Don't be a sissy. It is what it is. Dropped 5 bucks here and got after it. Time goes quick, so don't dilly dally. Pre-plan what you're gonna do and do It. The fact that there's a QR code, ability to pay by tap and Apple Pay. Working change machine and I didn't have any issues with any of the equipment here will have me coming back again. Anybody with a one star review wasn't prepared or has high expectations for a coin wash. Also, I may have had too much coffee before I came here, but a win is a win. Have a nice day read more

This car was has always been riddled with problems, and now none of the card readers work. They have you use an app, which is also terribly developed and doesn't work. I have often times seen nails on the ground so be careful about that. Every time i have to use this awful car wash, there is something broken or out of order. read more

Car wash isn't great and going threw a gas station wash is better for the amount it costs. I put $3 in for an air freshener and it didn't work and I didn't get my money back. Only go here if you're in a pinch. Today, my regular car wash in Agoura was closed so I went here for a wash. The equipment is not very good--barely any soap comes out of the power sprayer and the foaming brush. There's also very little space to dry your car when finished. Granted, it was very busy. Last, the change machine only doles out TOKENS, not quarters. That's a really crass move. If you get more tokens than the exact amount that you need to spend, you need to return to use them, otherwise, you're stuck with a useless chunk of metal. I highly recommend going to the self-wash available at Driven Smog in Agoura--29338 Roadside Drive instead. read more

I went here the other day, got my tokens, and when I went to use them, the machine was broken and did not accept tokens. I used my debit card and turned off the pump before my time was even up. I checked my bank account and I was charged $12 twice for a total of $24, while only using maybe three dollars worth of water. I double checked to make sure the water was off before leaving. Total scam and will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. Absolutely ridiculous this is happening in this day and age, and this car wash is pretty busy, so I recommend anyone who has used it to check there bank statements asap! This is thee best spray car wash I've ever been to and I've been to many! All other car washes only use cold water. This is the only spray that uses hot water! The place is always clean and in order. Yes, I used the credit card option to pay and saw what seemed to be an over charge but it was adjusted and finalized accurately. I absolutely LOVE this car wash regardless of all the negativity. Reasons as to why I will not return! FYI: 1. 6-10 seconds of time are up by the time the water comes out to start washing car. 2. Putting in extra coins to get the bonus time ($6) gets you 2 "more" minutes. Didn't work!! Tried two more quarters to see if that would work during the last 30 sec of original wash time, as instructed. Didn't do the trick. added one more after time expired during 10 sec grace time. Got 11 more seconds, oh wow thanks! 3. Listening to loud mariachi music, which is bad enough in general, but super annoying when pissed off trying to dry your car and knowing that the car wash is a complete rip off compared to many other self car washes. I will gladly pay more at a non self car wash. I hope your time is just as valuable to pony up a few extra bucks to not get ripped off. Good luck to anyone that has to use this place. read more

This place is ridiculous. I used my credit card and started to wash my car. It shut off while washing so I inserted again and finished my wash. After reviewing my bank statement is was charged $24 in total for a few minutes only. When I read all of these bad reviews I can already tell that it's not worth it to reach out to management. Don't use the credit card readers here. I shut off the machine while the screen said I had time left on the original $3.00 wash charge and was still charged $9.00. You'll read a lot of reviews saying the same thing and the owner usually responds accusing the poster of not realizing if they go over the time they'll get charged more, which I DID NOT do. To the owner: fix your machines and I'll take down this review and all of the others I posted. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company as well, and have contacted the BBB. Normally I wouldn't bat an eye over such a small amount but It appears this has been a reoccurring problem so I can only imagine how many people have been swindled out of $6.00. read more

It takes a while for the soap sprayer to turn on. I shouldn't be charged for waiting to turn in . For $12 I will invest in a bucket and car soap that will last me for a couple of months. read more

Awful experience attempting to wash my car when there was 4 to 5 inches of dirty, chemical infused, stagnant water in the first stall due to a clogged drain. No attendant on duty to assist. My shoes are now soaked with dirty water and my car was washed about half as well it should be. I will not be back. read more

Lemon experience with no response from owner -- Seems like it could be a good car wash -- nice location and good layout. Prices are average at $3 for the first 3-minutes and $6 for 8-minutes. Unfortunately, my first (and only) experience here was negative. I went to the last stall and, after loading up $6 in quarters, found that the main sprayer was broken. The stream was terrible with less pressure than a garden hose. So, I got a lemon experience -- there were other stalls in operation and I saw that their sprayers were working well. I tried contacting the owner via their website and requested a refund or a gift certificate to try their facility again. I have received no response. I read in some reviews that the water was "hot." I took the opportunity to feel the temperature and found it to be ambient temperature -- but again, perhaps my stall was the issue. read more

