About a year ago, the battery for my 2021 Subaru just wouldn't start. Keith came out since he was dispatched by AAA. He managed to jump start it and recommended having the battery looked at. So I followed him to his shop and he replaced it without having to make an appointment. I took a road trip to Bryce Canyon and noticed by breaks were vibrating. When I returned home I went to Keith's auto repair(Oscar the mechanic) and told him about my brakes. It turned out I needed new pads and rear rotors. The job was well done and brakes are firm and smooth in my 18 Honda Pilot. Oscar is straight to the point and explained the condition of the brakes in detail even though there's a load of cars waiting to be worked on. I have been taking my Rav4 Honda CRV and Honda Pilot to Oscar for some time and highly recommend him for his mechanic skills and honesty. Oscar is honest, direct, and comes up with solutions that save the customer money, even if they mean less business for himself. And fair prices, too. I recently asked him about a minor cosmetic issue on my wife's car, and he said it would be a lot cheaper for me to just go online, buy a new plastic piece, and screw it in myself (just one screw, he even showed me exactly how to do it). Then I took my truck in for brake replacement later, after another mechanic in another city told me "they're getting bad, you should let me change them now." Oscar looked and said they were new or or near-new, and didn't need any fixes. Some mechanics might have changed them (or not changed them) and charged me anyways.
