Dustin and Diego helped me out. Pretty efficient and very professional. The cost is hard to beat and the care they put in is well worth it. I got a simple oil change, in and out in less than 10 minutes read more

Excellent service. They are fortunate to have Matt on their team. Recommend this location only.

Went in to get an oil change and when I arrived there were two cars already inside being worked on so I thought I'd wait and give them some time to greet me. Listening to an audio book I relaxed in my car for about 10 minutes. Still no one greeted or even acknowledged me. After some more time had passed I looked up from my phone to see a man flailing his arms at me in an angry manner, looked like he was pointing to the car he worked on while he looked at me, well I guess the employee finally greeted the customer but I was not pleased with their customer service or abrasive gestures, so I left. Went to another shop down the street that iv been too before, more expensive but I was greeted and welcomed when I arrived. Won't be trying this place again. read more

The old bait and switch. I called, give them my make, model, and year and was quoted one price for an oil change. When I got in the price was $40 higher than quoted. Buyer beware! I will not be back. read more

Just had an oil change here and it was a great experience. Both Diego and Philip were courteous and knowledgeable. Quick service too

Carlos and Jacob !!! Great crew REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME TO FIND THE ROOT OF MY OIL LEAK! They found the issue with a washer being upside down! i'm so impressed and will ONLY be coming to this 1st street location for now on ! read more

Great service. Quick and friendly. Very good communication. Thank you! Got an oil change and some other maintenance things done. My car is purring like a kitten and I am very happy with this place! Will be back. read more

Went today to get my oil change and Phillip and Diego are awesome! Both super sweet guys. Process was so quick too, will definitely be back! :) read more

I highly recommend getting your oil changed at this location! Jacob made me feel comfortable and was upfront with the price. He walked me through the steps, which helped me feel at ease with the process. This was my first time going, as my husband usually takes my car. They even checked my tire pressure and cleaned my front windshield. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Thank you to Jacob and Carlos! read more

We came in and had amazing service by Diego and Philp they both were extremely respectful, and we're able to help us. We came in 15 minutes before closing because another location was not able to remove the oil filter from our car. But these guys got the job done. Did not turn us away. Even with the time that we came in, and still had a smile on their face. We'll highly be coming back to this location. read more

Quick and easy oil change service. We drove up and waited behind another car for maybe about 5 to 10 minutes and then we were able to drive up. We stayed in our car while they did the oil change and I was able to pay by credit card and within 10 to 15 minutes we were on our way. read more

Told me that my car was out of coolant and recommended a 100$ flush and refill. However, when I checked my engine, it was barely used up. I purchased new coolant on Amazon on my way home thinking I was empty, and I wasted 20$. Shady practice and not a good way to retain new customers. I will avoid from now on. read more

worse experience ever.. they haven't given me my refund back and im still waiting. I had to pay a second time to get the job done from somewhere else when they didn't do it right the first time and i even went back for them to check a second time before getting a second opinion from someone else but they blamed it on the power steering fluid when i went. also when i went to get my refund from the manger as i was walking up to the building one of the workers said "here comes trouble" and they all laughed. Definitely do not recommend to come here. its the worst and so unprofessional. read more

Alright, so my family has been going here for a while so credit where credit is due, they always take care of us. Just this last trip i went and my latch to the hood of my car broke basically in their hands, now it may have just been the straw that broke the camels back, but i left needing to go down the street to get a new part for my car which is now costing close to $300... while i understand they couldn't fix it, i though maybe their company would offer some sort of compensation as it happened on their property while they were messing with my car. i also wouldn't be leaving this review if the young man Logan didn't yell at me when i came up to the bay, he assumed i was gonna let myself in and yelled at me, he also proceeded with yelling at his obviously new co workers multiple times... was an interesting experience to say the least. Usually great just be cautious. i got a good deal too, well other than needing a new part when i left... read more

I was here Jan 5, 2026. My cars plastic undercarriage came off mid drive on the free way weeks later and the metal under the car lost a few nuts and bolts and I had a big oil leak. Costed me hundreds to fix. I'm never coming back here. read more

Feb. 1, 2026 - Showed up at 12:30 pm to both bays open with a cone blocking each and a nice gentleman sitting in a chair outside, told me they were closed for lunch with only two workers. I returned at 4:20 pm to see both bays open again blocked with a cone and the same gentleman in the same chair. After he and his partner talked, he sent Philip over, I asked for his name before leaving, to tell me the cant help me because the need to count their inventory. The service has definitely dropped a lot over the last year. They used to pop you in and out within 10 to 15 minutes and were friendly about it. My last couple oil changes have taken 20+ each time and they are more busy with either other than the service. I will no longer bring our three cars to this location. Turned away twice in one day. read more

I have been getting my oil changed from both Simi Valley locations for years now because they are fast and efficient. They also disclose the price, and what is included beforehand. You can wait in your car and it typically is about a 20 minute service. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I've been to Oil Changers at the First Street location 2x for an oil change on a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I have had the Full Service Synthetic Oil Change both times priced at 95.99 (date of service 6/15/24 and 9/20/24). Service was quick, minimal wait time, I believe I was done each time within 15-20 minutes. The filters are a bit pricey-first time I paid for air filter $24.99 and second time I paid for the cabin air filter $39.99 (good reminders for me to check and purchase those/ install ahead of time so I can budget appropriately) This time I came back for the recommended Transmission Fluid Service quoted at $199 and Coolant Reservoir Service quoted at $100. No appointment needed. Wait time plus Service Time was a total of about 1 hour. Oil Changers gave me a $20 discount for doing both services together, total $297.78. All in all, very efficient! Things to that would really elevate the service :) -Ensure technicians fully complete the checklist and review it with customer (transparency and education) & -Tell clients about the Free Top Off (before 3 mos & 3000k miles) (education & highlight your great service) read more

