This is a belated, positive review on Showroom Auto Detailing, but nonetheless, so very well deserved. Ladell is a master at what he does. He did a fantastic job on our classic black Chevelle, both inside and out. He clearly cares about the end product. Highly recommend him! Thank you Ladell! read more

Friendly. Great service and they do an amazing job. This is the place to get any car detailed.

Ladell did an incredible job on my 2019 Ram Limited and my wife's 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. We bought both used and I guarantee they look better now than they did rolling off the lot 3-4 years ago. He not only does fantastic work, but he's really pleasant to talk to and clearly has a passion for his work. He has wait lists months out, so that should tell you enough to give his detail work a go! read more

My car had seen better days after two moves and several car trips with car sick kids. My kids were complaining about a smell in the back, and affected them enough to wear masks in the car. I had a miscommunication with another detailing service, and needed a last minute interior detail. I called Showroom and he was able to fit me in last minute, despite how bad it was. I just picked my car back up and it's like an entirely different car. The stains are gone, and more importantly, the smell is gone! Straight up miracle worker and worth every penny. Thank you so much!!! read more

Recently moved to Ventura from Washington State. Unfortunately our cat accidentally missed the litter box in our car on the move down. This was not a nice smell, especially on a hot day, despite soaking the area with Nature's Miracle the same day as the accident. After searching Yelp for custom detail shop, found Showroom Detail close by our new apartment. After taking it over to Ladell for an estimate, I was immediately put at ease with his confidence in his ability to solve the cat urine problem. It was a two day process involving shampooing the interior, treating with additional enzyme cleaner, and using a strong deodorant. I am happy to report a complete removal of the smell. We also decided to have the car detailed on the exterior while he had it with great results. Ladell put a clay bar cleaning and wax job on the paint. Car finish was better than new. Ladell was obviously very experienced and had a great personality. He was very funny and very professional in using his appointment system and making phone calls. Will definitely return for future appointments! read more

Ladell is an absolute pro. I'm a Realtor and it's important to me that everything that I do exudes quality. The work Ladell did on my Prius screams quality. Full of zeal, Ladell treats every car with a keen eye for detail and sincere caring for the product of his labors. Without a doubt, 5-star service and work. I will be back to surprise my wife by hiring Ladell to detail her car! ~Kevin read more

Well, I probably shouldn't be writing this review because it's only going to make Ladell more busy, BUT he did such a great job on my 2013 Nissan GT-R that I have to give him credit where credit is due. He goes over ever detail of the car, and the "leveling" he did on the outside is amazing! The car looks much better than when I first took delivery of it. Ladell is really the best detailer in town, and probably one of the best in Southern California. I've used several other detailers locally, and non compare :) read more

Ladell is the man! I took my truck to him after some wreckless offroading that left severe scratches in my paint. I honestly thought the scratches we're past the clear coat and unfixable. I also have black paint which showed every swirl mark from incorrect wash/dry techniques. He quoted me 2.5 days to fix everything where other shops said they could have it done in a day. I was glad he would be taking his time, and when my truck was ready, I was shocked. Every imperfection was gone and the paint was flawless. The surface was silky smooth. He paid attention to every detail and my wife even jokingly asked if he swapped out for a new truck from the dealership. What's more he gave me recommendations on how to upkeep the paint and what products to use. Ladell is a real genuine guy and is THE person if you want the ultimate detail. read more

Ladell is great! I was pretty upset after my first new car got accidentally sprayed with dry-wall mud. I parked my Honda Accord at the edge of the L.A. fitness parking lot so wouldn't get dinged by other cars. But, when I came out from the gym it was sprayed with drywall mud from the construction next door! Ladell told me to come right over and he gave me an estimate that I could take to the construction company to have my car detailed properly so it wouldn't ruin the paint. He was very kind and reassuring, which I really appreciated. He fit me in on a Saturday to do the work as soon as possible. AND, when I brought the car back in (after taking it to the carwash immediately - per his instructions), he let me know that once it was washed, the damage wasn't as bad as he feared. He reduced his estimate by $200. And now my car looks FANTASTIC! Ladell is honest, kind, and he does awesome work! It doesn't get any better than that. read more

