False advertising, why would you put a price or special online if it won't be honored. They will make up any excuse to not give you the 39$ smog check. Don't waste your time. Rejected my car bcs i asked for the discount thats on their website. Right after i mentioned it, front desk lady went over to who might be her husband and who does the smog check, and after she came back is when he came up to me and denied my car. His excuse was the exhaust was putting out fumes.. made 0 sense. At that point the guy just seemed shady so i was happy to leave. I also had a USA beanie on my dashboard and maybe he hates America. Purchased a vehicle and needed to get a smog check to get the title transferred. Smog 4 Less was busy that day but they were kind and communicative. They plugged my car in and told me the O2 sensor wasn't registering and that I should take it for a drive to get the car to register it before they actually did the test. I have a pretty unique sets of vehicles in my garage. Women love my luxury cars, and I love my women. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of issues getting one vehicle in particular smog tested in the past... until I came here. The technician was very kind, and explained to me why it can be difficult to test some specific specialty cars. He then tested it with no problem! Let's face it, nobody wants to get their car smogged. It's a requirement, and with hundreds of different smog check locations, it's nice to find one with integrity. I chose this location based on positive Yelp reviews, and their service was so kind I felt the need to write one myself. My 2012 Honda hasn't been driven in at least 6 months, maybe longer. When it was time to update my registration; smog was due and I had a litany of issues with getting it to pass. Every step of the way, the kind employees here let me know step by step what was needed (drive 50 highway miles, fill up the gas tank, drive some city miles, make sure battery is working). I was never charged for a failed test, and with their instruction my car ultimately passed.