We came to this oil change station before back when it was called "xpress lube". Today I decided to take one of our cars since it's due for an oil change and I didn't feel like waiting long or even leaving the car at the dealer. Mind you, Chevrolet was charging me $79 for the service the car needs. One of the employee at this shop says "$98" I responded back by saying dealer itself was charging me $79, DEALER. He laughed at my comment, so I drove and left. To those looking to get their oil change here, make sure their price is listed and you can see it on a board. Don't let some employee throw some random number at you. Again, DEALERSHIP $79 when normally dealer price is more expensive than an independent shop. To the owner of this establishment, hire better employee with better customer service. read more

Had Jonathan and Carlos today servicing my car. They were both so sweet. Pulled in about 11 O Clock but they only had two guys since one was at lunch. There were four cars ahead of me. Carlos came up to each car and let us know the situation. He gave an estimated time (15-20 min per car) and offered bottle of water. Love quality customer services when the workers give you a heads up on what to expect. No appointment needed so a plus for this place. And you don't need to get out of your car. It's located on first and it is not hard to find. Recommend for quick oil change. They check everything like air filter changes and light checks, and pump air for your tires to the ideal level while you are there. Both cracked a lot of jokes and made me laugh. I highly recommend coming here! read more

Oil Changers - The checklist - Auto Repair Near Me - Simi Valley, California

It was my first time here today. I found this place after searching for a location on Yelp. Based on the reviews and good feed back, I decided to try this place out. They have 2 separate drive through lanes. When I was next, I drove into the Bay Area. I waited in my car the entire time as they worked on my vehicle. It's essentially a drive through oil change place. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. They washed my windshield as I waited and check the pressure on my tires. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change and will bringing my other vehicles. Thank you Oil Changers read more

I recently tried an oil change location that was new to me. someone on Facebook had recommended them and I would give it a try. I found them to be very personable and knowledgeable. The manager Eric was very helpful as well as his assistant Carlos he checked my oil and other things in my engine and did my tires and they also took care of checking my blinkers and brake lights, which I really appreciate look online and you may even be able to find a coupon. I was very happy with them and I will be returning. read more

This is my favorite place for a oil change. They do get busy worth the wait. Very professional staff. friendliness is everything. They check fluids break lights ect. Next time I will buy three and you get your 4th oil change free. Ask about the program they offer at your next visit. read more

Recent oil change: after my oil change, the team showed me the oil, and noticed the oil was just a burned/black as when I brought it in. The staff mentioned that it was due to the high mileage on the engine. The vehicle has a new engine that is not the case. I got an oil change a few days later at another location and checked the dipstick after the work was complete, and noticed the oil was clear and new. I was taking my family's vehicle here for over a year, and will not bring my vehicle here again. It really seems that my oil was not changed from what I could see. read more

I have a long distance trip tomorrow so I wanted to stop by somewhere and get my car checked out prior to traveling. I looked on Yelp because I didn't know where to go but I liked the idea of staying in my car and saw the good reviews which ultimately led me to get in line. I waited less than five minutes before my car was able to get checked out. Brian was super helpful, efficient, and professional. My service was fast and of great quality. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change/check up! read more

Arrived to get a much needed oil change. They were busy so I had to wait my turn. The only thing I thought they could do better was to greet me when I got there instead of me speaking to someone after 15 minutes. However my oil change was done quickly and efficiently. read more

Like most of you I don't like getting my oil change. Every place I've taken my car to has always tried to up sell me on something. Up sell me for things that I knew I didn't need, but not these guys. First of all, the employees there are some of the nicest people I've come across from any company. They are honest and in the 3-4 times my wife and I have gone, never did they try to up sell us. In fact they even pointed out how clean and nice my air filter was holding up. I'm glad I found them and will never go anywhere else. read more

I came to this place to get a quick oil change, heard it was suppose to be quick and easy. And they refused service because I had a Subaru when the car in front of me was a Mecedes Benz and the other car was a Toyota. So not really sure the young manager just did not want my business but told me to take my car to the Subaru dealership for a oil change. I do not recommend this place at ALL if young men with no business sense are managing the establishment. Will gladly take my business and car else where in town. read more

This is a business I have used for my last 3 oil changes. Today I went in for my scheduled oil change and after opening my hood it was obvious that rats had been under my hood. The two employees told me that they did not want to touch anything because of the rat situation. They asked me to clean out the small pile of shredded leaves as they didn't want to touch it. I agreed to do it. After the small pile was removed, they proceeded to begin the oil change, telling me the total coast etc. after a few minutes of no activity, one of the employees tells me that he had called his boss and that proceeding with the oil change was a liability to him and would only do it if I gave him a "tip". I asked what the liability was and he repeated that we would only do it for a tip. I then told him I wasn't going to tip him for doing his job! I assured him I would not be returning to their business after what I perceived a completely unacceptable business practice. I attempted to report this to a corporate office, however no such information is available on their website. Be aware when dealing with this company, at this location. read more

Ok, there I am heading home from work and needing an oil change. Hoping they would still be open, I drove as fast as could knowing time was slipping away. I asked as soon as I pulled in what time do you close? "7pm", Rafael responded along with a smile of reassurance to calm my nerves. Man was I stoked as it was already 530pm. When I pulled into the garage, the dream team of Rafael and Chris got busy quick taking care of my cars needs. I just recently purchased the car and the previous owners used power tools to install my filter. Not only were they able to get the filer removed but the whole change only took around 20-30 minutes. Oil Changers will be my garage of choice going forward. read more

I know how crazy this sounds, but I have to say it, I really enjoyed getting my oil change! These gentlemen were working their tails off in 100° weather, and they smiled all the way through it.