After recently moving close to the beach, I realized after seeing many of my neighbors' cars with rust and bad paint from the salt air and blowing sand, I knew it was important to get a good detailing and protective finish on my Audi Q7. I found Ladell and he quickly got me in to do a full interior, engine compartment and exterior detail on my vehicle. I often take my 3 dogs in my car so dog hair and drool are pretty normal things I would find on my seats and carpets. Ladell made my entire car sparkling, smelling and looking better than new!! He has a sincere interest in doing a great job to please his customers. His work is exceptional as you can see from the pics. I confidently recommend him to make your car look better than new! read more

My car looks absolutely incredible! Ladell killed it and I will definitely come back. My car went through a sand storm and I wasn't sure if it needed to get repainted, but after a day of being detailed it showed that the paint was fine and was able to be restored. It looks better than it did brand new. Ladell has a very positive and kind personality and pays close attention to details. 10/10. read more

Absolutely the best job anyone can do! I had Ladell detail my 2009 Mini Cooper over a year ago and it looked wonderful. I opted to have him repaint the black plastic wheel covers, and they haven't faded a bit. While it continued looking great after every wash, I decided to treat my baby again, and I swear she looks even better. It's like driving a new car! Impeccable work, well worth the price. He's an artist and a perfectionist. Oh wow that was great touch up paint yellow it said it was exactly what money but if I bought it for Mini it would be $20 more OK I'll put in the house with my speaker thank you great great perfect OK thank you read more

I had Ladell apply Opti-Coat Pro finish to my Tesla and I have to say, it looks MUCH better than new. Ladell works out of a very clean shop and he is right on schedule! What can I say about Ladell Marsh and his professional approach to the most amazing finish in auto detailing. I consider the work Ladell does the Gold Standard in vehicle detailing his work is second to none. Last weekend I sold my 1948 Ford truck at Barrett Jackson for a great price thanks to Ladell's finishing touches the truck never looked so good under the glare of the lights on the Barrett Jackson Stage. I brought my car in for an exterior wash and was very impressed with the quality of the finish and attention to detail. Ladell was able to fit me in on relatively short notice, and still took the time to give me a call when he had a question about some contaminants on my rims. I generally prefer to detail my car personally, but I would never hesitate to bring my car back to Showroom when I'm here visiting. Ladell clearly has the passion and knowledge required for this industry and even gave me some choice advice regarding paint protection for my home detailing jobs. read more

Saved the day!!! I spilled pizza grease all over my brand new car seat - totally freaked me out. This was the only place that was open on a rainy day. Ladell at his finest hour! He is all smiles after the labor of color correcting my black Lexus IS-F ! BETTER than new. That's right I said better. Ladell at Showroom will treat you like royalty. Truly spectacular thank you Showroom, thank you Ladell !!!!! read more

I had just bought a black Rav4 as a surprise for my daughter. It had several areas where the paint was very dull. He fixed some of the areas with wet sanding and some areas with buffing and then a protective clear coat over the whole car, now it looks brand new! He gave me a great deal compared to other places. Ladell is such an easy, cool guy to work with. I was out of my element and intimidated by some of the fancy cars he works on but he assured me he loves working on ALL cars no matter what they are, and I can tell that is true. He loves what he does and it's easy to see. I may have to come back with my other car just to hang out and listen to the oh so relaxing soul music he plays in the work shop Thanks again Ladell, you are the best! read more

Awesome service and awesome work! When I was finally ready to sell my 7 yr old black Toyota SUV, I took it to Ladell for a full detail. He made it look so good I almost didn't want to part with it. His amazing work resulted in an SUV that looked like new and got me top dollar on the sale to the very first person that looked at it. I know I would not have sold it as fast or for as much had I not had it detailed by Ladell. Best money I've ever spent and I will absolutely be back! read more

