Why is this idea not implemented at all Costco locations?…read more Who else would agree that it would be so nice to have a Costco car wash available at every Costco gas station and/or warehouse? Oxnard, you are so lucky to have this spot here! It is very convenient and affordable, and it does the job well! Our car went in dirty and came out clean. You may want to bring some wipes/ car towels if you get bothered by the leftover water on the glass area, as the drying probably could have done a better job. BUT, as I said before, this car wash does the job! And we need one immediately in more Costco locations! Thank you!

It's a drive through so it will not do great job at cleaning the car, but it's better than nothing. Does a decent job overall. I then emailed the company and a girl named Kimmie helped me out. They had gotten a new system and were having a hard time making it work. Kimmy was super polite and helpful. The website was also not keeping track of my washes and was showing my account was terminated when it wasn't. So there were a few issues. She stuck with it for about two weeks until all the issues were resolved. The entire time, she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I have never received such great customer service before. It took me a while to figure out who I wanted to wash my vehicle - 2018 Honda CR-V. When I sent out…read moremy inquiry through Yelp, I received a response from Alberto's Mobile Car Wash pretty soon after. The cost wasn't as much as the others and I checked their reviews so I asked more questions after I requested the quote. With all of my question, through text, my questions were answered very politely and professionally. I thought the pricing was reasonable so I decided to book an appointment. I don't think that my car was in too bad shape but I thought it needed a really good wash and cleaning, so I requested the small detail service. They called me, right at the scheduled time, to let me know they arrived. They were considerate of my neighbors so they asked me to park my car somewhere else so they could do the wash without blocking the neighbors in. After moving my car, they said it would take about 2 hours and they would call when they finished the job. About an hour and 45 minutes after starting the wash, I received a call to let me know they were done. My car looks amazing! Their attention to detail is excellent and there aren't any streaks on my windshield like I usually have after a full-service car wash (one of my pet peeves). I don't think my car has ever looked better! I definitely recommend hiring Alberto's Mobile Car Wash and I am absolutely satisfied with their services. Thank you for doing an excellent job cleaning my car!

This place can be great depending on what you get but I would have to say you need to be mindful…read more Every time I've taken my car here I end up getting some type of scratch on my tint so as a tint owner, I would not recommend it. i've gone multiple times and I have to say, depending on what you get the service can be incredible. I don't know if maybe the special 1 that is 65 is only for maintenance, but I took my car there to get that today and there was a couple spots missed with the vacuum. My trunk and trunk cover was not wiped down at all and it seemed like they just drove my car through their car wash and didn't even wipe the outside down. I would expect a little more care when charging $65 there's still multiple spots on the hood of my car as well as again no wipe down action in the back. So to finish out my review, if you don't have any tint and you're willing to pay the higher tears, I think that this place can be a great place to go, but with how long I waited and the quality of wash I got. I think I would've been better off spending the hour I waited cleaning the inside and going to a car wash and spending $15-20 getting the outside washed rather than going here. I think if I would've done that, it would've ended up nicer quality for then the wash i got here. I just didn't feel that it was worth the money.

QUALITY AUTO DETAILING SERVICE!!!…read more I've had a few cars detailed by Tyler Cobos now and I've been thoroughly impressed by the workmanship, friendly demeanor, and professionalism that Mr. Tyler exhibits each time. Its yelp page offers contact/communication capabilities and the business is very prompt on response time. We can set arrangements quite easily without things dragging on for days. On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The rubber residue from water runoff was cleaned up nicely and that seemed to be the most pestering issue with the recent rains. Loved the shininess in the sun once everything was done! VERY EASY RECOMMENDATION! Solid option to take care of all your vehicle needs! We will definitely look to Cobos for future detailing!

Sometimes we get busy in life and I really hate not cleaning my car right after tons of rain. So far, I've already had two cleanings. The first one was with Juan Carlos (and another helper) for a clean and buff, and my second cleaning was with Victor. Both encounters were super professional, took care of my car, and did a great job on detailing. Also, all of my appointments were last minute but they're very responsive. The value for a regular car wash or both buff and clean is very reasonably priced. I don't ever take my car to the car wash and hand wash my car myself but when I'm busy throughout the week with work I give these guys a call. Most importantly, I don't have buffing skills so I'll end up requesting a monthly buff and wash from these guys. Overall, after two car washes, my car has no damages from getting services, the car always looks fresh and brand new, and Juan Carlos and his crew are reliable.
