Only had my Sprinter van towed in because the young clerk said they could Dx it and find out what was wrong with it. The associate mgr told me it did not have a battery cable, it must have been cut. When I went out w/ a colleague, she showed me it had a cable, made me think if these guys knew what they were doing. After 5 days there, then the same guy who said there was no cable said there was no paperwork signed so they could work on the vehicle. As he didnt know what the other agent said to me. Was able to sell it at a substantial loss but its sad when people say one thing and cant do it. read more

More red flags went off when I had to go back so I can show them what they were looking for, which I had left in plain sight and told them exactly where it was when I dropped my vehicle off... Requested oil change and four-wheel tire rotation that was completed in an hour and a half Pretty slow for nobody Shop manager came up to me and said that they recommend changing air cleaner and cabin air filter come back came ordered air cleaner and the cab air filter from O'Reilly's, which was much cheaper than Mountain View one I went to take the air cleaner out. I noticed the three bolts holding the engine cover were removed and nowhere to be found With replace cabin filter and found top shelf was missing Made a call to Mountain View and spoke with the manager he said he had talked to the technician working on the car and he was going to lunch and asked a different tech to put the bolts on That never happened and where they misplaced the glove box shelf is hard to understand. He takes the glove box shelf off you put it on the dash or on the floor. They couldn't find it so now they have to order another r one. It'll be two weeks before it gets here , I asked if it could be delivered to my house he just said no you have to come in and have it put on so we're waiting for the tech to come back from lunch because the manager said that bolts were locked in his his toolbox we waited 45 minutes and still no technician returned The manager asked for our keys and he puts the bolts on All is waiting around for tech that was at lunch at Bolz be locked in his toolbox and a manager was able to get them and put them on, but that was an hour later. I will not be going back there for service. I think it should be in a manager responsibility to double check his employees work , this is just too obvious bolts missing and a package stray in the glove box missing good luck to people. I had been having issues with air flowing out of my tire after having had a patchwork done by AAA. I went in to ask if I could have my tires looked at since one of the light had turned on on the dashboard. Upon inspection both Andy and Jose suggested that it be best to re-path the tire as the previous patchwork hadn't held up. I went here over the weekend and there was a guy named Jose who told me he could look at my car and inspect it for FREE and then I come in the next day to try to drop my car off. I talk with the person and tell them I'll be back later to drop off my car. I grab my car and call them to double check time frames to make sure I can be at work on time the next day and I hear WHISTLING from some guys to me on the phone in the background . UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL . And I was already irritated enough. I hang up and come back in the morning only to be told I can't get the free inspection Jose promised me and that they were gonna charge me 100 dollars instead. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Bought 4 tires and asked for an alignment. When returned to pick up my car, tires were on but alignment wasn't done. Made an appointment one week ahead for the following Saturday at 8 am when they opened. When I dropped off my car, the person behind the counter said that my car would be the first car on the rack and would be done at 10. Was busy that day and went to pick up at 4 pm. Car wasn't done. They told me I was next. I asked for my key and will never do business with them again. Terrible customer service. read more
