When I finally got there, was given a typical bait and switch and then told it is $40. Called specifically to get an appointment for the promoted "Etch and Catch" program to prevent catalytic converter thefts, and a smog same time. They made an appointment that worked for them so I could bring both cars in. I would have preferred Saturday, however took Tuesday 11am so it worked for their schedule to do both services. Our appointment did include paying for one of the vehicles to get smogged. Funny - they had time to take our money for a smog, but no time for the scheduled Etch and Catch service that I specifically wanted. I had called in June, and they just say "call back later". Essentially, they joined the program to get business, not actually help the community / prevent catalytic converter thefts. They had low stars already on yelp, so I was skeptical about using them. The only reason we drove all the way there is for the program. Next time, will just use the smog place a block from our house... read more

Our family used to trust this place but after a recent repair and the incredible price increase of a $60 part to $300 and still charging me an additional $200 for labor, I have lost all faith. I get the idea of markup but 500% is beyond ridiculous. I cannot return nor will I refer family and friends here. read more

Dishonest crooks, thieves. You don't pass, you pay. They are, it seems the only smog place who charges if you don't pass. Took my car for a smog, got the print-out: passed the smog but did not get a certificate because suddenly I needed some work with my timing chain, and a vacuum hose which the tech pulled n cracked. They would gladly fix everything but I needed to make an appointment, what a line. Yes I did report them the BAR. read more

So i go in for a smog check at first thinking , why is this place s empty but then i found out why , apparently my air filter was missing some bolts and that was enough for these crooks to steal my money and charge me a RETEST FEE for going back the second time my main issue was that i was TOLD the return smog check would be free because of my initial inspection but nope after asking if they would charge me extra and him TELLIG ME "no we wont be charging you anything i get hit with the receipt with the added fee , they told me either i lay kr tey wont give me the paper copies that shows i PASSED WTF! The only good thing about this place was that my smog check was cheap, but it does not compare to how uncomfortable Andres made me feel every time I said anything he would say " oh you millennials..." One thing everyone needs is a reliable, honest and fairly priced mechanic. I was referred here by my father-in-law, and as of last August they only charged about $60/hr for labor. PLUS, he'll even do half hours. not only that, but he'll get it done ASAP and be very honest regarding what you need. Won't over charge and is more than happy to look and make suggestions. read more

This location is a gold star certified smog station. They were fast, saw me without an appointment, and gave a small discount for paying in cash.
