This is the second time I waited over 30 minutes in line for an oil change, once it was my turn they tell me they are out of my filter and u can go buy one and comeback or go to another location. The staff is always friendly, informative and advised me about future services that may be needed (just in case I'd like to purchase them there or somewhere else). Had my oil changed yesterday and now all I smell is oil burning and seeing it smoking

Alright so I left after this oil changer and had massive leakage over my driveway . I returned to let the crew know this was new and something was not right , I asked if they could check under the car for reasons it would be leaking. They found nothing. Continued to leak, oil continues leaking so I go to the other Oil Changer location on First street to ask them to look for reasons i've had a leak. The location on 1st street found the reason. The washers were put in upside-down and also in the wrong locations. That allowed the leakage. Over all the location on Los Angeles is careless or not trained. When I returned with the complaint it should have been resolved with a thorough inspection like the first street location gave me . I will not be returning there. read more

I showed up about 25 mins to closing thinking they were open another hour. They told me they could get me in after the car inside was done but it would have to be quick which was fine w me. I needed my oil change and wouldn't have time again this week so I was more than happy to forgo some of the courtesy things they typically provide. Jakob, Brett, Eddie & Melvin(?) got me in, were kind about it, got my oil and filter changed, paperwork done and out the door quick and easy. Even got a great deal on multiple changes so I'm set for the next few (and know to come earlier next time)! I hope their boss sees this and recognizes he's got some good, hard working young men at his location who made a very happy customer stay a repeat one. I left smiling and relieved. I would've given 2 stars from their mishap on my last oil change, but they did give me good service at prior visits, so I'll give them 3, with room for improvement. My last oil change, I was over charged and had to wait 5 days for the refund. Super frustrating when you're on a fix income. At the time of the associates error, he made some unprofessional comments that I thought were super inappropriate. I believe the problem was from a lack of training and management support. read more

Disappointing. I have been going to Xpress Lube for years now oil changers. I had along road trip coming up 3,200 miles total so wanted to get my oil changed. The tech said I wasn't due for a change, when I told him I know but I want it changed before my trip, don't think he wanted to work. Yes they changed my oil but did no other services - check tire pressure, top off washer fluid, check lights, etc. I now go to Jiffy Lube next door they do all the services Oil Changers is supposed to do, they also vacuum your car and wash your windows. read more

This is the best place in town. You drive-thru while sitting your car and they do your oil change, transmission, change, power steering change and even check your tire pressure. Definitely not Xpress lube. Didn't fill washer fluid, don't check air filter, don't check tire pressure, didn't show me oil level after fill, 45 minutes to get it done and then they ask for a tip. They are their name "oil changers" that's it. I'll find somewhere else fir $150 read more

I like this place and have been coming here for years, but since it's switched over from Xpress Lube to Oil Changers, the service has really gotten so bad. Apparently they got rid of all the experienced employees and replaced them with newer people. The old guys really knew cars and it seemed like you were getting the advice of mechanics when you went there with what needed to be done, or what could wait. But the worst part is the service. I used to wait 10 to 15 minutes for years. Since it has become Oil Changers, it is often times over an hour. In fact, since the new owners took over, I've never been by there when there hasn't been less than six cars waiting. The guys are nice, but they don't care to move the process along anymore. I'm really bummed because this place was the best in town for about 20 years, but I think I've got to look for someplace else. read more

Update: They did end up paying us back for the almost $700.00 we had to pay out of pocket to fix this problem. Not without hassle though and a delay in the check coming. I still will never return here and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

I love this place, they are quick and efficient. They open early and have good service. I always get their Groupon and use it here. You just roll up and they change your oil and you just pay tax only which was like $2 with the Groupon. Highly recommend! read more

My family has been coming here for over 15 years. New ownership now and workers don't know what they're doing! Simple oil change resulted in a stripped oil plug. Had to take the car to a mechanic to complete the oil change and additional charges for a new oil plug. Oil Changers claimed the plug was already stripped but thats a lie. Mechanic also stated that there were missing screws from my skid plate that was recently removed by Oil Changers. Never again! read more

I've been going here for over 5 years. The guys are ALWAYS kind, clean, professional and explain everything as they're going. You never feel uncomfortable or questionable as to what they're doing. I went there today for my maintenance check, oil change, filters, etc. The manager comes to my car immediately as I got there. He informs me they ran out of 20 weight oil that my car needs and indicated if I wanted to wait 5-10 minutes, he would run and get the oil so they could do my car. WHO DOES THAT? Yes, doing my oil and filter is money in the companies pocket, but most employees would just put up a note indicating they ran out of that weight oil, or just approach your car, apologize and let you know they'll have more oil the next day, or a few days later. AMAZING!!!!! The guys are TOP NOTCH!!! Their work is TOP NOTCH!!! And this place is trustworthy, clean and totally PROFESSIONAL!!!
