Good job. They completed my oil change as requested. No problems with it. Would take my car there again.

Come here always to get my oil changed. (I go every 3 months or so as I drive a lot for work.) Quick, speedy service. Rafael was personable and great at explaining everything, even went so far as to show me the oil. Thank you! read more

Cute guys working here....I came in during the middle of the day for help with the plate under my car dangling and the guys here helped me right away... they did a great job and it was fast. read more

uncomplicated and did everything i needed from an oil change. exactly what you want from jiffy lube. they pointed out some issues with my tires and said i needed a tire rotation--I was skeptical about upcharging at first, but then googled all the things they said were signs of issues and sure enough they probably ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars in the long run. read more

Isaac and Matthew were phenomenal. The best customer service evvver. Highly recommend 10/10

Always fast and personal staff are friendly . Never hard any problems coming here. Prices are decent with coupons

I went today to have an oil change on my jeep. The service person Matt was wonderful and very knowledgeable and professional. Jiffy Lube he is a great asset to your company and has great customer service skills. He definitely deserves a raise and more help. To go in for an oil change on a Sunday and he is basically the only one doing the services, is not right or fair to him or the customer. Thank you Matthew, your awesome. read more

This is my second visit to Jiffy Lube. I was a loyal client of the other oil change place down the street but after the ownership change I was no happy there. I am thoroughly impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The staff was very easy to talk to and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. The team at this location creates a really positive and comfortable environment. I am now a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube, thanks again guys! read more

Quick, easy, clean! I like that they use Castrol products, cover your seat in plastic while they work. Vacuum and washing my windows is a nice touch. I think I found my new oil change spot. read more

Whenever I come to this location, I am met with consistently rude employees. Inaccurate way times plague this place, avoid it at all costs.

I took my car in for an oil change and break replacement. The team communicated with me the whole time, and even though they ran into part problems, they figured out a way to put their customers first. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to come to this Jiffy Lube and recommend them any chance I get. They do get busy, but they work fast. read more

Sam was great. I came in too soon for a oil change. He informed me it was early but he would do it. Thanks for being honest. I will becoming back for my service and windshield whispers. Thank again for not taking advantage of a senior citizen. read more

5 star reviews are fake. They want $139.00 for a simple oil change on a 4 cylinder Mazda 6. Thats: One Hundred, thirty nine dollars! it's why you don't see any customers there anymore. read more

I'll be coming back to Jiffy Lube specifically because of ISAAC. His customer service, kindness, knowledge, and genuineness is unmatched. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have someone that cares about their customers like he does. 5 stars to him. And shoutout to SAM for the handy work. read more

Unfortunately this last time that I brought my car into jiffy lube a young boy was working and he said my air filter needed to be changed I agreed and said go ahead. Well, I brought my car to the dealership for an inspection and they are saying my air filter is old and filthy. So seems like I didn't get my air filter changed like I was told. This was recently in the last month or so. Very sad. read more

The Good and the Bad!!!!!!!! I came into this location for a oil change and also to change my air filter. The employee, (Jose) stated to me that they were out of the air filter needed for my car.Ok. I can see time after time that your going to run out of product, however what got me mad was he stated to me,It IS WHAT IT IS. Really. Further more on the receipt given to me clearly states that the air filter is OK. No effort what so ever to call the other location here in Simi Valley or a auto part store to accommodate my needs as a customer. I'm sure they have an account with several different auto parts stores here in the city. So from a business point of view, two fronts you failed at. The first out of product, with so many resources at your disposal,no attempt what so ever, and the second is lying a receipt that my air filter is OK. Conclusion,as I'm leaving I asked another employee, who I later found out was the manager,(Anthonie) how could you be out of product. He also stated to me,IT IS WHAT IT IS. So for spending $80.76, for a oil change and they didn't rotate the tires. I would not recommend this location. Re-train your employees on the proper way to address a customer needs, when and where you're out of a product,or allow them access to call another location. The good!!!!!!!!!! I went to the other location here in Simi Valley, an employee.(Joe) I explained to the Joe what occurred, and without any hesitation got on the phone to a auto parts store and my air filter was delivered and installed at no cost to me. Thank You! read more

