were missed they looked at me like I was in the wrong. This is what I get for giving a local business an opportunity, should have just gone to my usual car wash. Over priced and poor quality of work. Didn't want to spend another minute there. read more
