I took my car in because I had damaged lug nuts that were getting stripped and almost impossible to remove. They had aftermarket lug nuts that were cheaper and more solid than stock OEM ones. Zero stars the owner does not care about you or your valuable property. First of all they damaged 3 of my rims. I am very particular about my car. I proceeded to speak to the owner about his employees Scratching my rims. I showed him the scratches, and he proceeded to tell it was probably debris from the road that caused the scratches. If you see the pictures you can clearly see it was no debris on the road that could've made the scratches. The owner started raising his voice and being rude, and telling me, what do you want me to do go in the back and get a spray can and spray paint them. And then to top it off, they left the old weights on the rim, and he say's it happens. It shouldn't happen to be running a professional business. Called this company two times and exchanged messages with a representative one time regarding rims and tires. Sent the person a text with the brand, size, make and model of the car and he responded that he would get back to me at the end of the day. Never heard back from the guy. I sent him a follow-up message again today and he still didn't respond. This small business sucks. I got a flat the other day driving around town in Oxnard. The wall of the tire was messed up probably from a pothole, so I needed a tire and I didn't want to buy a brand-new one. So I checked online and this place had new and used tires. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with a used tire for $40. What started out as a potentially very stressful ordeal ended extremely well. Traveling southbound on the 101 in Camarillo I blew a tire, as in, it came off the rim and rolled past me on the freeway. After fruitlessly calling around to find out who had my tire in stock (295/30 ZR18) I called my friend Tony Cabrera of Getting Out Tickets and Limosines who offered to call Raul of MTW2 on my behalf. I reminded Tony this is a difficult tire to find and that most tire shops do not stock unidirectional tires in that size. Tony called me back in less than five minutes to tell me MTW2 had the tires and that Raul was waiting for me to arrive with my car on the flatbed truck. The commute from Camarillo to Oxnard took longer than Raul, and what appeared to be an Indy Car pit crew, to replace both rear tires on my car. Needless to say, I drove away VERY HAPPY. The FASTEST place to get tires. Their prices are unreal, I can assure you nobody can touch them. When you pull up you better be ready to get tires because it seems like they have your old ones off before you get out. I've never waited more than 30 mins from the time I pull up to the time I drive out (and yes the new tires are balanced). Raul sold me new rims for my truck for a good price because they were on the shelf for a while. I asked him if anything was wrong with them and he said no they are (new). The chrome one rim had some blemishes, when I took it to him the next day he said he couldn't remember if he told me that the rims were new and that nothing was wrong with them. He told me that I would have to pay $100 more to order a brand new rim, so I did. I came back to have them exchange the rims out and the rim obviously had blemishes also ( he said they ordered the wrong rim, and the new rim would be in on the next day). I came back again to have the rims exchanged out again and the 2 supposedly new rim had problems with it. I did not end up getting a new replacement rim as he said he would do. He even showed me a 2012 catalog with the new rim in it. When I went to have the last rim put on he said the don't have anymore. (as if they don't make them anymore). DO NOT PURCHASE RIMS FROM M T W. THEY DO NOT HONOR THERE WARANTY AND THE BBW DID NOT HELP IN THIS MATTER COURT IS NEXT. read more