Fast easy car wash. Let's you wash your car yourself and the credit card machine always seems to be working so you don't have to get a load of quarters. Vacuums could be a little more powerful but they do work. read more

I paid for a refillable card and it charged me 10$ but it didn't even have funds in it nor would it let me activate it. So it pretty mush are my money. And they never refill the Tri soup polish. I've been here so many times and it's always out and also the sink never works to rinse out reusable towels. I never wanted to write a review but this place goes way to far. I used to live in the valley and they have self car wash places over there that are way cheaper and kept up to date they always work and everything was always refilled. Terrible! Their "foam pre soak" is barely more than suds. The air dryer is barely strong enough to push the water from windows. All around bad. Not worth the money. Take the time and make the trip to Simi which is marginally better. read more

Let's just say 3 strikes your out! I saw the reviews and was like what the heck it's just self wash "how bad could it be" I had a roll of quarters and a few bucks cash for the machine for back up, so I didn't need to use my card. It started out ok, water pressure was great but I think there was no product in the machine. There was barely any form coming out the brush but I made it work. Pulled to the vacuum to dry and then to vacuum. I got tokens and once I put them in it started and then shut off Immediately, it would never turn back on. So, I moved to another machine. Having no more cash, I had to use my card. Wouldn't take my card. So I moved to a 3rd machine. That one said my card was denied and then I was just over it. So I rolled up my mats put them in the back and had to find another car wash just to vacuum and finish my car. Overall horrible experience and no numbers to contact anyone. Not happy at all the place rips you off and gives some lame excuses. Trash never dumped. Not once have I ever seen a tendent on site. DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD here . No matter what they tell you pay 12 bucks for a 5 doller wqsh. I would read it zero if possible. Worst car wash ever! Had to wait in line to get in. After 20 minutes of that the stall didn't even have water pressure. The soap that came out was very little and shitty but there was literally no pressure to get the car wet. And there was no one around to help . Then supposedly a guy that didn't work there helped me by telling me to wait for the girl that did work there she wasn't at that location but she would be coming soon. This place is a great, fast, easy car wash! one thing to be aware of is they charge a $12 fee when you use a credit card and if you don't use all the $12 then it will refund the difference to your card. No spot free wash leaves no water marks like the gas station washes do. read more

THE OWNER KNOWS THE WASH CARD IS STEALING OUR MONEY!!! When I tried to use the cash card it said I had insufficient funds. When I Contacted the owner they said they would try to reactivate my card so I could use it. I went back again and my card still didn't work. Wasted my time and money. Self car wash this and for $6.00 you cant go wrong but use their tokens, I just got billed $12.00 twice for a single wash that should have been $6.00! I am going to monitor this and try to get my money back. I'll let you know... This is a great self car wash, with good chemical levels and well worth the money. But at $24.00 I may as well go up the street and get a hand wash.... Ok update... They did credit my card back $6 which is correct. It cost me $12 to do the works on my 350z, so $18 for my Jeep Commander is about right, it's certainly cheaper than a hand wash but of course, you have to do the inside too. For the people complaining about the 12 dollar charge on your card, there are warning signs saying that it will happen but it will clear from your account.... I bought a wash card and it's great! This place has pretty good quality soap and water and materials and for under 6 bucks I get a comparable 25 dollar wash. Just being your own towels and glass cleaner for when your done and dry it off your self and vacuum if you want and your car will look great. Just rinse pre soap foam brush condition and rinse again and hand dry and i guarantee your car will look great. read more

Used credit card, and set my timer to keep close track of time used. I did a 4 minute spray wash and was charged $12 on my credit card. I expected the $12 charge to be corrected on my card, but it remained at $12 dollars. This is very wrong, and no way to rectify. I used my credit card to wash the car. It wouldn't print a receipt or show me the charges afterwards. The sign on the machine said to go to the other machine for a receipt. I did that - put in my card, and it charged me $6 and gave me 6 tokens. Now my credit card has two charges -one for 12, and one for 6. Also, I put a one dollar token in while I was washing the car on the credit card. So the most I should be charged is about $5 to wash the car. I've written to them via their website - we'll see what happens. Other than that its a typical coin place. I've been here before when they are out of certain soap fluids. Beware using your credit card though. Also, you get those worthless tokens from their machines. Update - they refunded my 6 dollars with 6 tokens for their car wash. And the next time I went all of the fluids were there, although it seemed like the wax wasn't really wax. read more

I spent $12 washing my car here today and it dried with the same dirt on it that I started with. I also used the vacuum, which sucked, but not in a good way. It also appears that at some point the hose was damaged, so they cut it off and taped it on. Because it was so short, I couldn't even reach it into the backseat of my car (even through the front seat!). What a waste of time and money! On an up note, I did not see a double charge on my debit card, so it appears that problem is fixed. read more
