    Alex and his crew did a great job fixing my car after I had hit debris in the road. Very impressed with their expertise and service. Always happy to answer the phone with any questions I had, and worked with me on insuring I was happy with the job once completed. Highly recommend to ANYONE looking to get there car fixed the right way!

    My boyfriend's cane corso jumped on my 2022 lexus and left a few scratches on the hood. Asked local detailers if they could polish it up and their quotes were up to $300. Gave fix auto Oxnard a try because I had a positive experience with the fix auto chain in Central Valley. Showed up on a Friday. They took a look at my car and we're booked that same day. But told me to return that following Monday and polished off the dog scratches for FREE. Thanks fix auto Oxnard for making my car look as new. Don't have after pics of the polish job.

    I was having a very bad day. Then I went here, just for a quote to fix my car. They gave me respect, honesty, efficiency, friendliness and a cup of coffee! Car fixed faster and cheaper than I ever imagined! I love this place! My day got better! Heck, my whole month got better! Ladies, I've had some car related businesses take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars or car repair costs. If you've had issues as well I want you to know that this is a trustworthy place with both men and women on staff. It's bright, clean, and friendly. Such a relief to find a place like this!

    I choose Fix Auto in Wooley Road because they are the one of the repair shops authorized by Mercury Insurance and the reviews are good so I brought my 2003 Toyota corolla to the shop lstFebruary 6 .Unfortunately it's considered total the second to the last photo is thephoto of my car during the accident last January 19,2023 as you can see there's no crack on top of the bumper and the photos when I pick up my car today March 3,2023from Fix Auto some fasteners are broken and crack on top of the bumper very disappointing experience with this shop

    Very easy and fast process. I have Mercury insurance and everything was a breeze. My car was dented by someone who backed into me in a parking lot. I took it to fix auto to estimate the damages and to have it fixed. They did a flawless job! I couldn't even tell there were any dents or scrapes. And I tried looking very hard! I recommend this place, they do a great job.

    They were friendly, decent communication and did a great job with the repairs. I have no complaints about the fix itself. The only downside is that I asked for a quote to fix vey small dings on my car that were not from the accident and never received a quote. I also asked for information about window tinting and was only told they had an outage vendor that could do it. Finally, they would release my car until after my insurance paid for it. This has never happened to me before. They actually held onto my car after the repairs were done just so that they could get paid. I have had my car fixed a lot of places and never wean into this issue. With that said, they did contact the insurance company supervisor to speed up the process but it still took to long for my liking.

He was honest, knowledgeable, confident, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Nick fought nonstop with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were done properly -- no shortcuts, no cheap aftermarket parts, no settling for "good enough." He went back and forth with them multiple times and handled all the supplemental approvals necessary to make sure my car was restored correctly. You can tell he truly knows this industry inside and out and understands exactly how to deal with insurance companies that try to minimize costs at the expense of quality. Most importantly, he was absolutely right about everything he told me from day one. My car came out BEAUTIFUL. It honestly looks perfect, and I'm beyond grateful for the care, attention to detail, and professionalism from everyone at Ventura Collision Center. I also appreciated something small that actually said a lot about their integrity. After everything they dealt with fighting my insurance company, there was still a tiny supplemental balance left over -- literally $12.01 -- and Nick basically said doing things the right way matters more than squeezing every last dollar out of the situation.     I took my car in for repairs on Monday, March 30 to the Ventura location and spoke to Sal. He told…read moreme the vehicle should be ready within a week and a half max. I received a voice message from Kim at the front desk on Friday, April 3 stating that they were starting the tear down of the vehicle that day. Then on Monday, April 6 I received another voicemail from Kim stating that they were starting the teardown of the vehicle on Monday so I was a little confused because she told me they were starting on Friday so I called her back and told her I was very disappointed that they stored my car in their garage for the entire week and didn't start working on it all while I had to use a uber every day back and forth to work and spent money out of my pocket while they let my vehicle sit in the garage and never touched it for an entire week. Still don't understand why the parts were not ordered the week that they stored my vehicle. If I knew they weren't going to touch my vehicle until the following week, I could've dropped it off that Friday or the following morning when they started the tear down so I could use for work that week. Instead, I've had to pay for Ubers back-and-forth to work while they kept pushing my dates back. I ended up spending over $700 in Uber payments to get back-and-forth to work while they stored my car for an entire week. I didn't touch it. I decided to eat Ubers because the cheapest Rent-A-Car I could find was $55 per day. The gas prices are cheap so I would've spent more money on a Rent-A-Car. I got a call from Sal stating that they were waiting on parts for the repairs as soon as they get the parts they would work on it as fast as they could. I proceeded to let him know that my birthday was Friday, April 10 and I would like to have my vehicle back. I let them know that if it wasn't ready by Wednesday, they would have to keep it in the garage for seven days because I'm leaving for vacation. I spoke to him on Thursday, April 9 and he told me that it looks like I probably wouldn't get my vehicle back for my birthday because they ordered parts and they hadn't come in yet. Then he proceeds to tell me possibly Monday the 13th the earliest or the latest Tuesday morning on the 14th. I ended up getting my vehicle that Tuesday evening. Why this is so disappointing is because I have experience working as a delivery driver for Worldpac. Worldpac is a distributor of auto parts. We have a local warehouse here in Oxnard, California and anytime auto parts store calls to order parts. We delivered within two hours yet. I kept being told that they were ordering parts and they're taking days and weeks to get them in, which doesn't make sense to me. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed on the way home that my passenger side mirror wasn't folding when I triggered the alarm and it wasn't working. So I called in and let them know that I would need to bring it back in the following week because I was going on vacation. When I got back on vacation, I took it in at 8:15 AM or Tuesday, April 21 waited about an hour for the repairs. Sal came back out to show me both mirrors. He stated that Tesla sent them the wrong mirror the first time and they didn't have several wires, but the new mirror they sent was correct. And finally, the mirror worked properly. I would have to say that customer service wise they're pretty good and the repairs on the body was done correctly, but I'm disappointed of the time they held my car given the minor damage and for having to bring it back in a second time to fix the mirror. I will never use this place again. This sucks because I could've got the service done at Tesla, but their service was scheduled two weeks out and that's why I chose this body shop because I thought I could get my vehicle a lot sooner and it ended up being 3 1/2 weeks. Should've just went to Tesla and no matter the wait in the future I will always use Tesla service only moving forward.

    First I have to say that I contacted every top-rated dent repair business on Yelp to compare…read morequotes, and took my car to a couple of respected local businesses that specialize in paintless repair. Express Dent & Paint was THE ONLY business that had the confidence to try and repair my car. The dent was in a very difficult spot along the edge of the fender, right on a crease. They were totally honest and transparent from the start that they couldn't guarantee a 100% repair (that would require regular body work/respray). But they were confident they could get it at least 70% repaired. Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. He got to work but after a while it was proving to be more challenging than expected due to the thickness of the steel and the location on my fender. It was looking better but not up to the 70% he had hoped, so he said he would only charge me 50% of the quote for his time coming out if that was the best he could do. But he didn't give up, and with more glue pulling he made it look tons better! Now the dent is barely noticeable, and you'd have to really look for it to find it. In my opinion it was $300 well spent, and the remaining imperfection is not worth spending $1200 at a body shop on a 23-year-old car. Chris is a magician and I highly recommend Express Dent & Paint.
