My cars brakes were really bad and I looked everywhere for quotes on how much it would cost to fix them, called bill clarks and they got me in the same day with really good pricing! Everyone working there was very kind. Told them I replaced my own intake hose and asked if they could check it out to see if I did it right and they did. Returned a week later to get my AC done since it's been broken for years. Joe was really helpful with telling me everything that needed to be done. They tell you a price and stick to it! We love Bill Clark Automotive. We take our Honda CRV and Honda Pilot for all services. The passenger window in the Pilot wouldn't go up. Our Labradors window when driving around town. We called and got it in yesterday and was able to get it fixed the same day. Joe and Becky are so friendly and professional. I called a number of shops the week after Christmas no one had any availability. I spoke with Alex he explained that his boss was on vacation but he would be happy to look at my car, He was very courteous and really did a good job testing everything he could. Being a person that has worked and been around cars don't be Leary by how young the employees are they are very knowledgeable.Unfortunately the issue was more than the car was worth. I got recommended here by a coworker. Oh man was he right. Joe was courteous and professional. He listened to what I thought was wrong with my car and took notes. I had been told by another mechanic that my car was fine just needing a tune up. Then when my boyfriend's car pooped out right in front of the garage they came over to one see if we were ok and gave us a quick jump. It was super cool and made a truly wonderful impression! I think he's going to start using Bill Clark's too. When he called later that same day he told me that my car needed new fan belts, a transmission flush and fluid change, and that I had a bad wheel bearing. That was the sound that I had taken my car to another mechanic for and I had been told twice that it was nothing important. His prices where fair, and he works really quickly. I dropped my car off at lunch, got a call about the issues a couple hours later, and it was ready mid-morning the next day. When I came to pick it up my car had been washed! How awesome is that! He showed me the parts and explained how badly I had need a new wheel bearing. I am taking my car here for all future services. I trust him, and cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

Still absolutely fantastic service! Recently had an issue with my steering. Joe checked first to make sure it wasn't a safety issue and then researched the issue. We talked and then come to find out, sometimes the steering issue is disguised by a suspension issue and Joe wanted to investigate that before replacing steering components. Double checking on safety and other possible problems was so important to me.....he didn't just go and replace parts at random. I've also referred all my friends to Joe and they all love his shop! I heard many good things about this shop and took my car there for a repair. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely awful. The shop never called with a quote/diagnosis and when I finally called hours after I was told I would be contacted, the information was lacking. I decided not to have the repair done at that time and went to pick up my vehicle. MY car was not there. The mechanics had taken it for a joyride!! They tried lying, saying it was for a test drive which was ridiculous since no repair was made and the "diagnosis" was done. The mechanic used 1/3 tank of gas on this joyride. I should have called the police, instead I called the owner and he really didn't seem to care that this occurred. I did get reimbursed for the gas, but he did NOT apologize to me in person as he said he would do. I don't trust this mechanic at all and would not recommend trusting your vehicle here. read more

I was lucky to find this place as I was referred to it by a coworker. I've since taken my car there maybe four times in the last five months for various issues, and they've been great to me. They did some minor errors once(water pump pulley wasn't bolted tight enough, but no damage), but recognized the mistake and stood by their labor warranty and replaced my accessory belt at no cost. Took my 2012 Toyota Yaris at 11 AM. Joe took care of it. Services were 75000 mile service, transmission fluid exchange, Oil & Air filter change. Joe definitely has a heart of a teacher and explains to you why he is doing what he is doing. I usually don't ever write reviews for anything, but Bill Clark Automotive is absolutely worthy of a review. Joe and the mechanics are great! Honest, informative, and personable. Took my car in today for an oil change. Joe explained to me that my air filter was dirty and should be replaced soon. He said they could either blow the dirt off and I could replace it later, or they could replace it today with no charge for labor. Appreciated two things: 1) that he took the time to actually show me the dirty air filter and 2) I didn't feel pressured. He also explained that my brakes were good, but tires should be replaced soon. Thankful for a heads up and again, no pressure. I've left Bill Clark Automotive twice now with complete peace of mind regarding my car. I realize that not everything can be prevented, but I am so glad for their outstanding business and service! Made an account just to write this company a review. Took our car to AWS and spent over $2000 there. Soon after our car started overheating which had never happened before. We took it back to AWS 3 times, they charged us more money, and it didn't fix the problem. We called Bill Clark's today and asked if they could look it over.
