If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would do it without hesitation. Staff is very friendly, alignment guy has been doing alignments for decades, and they have a shop dog! My story: I have a 2021 ND2 Miata and I was having alignment issues after having new tires put on my car (at Pep Boys). Pep Boys royally screwed up the alignment after taking more than 3 hours doing it and re-doing it. I was told that everything was in spec and my car was instantly steering to the right after leaving their shop. I then took it to Brake Masters who were having similar issues setting the specs that I was asking for. For the record my requested alignment specs were very conservative and my car comes stock with all necessary adjustment points to achieve those numbers. Brake Masters spent roughly 2 hours on my car and then told me that was the best they can do and sent me home. They "had to" set my tires so far to the front of the wheel wells that I was getting horrible fender liner rub. After having multiple recommendations to Associated Tires I decided to go in for alignment #3... They got me into every spec I was asking for from the other shops within a half hour. I'll be honest I was skeptical getting back in my car (after the first two alignment experiences), but as soon as I started driving it I knew they had nailed it out of the park. Car drives straight and I'm getting zero fender liner rub. The front wheels are noticeably set further back as requested. I was told there was zero issues and the specs were easy to achieve. If you are looking for an alignment then I hands down recommend this place. And from what I'm hearing from others they do just as great of a job with everything else. I'm never taking my Miata anywhere else. This was an amazing find as I was just about ready to start throwing blank checks at shops to just figure out what the issue was with my car (there wasn't one). read more

This family owned business has done it again! Not only do they listen , but they made recommendations that were precisely what I needed for my 20 year old vehicle. Suspension overhauled to correct a "death wobble". Recommended proper size wheels and tires for off roading and towing. My truck is safer to drive anywhere , because they listened to how I use my truck. On my way back from my camping trip, I made one phone call and 2 hours later Steven had a full set of tires installed on my 9 year old trailer ready to roll for a fair price. I was looking for a place to do some front-end work on my older car and I have been here before for an alignment so i decided to give them another shot. I'm going to be honest, the biggest thing for me in places that service your vehicle is of course the quality of work but second to that and also equally as important to me is the ability to communicate with your customer, I don't care if you are going to take longer, falling behind or whatever, just inform your customer of what is going on. And Associated Tire definitely communicates properly and promptly with their customers keeping them updated along the way. The work was simple, I had some bushing and control arms that needed replacing and the work was done in one day, nothing crazy but I appreciate the mutiple calls to let me know the problem, cost and estimated time. Also the second my car was done, they called me to notify me it was ready. With other places I am normally chasing them down to see what's going on but not here. Kristal helped me get my first two sets of tires. Getting my tires rotated and checked every five thousand miles has kept my tires almost new before ever needing any major issues. A little over ten years ago going over the grade in Camarillo, my front tires hit something that fell off a truck when it was pitch black going up. All of a sudden my front two tires blew out and it broke my wheels. I was on my way to LAX for a flight. I was able to get my car towed to Associated in Ventura and leave it in the lot so Steve Jr. could look at it when he got in. I was so worried about how fast I could get my car back. Steve called and had already found the exact used wheels needed in Indianapolis, had them ordered and they were on my car in about eight days. I was so relieved and grateful, thinking it would cost a fortune, it was so affordable thanks to Steve's quick thinking and ordering the wheels on the spot. Just yesterday I had a light on indicating I had a low tire, so while I left my car for its tire rotation, Steve III found all my tires were low, but no damage and I got to leave with my car without a charge.
