Went in to get an oil change and when I arrived there were two cars already inside being worked on so I thought I'd wait and give them some time to greet me. Listening to an audio book I relaxed in my car for about 10 minutes. Still no one greeted or even acknowledged me. After some more time had passed I looked up from my phone to see a man flailing his arms at me in an angry manner, looked like he was pointing to the car he worked on while he looked at me, well I guess the employee finally greeted the customer but I was not pleased with their customer service or abrasive gestures, so I left. Went to another shop down the street that iv been too before, more expensive but I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived. Won't be trying this place again. read more

Told me that my car was out of coolant and recommended a 100$ flush and refill. However, when I checked my engine, it was barely used up. Alright, so my family has been going here for a while so credit where credit is due, they always take care of us. Just this last trip i went and my latch to the hood of my car broke basically in their hands, now it may have just been the straw that broke the camels back, but i left needing to go down the street to get a new part for my car which is now costing close to $300... while i understand they couldn't fix it, i though maybe their company would offer some sort of compensation as it happened on their property while they were messing with my car. i also wouldn't be leaving this review if the young man Logan didn't yell at me when i came up to the bay, he assumed i was gonna let myself in and yelled at me, he also proceeded with yelling at his obviously new co workers multiple times... was an interesting experience to say the least. Feb. 1, 2026 - Showed up at 12:30 pm to both bays open with a cone blocking each and a nice gentleman sitting in a chair outside, told me they were closed for lunch with only two workers. I returned at 4:20 pm to see both bays open again blocked with a cone and the same gentleman in the same chair. After he and his partner talked, he sent Philip over, I asked for his name before leaving, to tell me the cant help me because the need to count their inventory. The service has definitely dropped a lot over the last year. They used to pop you in and out within 10 to 15 minutes and were friendly about it. My last couple oil changes have taken 20+ each time and they are more busy with either other than the service. I will no longer bring our three cars to this location. I've been to Oil Changers at the First Street location 2x for an oil change on a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I have had the Full Service Synthetic Oil Change both times priced at 95.99 (date of service 6/15/24 and 9/20/24). Service was quick, minimal wait time, I believe I was done each time within 15-20 minutes. The filters are a bit pricey-first time I paid for air filter $24.99 and second time I paid for the cabin air filter $39.99 (good reminders for me to check and purchase those/ install ahead of time so I can budget appropriately) This time I came back for the recommended Transmission Fluid Service quoted at $199 and Coolant Reservoir Service quoted at $100. No appointment needed. Wait time plus Service Time was a total of about 1 hour. Oil Changers gave me a $20 discount for doing both services together, total $297.78. All in all, very efficient! We came to this oil change station before back when it was called "xpress lube". Today I decided to take one of our cars since it's due for an oil change and I didn't feel like waiting long or even leaving the car at the dealer. Mind you, Chevrolet was charging me $79 for the service the car needs. One of the employee at this shop says "$98" I responded back by saying dealer itself was charging me $79, DEALER. He laughed at my comment, so I drove and left. To those looking to get their oil change here, make sure their price is listed and you can see it on a board. Had Jonathan and Carlos today servicing my car. They were both so sweet. Pulled in about 11 O Clock but they only had two guys since one was at lunch. There were four cars ahead of me. Carlos came up to each car and let us know the situation. He gave an estimated time (15-20 min per car) and offered bottle of water. Love quality customer services when the workers give you a heads up on what to expect. No appointment needed so a plus for this place. And you don't need to get out of your car. It's located on first and it is not hard to find. Recommend for quick oil change. They check everything like air filter changes and light checks, and pump air for your tires to the ideal level while you are there. Both cracked a lot of jokes and made me laugh. The staff mentioned that it was due to the high mileage on the engine. The vehicle has a new engine that is not the case. I got an oil change a few days later at another location and checked the dipstick after the work was complete, and noticed the oil was clear and new. This is a business I have used for my last 3 oil changes. Today I went in for my scheduled oil change and after opening my hood it was obvious that rats had been under my hood. The two employees told me that they did not want to touch anything because of the rat situation. They asked me to clean out the small pile of shredded leaves as they didn't want to touch it. I agreed to do it. After the small pile was removed, they proceeded to begin the oil change, telling me the total coast etc. after a few minutes of no activity, one of the employees tells me that he had called his boss and that proceeding with the oil change was a liability to him and would only do it if I gave him a "tip". I asked what the liability was and he repeated that we would only do it for a tip. I then told him I wasn't going to tip him for doing his job! I assured him I would not be returning to their business after what I perceived a completely unacceptable business practice.
