    Alright, so my family has been going here for a while so credit where credit is due, they always take care of us. Just this last trip i went and my latch to the hood of my car broke basically in their hands, now it may have just been the straw that broke the camels back, but i left needing to go down the street to get a new part for my car which is now costing close to $300... while i understand they couldn't fix it, i though maybe their company would offer some sort of compensation as it happened on their property while they were messing with my car. i also wouldn't be leaving this review if the young man Logan didn't yell at me when i came up to the bay, he assumed i was gonna let myself in and yelled at me, he also proceeded with yelling at his obviously new co workers multiple times... was an interesting experience to say the least. Usually great just be cautious. i got a good deal too, well other than needing a new part when i left...

    I've been to Oil Changers at the First Street location 2x for an oil change on a 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I have had the Full Service Synthetic Oil Change both times priced at 95.99 (date of service 6/15/24 and 9/20/24). Service was quick, minimal wait time, I believe I was done each time within 15-20 minutes. The filters are a bit pricey-first time I paid for air filter $24.99 and second time I paid for the cabin air filter $39.99 (good reminders for me to check and purchase those/ install ahead of time so I can budget appropriately) This time I came back for the recommended Transmission Fluid Service quoted at $199 and Coolant Reservoir Service quoted at $100. No appointment needed. Wait time plus Service Time was a total of about 1 hour. Oil Changers gave me a $20 discount for doing both services together, total $297.78. All in all, very efficient! Things to that would really elevate the service :) -Ensure technicians fully complete the checklist and review it with customer (transparency and education) & -Tell clients about the Free Top Off (before 3 mos & 3000k miles) (education & highlight your great service)

    Had Jonathan and Carlos today servicing my car. They were both so sweet. Pulled in about 11 O Clock but they only had two guys since one was at lunch. There were four cars ahead of me. Carlos came up to each car and let us know the situation. He gave an estimated time (15-20 min per car) and offered bottle of water. Love quality customer services when the workers give you a heads up on what to expect. No appointment needed so a plus for this place. And you don't need to get out of your car. It's located on first and it is not hard to find. Recommend for quick oil change. They check everything like air filter changes and light checks, and pump air for your tires to the ideal level while you are there. Both cracked a lot of jokes and made me laugh. I highly recommend coming here!

This young man has always been incredibly helpful to my entire family. We've been coming to this shop for quite a while, and as always, you all do a great job and keep the prices reasonable. On this particular visit, I came in to get a flat fixed on my Tacoma. The tire was still under warranty, but unfortunately it was unrepairable and no longer being offered by the manufacturer. Armando took the time to check with other stores to see if anyone still had one in stock, but had no luck. Instead of leaving it at that, he used his problem-solving skills and found the tire online from a retailer called The Rack. He ordered it, the tire arrived the very next day, and he was able to get it installed on my truck. Because of his effort, I didn't have to end up with mismatched tires on my truck. I really appreciate him going the extra mile to help me out. Thank you again!

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the Simi Valley Big Brand Tire location has…read morebeen incredibly frustrating and entirely avoidable due to repeated miscommunication and poor customer service. I have had ongoing issues with the same tire and scheduled multiple appointments specifically to have it replaced. On my first visit, the tire was patched and I was told the tear was borderline and should be replaced if it lost pressure again. When it did lose pressure weeks later, I called ahead, ordered the replacement tire under warranty, and came in expecting it to be replaced. Instead, I was talked out of it by the technician (Cesar), who told me the tire was still fine. I trusted his professional judgment--only for the tire to go completely flat again later. If it had been replaced when I asked, this entire situation would not have happened. On the most recent visit, things got worse. I called the store multiple times: - First call: disconnected - Second call: left on hold for over 6 minutes - Third call: Cesar assured me the tire could be obtained that same day I called again to confirm before leaving work and arranging a tow. Once again, Cesar reassured me the tire would be available that day. At no point did he mention that it would be a different brand tire. Based on those assurances, I left work early. After my car was towed in, I was then told the Continental tire was NOT available after all, and that only a different brand was an option--and that it might not even be safe to drive on in the rain. That crucial detail was never mentioned during either confirmation call. Management declined installing a temporary tire, and the only solution offered was a one-day rental car, which I still had to pay insurance and gas for. I was also told that the labor and warranty costs on the new tire could not be comped--despite the situation being caused entirely by misinformation from their staff. To top it off, when I returned the rental car, the store manager Juan was extremely unapproachable. The first thing he said to me was, "You filled the gas in the car, right?" No greeting, no apology, no acknowledgment of the issues his team caused. This location has serious communication and customer service problems. I am willing to try another Big Brand Tire location, but I am deeply disappointed in how the Simi Valley store handled this situation from start to finish.