From customer service to the actual work, Ladell is a true professional. My Toyota Camry which was a rental car, had 5 years of stains on the cloth seats. My kids were not blameless either. He said it could be done in one day, then called to ask to keep it another day to dry it out. Not a problem at all. I picked it up and the back seats were perfect. Front passenger was almost perfect, but I know some stains are there for good. I had the seats cleaned by another detail guy years ago and they did a terrible job. It has been 2 weeks and not 1 stain has returned. Showroom Detail is now the only detail shop I will use now. read more

My Infiniti G37 had interior smoke damage from the recent Woolsey Fire so I called Ladell for a quote. Most auto detail groups take days to get back to you but Ladell got back to me within a couple hours. After I explained the situation and the horrible smell in my car, he gave me a quote over the phone site unseen. He didn't try to charge me extra or up-sell me on any products or cleaning once I brought my car in. He's dealt with many smoke damaged vehicles like this before, including his own, from last year's Thomas fire. He kept my car over night to run a chemical cleaning filter inside and it came out great. He detailed the dash, leather seats, and tan carpeting and they look and smell like new! Ladell did an amazing job and he even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure the smoke smell had not returned. Very professional and great quality work! read more

Ladell " Works The Magic", what else can I say. I had a badly scuffed and scratched quarter panel, thanks to a runaway grocery cart, and Ladell was able to completely irradicate that bad boy. That takes patience, knowledge, skill and keen eye, all possessed by Mr. Marsh. Quality work using quality product followed by dependibility and a smile. What more could you want? Thanks Ladell read more

I hardly ever write reviews even though I read them all the time, but I absolutely must write a review in this case because Ladell honestly saved the inside of my car! Everything about my experience was 5 Star! Not only did he help us out on a holiday weekend, but he took a 9 year old car that had "quite a spill" on the inside and made it better than ever! The outside was immaculate as well! His work speaks for itself and it is obvious he is passionate about what he does. I am so grateful to have found him and we look forward to using his services again! 5 Star quality and service- you can't get any better! read more

Black car with lots of swrils and Ladell made it come out much better than I thought possible. He spends a lot of time with you to see what end result you are looking for, describes what he'll do and then he does his magic. There might be some competition for him out there, but from my experience, his work blows away anyone I've used in the past (and this is 13 years here with black cars). His shop is CLEAN, your car isn't out in the sun like many others, and he's got a lot of years experience. The fact that he is truly a very nice person is icing on the cake. I can't say enough good things about him, his business and the quality product he delivers. Will only use him in the future! read more

I took my new car, still in the plastic wrap in for a paint sealant and the interior to be protected. When I picked up the car, in the blazing sun, I couldn't see anything but the metal flake and the highlights. Ladell acted like he was happy and proud with his work. His enthusiasm was contagious and I happily paid and made an appointment for the family Jeep. When I got back home, under the garage lights, I saw a car that looked bad. There were alot of defects in the sealant or paint, including a couple of scratches (where he was resting some detailing stuff, seen when I picked up the car) that were all sealed in. I brought the car back, pointing out the scratches on the roof and the many, many defects, some looking like etched spots, others were raised, looking like errant drops of clear material. He said they were all due to pollen. It was hard to believe. He did a quick rub out of the scratches in the roof and reapplied sealant to the area (a week later and you can still see the scratches). Later that day I asked, if all these defects were part of the new paint, and he wasn't able or willing to get them out, why did he proceed with sealing the car? Where was the phone call, warning me that there was a bunch of defects in the paint? I reminded him that I said, when dropping off the car, that if there was any paint correction needed, the dealer would pay for it. He didn't have an answer. He did offer to reapply the sealant for no charge. The interior detail was okay, but he missed some spots, and there were streaks on the windshield that became evident later when it was humid. I was reluctant to write this review because the whole situation is so sad. Ladell seems like a really nice guy (why would i have left my new car with 23 miles on the odometerwith him), but things turned out poorly. I was hoping to protect my beautiful new car by spending a not insignificant amount of money, but instead got a slightly shinier car with sealed in defects. read more
