When a car wash damaged my front bumper my dealership recommended Fix to do the repair. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. Gary spoke with the company contracted to assist the car wash and explained exactly why the bumper could not be repaired, it needed to be replaced. They even used two employees to bring my car back to me afterwards. The car wash paid the full amount of the repair. This is my pre review for Superior. So far their service has been amazing. I was a victim of a fender bender and after calling my insurance (Mercury) I was referred to Superior. Luckily I had taken a vehicle to them in the past and at that time I also received amazing service. About 40 minutes after hashing out all the insurance stuff I called Superior and they gladly ask me to bring my vehicle in same day. When I arrived I was eagerly assisted by their receptionist who kind and professional and set up my enterprise rental right away. Raul was my point man for service. He literally had my vehicle in the shop and inspected no more than 30 minutes after my arrival. Raul also made it a point to have my parts ordered before the days deadline in order to have my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I was also greeted this morning with a phone call from the receptionist, I believe her name was Felicia, she provided me with an update on my service. So far everything has been great. I had my car worked on by Tony's Body shop in the past and recently Superior Collision. The quality of work, paint and detail is way better with Superior. Side by side comparison of the front end work (Tony's) compared to the rear end (Superior) is so visibly different. The front end work done by Tony's when looking at your image through the paint is dull. But if you look at the paint job through the side done by Superior, you can clearly see your image. Gotta use Superior! I would never leave my car in the hands of Tony's again. read more

I've used Superior twice: once in 2011 and again recently (2013). Getting in an accident is never fun, especially when it's with a brand new car! Luckily, Superior made the experience less painful. I first had the pleasure of having my baby worked on by Superior in 2011 when, less than one month after purchasing a 2011 Toyota Venza, a suicidal jackrabbit jumped in front of my car one night. My front bumper was cracked and the fog lamp was dislodged. I went to Ventura Toyota to ask them who they used/recommended, and they told me Superior. In less than 1 week I had my beautiful baby Venza back! They did a wonderful job matching the multi-layer Blizzard Pearl color!!! Unfortunately, at the end of October 2013, I was in another collision, but this time with something much larger than a jackrabbit. The damage was substantial. Without hesitation I again trusted my baby Venza to the team at Superior. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Richard was a consummate professional and was always willing to take my numerous calls regarding my vehicle (I'm the kind of person who calls often anyway; they did update me regularly). They worked with my insurance and completed all repairs in about 10 working days. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent job they did on our Jeep Unlimited Rubicon considering we were sent there via Progressive Insurance after it was hit by a drunk, hit and run woman in our marina parking lot. Though Progressive was a disappointment in their inefficient handling of our claim they did introduce us to Fix Auto. Fix Auto does excellent work and they were very conscientious with regards to our concerns of impact damage that could not be seen easily. They worked with us regarding deductible (some question as to whether the drunk driver was even insured) and explained the insurance process. We would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them. read more

I got my car fixed here as suggested from my insurance company to fix my front bumper among other things. I had to return it once because they didn't replace parts up front and had just glued the broken pieces together. Today the bottom of my bumper that they "replaced" had pieces falling down after not even a month after. We saw they hadn't replaced my part but just tried covering up and putting together the broken pieces. They cut corners to reduce cost and i definitely will not be back. read more

This guy was great. I want to tell him thank you soooo much. I think his name was Gary. I had a fender bender. My left back panel was dented. The other auto parts shop wanted to charge me $669 to fix. Took it to fix auto shop and he fixed it for free. He worked on it manually for twenty minutes and finally got it popped out and back in place. I tried to give him fifty bucks for his effort and he wouldn't even let me pay him. He just saved me over six hundred bucks. Don't find people like this anymore!!! read more

We left two cars here for body repair. It took 2 months for each car. We found out that the employee fixing them would be on vacation and we would be paying fees in the meantime for car rental. Would have been nice to know before dropping off the cars. In the meantime, insurance was charging $15 a day. They agreed to pay this for one of the cars we left. They didn't keep their word. After my sister left a yelp review they threatened that she wouldn't get $250 (though they owed $600) unless she took down the bad review. Dan promised to pay the fee initially since it was taking so long but never returned calls. It took 4 months to get ahold of him and we had to show up at the shop to talk to him. This was when he said he'd pay $250 of the $600 owed. The check never came. Gary is the one who said they refused to send the check unless the review by Trixie on 12-23 was removed. read more

My experience going to Fix Auto South was amazing from walking in to the office with the receptionist greeting me and offering me coffee and water to the owner giving me an honest estimate all without an appointment. I took my 2007 Lexus IS 250 that someone hit us and damaged my back bumper and quarter panel. They did so great on fixing it that it looks like a brand new car just out of the dealer. You can tell that they really care about their customers because everyone involved working on my car treat it like its their own. They inform me every step of the repair and if there is any changes.