Amazing crew!!! Fast and communicative! Was very informative with the different oils and what would help with my type of car. Got the oil change under 20 minutes! Will come again!! read more

only had synthetic oil (smells like an up charge scam). then the 26 dollar coupon on yelp does not work and only can be redeemed for 20 dollars off. felt like another scam. they were also done almost instantly which was suspicious as most other oil change places take a while. (made me think, what did you not do). would not recommend and will not return. read more

Came on a Sunday told me the wait time was 40 minutes ended up waiting 2 hrs and 30 minutes before they even started working on my car for an oil change. Would appreciate the heads up if it is going to end up taking longer to let me know so I can decide if I want to leave or come back another day. I had a busy Saturday sitting at jiffy lube for almost 3 hours was not part of it. I understand it can get busy but it seemed like it was younger staff who do not know how to handle the place when it gets busy. Super frustrating read more

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and the staff who work here are honestly amazing! Absolutely love there's hardly any wait when I come. I've been to other jiffy Lube locations before and never have they offered to vacuum the inside of my car. This location did it and if it was a courtesy I absolutely appreciate it! Every time I come they never try upselling you, only letting you know what you need and when it's best to do any changes such as changing your filters, etc. Definitely would recommend coming here for your oil change. read more

Loved the service they gave Real friendly and speedy service never had any quick and helpful in all ways would definitely recommend for anyone in the area and definitely great value and a bang for your Bucks read more

Frustrating experience overall. Came yesterday to get an oil change and was told they had about 6 people in front of me and recommended I make an appointment. So I made an appointment online for today. Arrived at my appointment with three kids 9 and under in tow. A worker came up to my window when I pulled up and told me, "To be honest, we forgot you had an appointment. I'll see what we can do." He came back and told me I could be next and had me go in the waiting area. 20-25 minutes passed before they came and asked me the oil I wanted and told me I should change the brake fluid. I agreed but asked how long it would all take. I was told 25-30 minutes. About 55 minute after that, someone came and showed me my oil on the dipstick thing. So I thought that meant we were almost ready. No updates after that and I waited another 30+ minutes. So not a great impression from the start and then I was way, way under quoted in time. The guy 10 minutes ahead of me said he was quoted the same and it took him an hour as well. I wish they would tell you the right amount of time... I will not be returning for any oil changes ever because the experience was so frustrating. At least you'd think they'd update you about how much longer it's taking than quoted. He did give me a $20 discount for waiting. I usually go to the places you drive into and stay in the car and I know I said I'd get the brake fluid changed but that still doesn't change the time I was quoted. read more

Delilah was my service technician. She was phenomenal! She was polite and extremely professional. She was quick and very thorough. It makes me happy to see a woman in a male dominated business. AMAZING SERVICE!! I came to get my oil changed and the whole team finished everything in what felt like 2 minutes. So efficient and so friendly! Just went there today 6/12/20 To get a oil change I call head and talk to Anthony (I think i spell his name right) to price the oil change To find out what time they close. So when I get there I was told they was out of stock of the filter to do the oil change. so I came to a different Jiffy Lube to get it done and find out that he did have the filter in stock. So Jiffy Lube needs to hire employees that want to do they're job n not get lazy n lie to customers when the Manger leaves for the day i will never go back to that jiffy lube THANKS TO ANTHONY LYING about what he has in stock... read more

I absolutely love jiffy lube! I have been a costumer with them for over three years. I am a young lady who clearly doesn't know much about cars but I am always taken care of and never felt like I am being taken advantage of. Ladies come here! At this location, Jacob was especially helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. Thank you Jacob :) read more
