On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. I do their tier 2 membership and usually come at least twice a month. I've gone to 3 of their local locations but the market st. One is my fav. I want to note something I'm seeing from other reviews. This is a great place for a quick & affordable car wash. This is NOT the same as a mobile detailer that you would easily pay 4x more. Yes you can add on detail services(I have and haven't been disappointed) but this is a busy location that needs to be efficient. So today, I finally said something because my windows are still filthy. They only brush the front window not the side. So now my car has wet dirt on the window, that is literally running down. I go back to have them rewash the car, because as I stated, I go several times a week, and my car is always still dirty. I am tired of the wet car but still dirty, So when I go back, and let them look at my car and how dirty it still is, they said there is nothing that I can do. With the membership, I can only come back tomorrow. Why would I go to a car wash to leave with a dirty car, and you can't do anything about it. So if this is how the customers are treated, I want no parts of this company.
