I got my brake pads & serpentine belt from BMW (online sale price) and took the car to Big Brand Tires. What a deal: seriously the labor was less than 1 hour and much less than BMW + the work in guaranteed. Next week I'll go back to have the brake pads installed. On this visit, I purchased LT285/60R18 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and they fit my truck perfectly. I have a 2-inch lift and had already done an alignment. On my first visit, I wish the initial employee had taken a little more time to walk through my questions, though he did say the tires would fit. When I came back for the install, Jose completely turned the experience around. He was professional, took the time to come out, listen, and double-check everything. He was honest about a possible slight rub and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. That customer service made a big difference. There was a small appointment mix-up, but nothing major. I was surprised they offered the tire patching service free of charge. Unfortunately, my tire had a nail that went nail head first and destroyed it. The hole was the size of a quarter and looked like it was cut up with a dull knife. Fortunately, they had my tire size and despite it being 6 PM on a Friday, they got me back up and running well after they were closed. I very much appreciated their accommodation and professionalism. Mike was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this business.

AKA Big Brand Tire, Same Company Different Name.. My 18…read morenephew went to have a repair done.. but was suggested 4 tires. He called me and asked if I thought pricing was good. I asked him to tell me what his copy of the work order said, and he said they didn't give him a copy. So I went and asked salesman why he wasn't given a copy. His response was.. only if the customer asks. I said anytime a client signs a work order authorizing parts and labor, your policy, BAR rules and I believe it's also state law. When the manager "Mike" overheard me say that. He interrupted. I said in any service industry where there's a work order/contract you have to give a copy. Again his response was not all industries. When I mentioned I felt like they took advantage of him, due to his inexperience/lack of knowledge. They both got very defensive. Manager "Mike" said we also have the right to refuse service to anyone. I said that you do. Especially if they're questioning you or your tactics. It's ironic that the answer to questions is we don't have to serve you. They upsold him on tires, didn't ask him what type of driving he did, didn't explain warranty or services to him. Just priced him with one of the more expensive tires they had in stock. So I asked him why those tires, and as I looked onlne they had a less expensive, equal option. They were able to change out the tires. But, none of that would've happened , had I not advocated for him. I looked at his vehicle 2 weeks ago and thought the 2 front were almost to wear bars, but had approx 3/32 of tread, the rear had approx 5-6/32 of tread. I told him getting all 4 would be best if he went that route. Again, another business who takes advantage of people with less experience and knowledge than the salespeople/manager. There have been previous issues at this location.. usually due to how stores are managed. These are not the old Big Brand stores I remember.

Had to wait about an hour for the wheel bearings to be delivered but he was super nice about it and cleaned my headlights for the wait. He really didn't have to go the extra mile, but things like that really make a huge difference compared to other shops. He did the wheel bearings for 180 each, compared to another shop trying to charge 440 each. Definitely recommend this shop.
