He told me to bring it in whenever I could, which was right away. When I got there he came and greeted me and went straight to checking my car out. I'm able to prioritize what I need done and work around my finances until I can get everything but absolutely needs to be done. When my Fiat was having issues with a code, I took it to two other mechanics who could not diagnose it and one I tried to fix it. They didn't. JT's fix the problem and it has not reoccurred since then. He worked with my insurance, your mercury, and helped me get the work done. When my other friend had a problem with her transmission, she was quoted by one mechanic is it going to cost $700. JT's did it right and we haven't had the issue with the transmission since then and it was less than half. I know every job is different and the needs of the car different.
