They are amazing here! They take a variety of vehicles and models. As a single mom I've never felt taken advantage of and they always explain everything in detail before they do anything to your car. Their pricing is fair and would much rather support here than a dealership. So very thankful for them! read more

About two years ago, I did a little research on Yelp, I noticed this place had 5 stars. I even asked my coworkers if they knew anything about Quality Auto Works, and the feedback was all positive. I decided to take my son's car to Quality Auto Work, for car repair. His car needed a smog check. Here's the kicker, I gave my son my old vehicle and this car went through war and back. Both my children learned to drive in the Toyota and the vehicle survived two teenage boys. Daily Long commutes out of county, some long road trips and over 200 thousands miles. 2 years ago the owner at Quality Auto Work, worked on the Toyota and the Toyota passed smog. At that time the mechanic guaranteed his work and took the car to a smog shop and it passed. Here we are 2 years later, the Toyota is still running, with little maintenance and over 300 thousand miles later, until my son decided he was too busy for an oil change and never checked the water. Now the Toyota needed more than maintenance for a smog, now my son's looking at major repairs. Last week, My son drove the Toyota into Quality Auto Works, long story longer, the mechanic told him he would work on the Toyota. Well the owner, called my son and told him to save his money because he's going to need another vehicle. He told my son it was time to say goodbye to the Toyota. The owner didn't charge him for his work. The Toyota went above and beyond, as did the mechanics at Quality Auto Work. Yes, I trust Quality Auto Works and plan to return. read more

Anyone who checks out my other reviews will notice I am not shy about leaving one-star reviews and I promise I am a real person and am not working for anybody else and that the following statement is real, true and genuine. JR IS THE GREATEST MECHANIC ON THIS PLANET! Also the most fair, kind and reasonable. Too may people know this which is why this shop is always too busy but I urge anyone to come here if your car needs almost anything. If they can't handle the job they will refer you to an equally capable shop. read more

I was referred to JR by 4 different people and was told he is honesty, great at communicating what's going on and does GREAT WORK! I learned I should have called in advance because his schedule gets full pretty fast but I waited a few extra days to go to his shop. I took my car in and had it back within a few hours. Full explanation of the diagnosis and cost breakdown before he began to work on it. Within 3 hours of the diagnosis my car was taken care of and running like a brand new vehicle! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR YOUR CAR MAINTENANCE! read more

This is the best kept secret in this area. Ignacio Raigoza has been in business in the area for around 30 years and he is the most genuine person I have ever used in the auto service industry. His prices beat all and the quality of his work is genuinely outstanding. I have sent his many customers over the last few years and I have never had a complaint. Mr Raigoza is a family man who also contributes in a significant way to the local community and he prides himself on good work. good service and repeat business. read more

I have been coming here for years. ANY TIME a friend or acquaintance asks me to recommend a good honest mechanic, I recommend Quality Auto Works and it has never come back to bite me. Junior does great work at a fair price and is always honest with what needs to be done. The last time I took my car in because I thought I needed brakes. He called me and said "You still have some time on these brakes." How often does that happen?!? Now it is really is time for new brakes and of course I come here. read more

Just like some of the other reviews out there, I am reluctant to bring my cars to mechanics for being afraid of being gouged by their over pricing, pushy attitudes and suggesting much more needs to be repaired than what I originally went in there for. Then I met Jr. at Quality Auto Works. He is trustworthy, honest and prices his work fairly. He's the only mechanic I will bring all 4 of my vehicles to since I know he will do it right for the right price. I refer Jr. to all of my friends and family and they too are all very happy with the service he provides. Thank You Jr. for all that you and your crew do and continue the good work. Thanks and God Bless. read more

Great place to take my car for regular maintenance service, including simple oil change or tire alignment. The owner JR is a great guy, very personable, polite, and accomodating. The shop officially opens up at 8 but he is there a little after 7 so you can drop off your car before work. He sticks around at least until 5 to make it easy to have a car serviced and not have to take any time off from work. The place is in an industrial part of town but the area is very nice. The lobby in the place is small but always very clean, and the shop out back looks very clean as well. So you don't have to worry about your car interior getting extra stains. Oh, the prices are very good too. read more

Very few things make me uneasy. But searching for an honest and reputable auto repair shop may top the list. Simply put, Junior at Quality Auto is the best. Hands down. Honest, fair, and does great work. Doesn't try to up sell, just diagnoses the problem and makes the repair. I won't go anywhere else. I need to add, and I am being totally honest, this review is unsolicited. I do this on my own because I appreciate his work ethic and integrity. read more
