These guys saved my life!!! My dummy sister nearly totalled my Volvo on Xmas day and the accident was not covered under my insurance. I thought for sure I was going to be screwed... Greg (the owner?) was SO understanding of my financial situation and worked with me to get my car running safely as cheaply as possible. I bought my own parts online and these guys got the volvo back to normal in no time! I was SO impressed when I picked up my car this morning. The car is running great and looks great too! THANK YOU! read more

If I can give Superior Collision Center more than 5 stars, I would! Great customer service. They replaced the passenger front door, with this they matched my custom paint job, from sparkles to pin-stripe. Originally my custom paint was done in Texas & they matched it perfectly. I will highly recommend them always, Thank You Very Much Gary Hesselbrock, I will never forget how much you helped me!!! I'm one happy customer!!! read more

This place has great customer service. Went in to fix my car for an insurance claim I filed. I was welcomed right away. They explained the process to make sure I understood everything. I give these guys s huge shout out for great service and really quality work. They did a big repair job for me a couple years ago. Today I stopped in after I swiped a car in a parking lot and scraped my car. No dent just a light scrape. Within 15 minutes they buffed out my scrape and didn't even charge me. Honest and awesome. Big or small jobs. read more

Getting into a car accident can cause a series of inconveniences but the people at Superior made everything easy and painless. They are courteous, quick and very professional. Gary B. at Superior handled the rental car, stayed late and even finished my car a day early. He took care of everything for us and my Hylander looks better than new. The paint and repairs are flawless, even the car emblems were replaced. I'm very happy with my experience! read more

Superior has repaired my family's cars four times over the last several years. They have accommodated special requests and my schedule throughout, and they have always left me feeling satisfied. This team has made the obvious decision to develop a strong reputation in the local area and work towards long-term success. I will go out of my way to use this shop in the future. My only critique is that they have overlooked a couple of small details with their work, but I'm picky, and they have always made things right and even picked up and delivered the vehicles when anything was missed. The owners are car guys who really appreciate good work - not people out to make a quick buck. Use them! read more

What outstanding customer service!! I arrived in mid-battle with an insurance company who was fighting their liability coverage. Being the innocent victim here, the insurance fight made the situation twice as stressful as it needed to be. Superior alleviated my anxiety and did an excellent job with my repair! I would not hesitate to highly recommend their service and will only go to them for any future work. I would especially like to thank Raul, Ruby and Gary! What team!! You're the best!! read more

I had my car worked on by Tony's Body shop in the past and recently Superior Collision. The quality of work, paint and detail is way better with Superior. Side by side comparison of the front end work (Tony's) compared to the rear end (Superior) is so visibly different. The front end work done by Tony's when looking at your image through the paint is dull. But if you look at the paint job through the side done by Superior, you can clearly see your image. Gotta use Superior! I would never leave my car in the hands of Tony's again. read more

I've used Superior twice: once in 2011 and again recently (2013). Getting in an accident is never fun, especially when it's with a brand new car! Luckily, Superior made the experience less painful. I first had the pleasure of having my baby worked on by Superior in 2011 when, less than one month after purchasing a 2011 Toyota Venza, a suicidal jackrabbit jumped in front of my car one night. My front bumper was cracked and the fog lamp was dislodged. I went to Ventura Toyota to ask them who they used/recommended, and they told me Superior. In less than 1 week I had my beautiful baby Venza back! They did a wonderful job matching the multi-layer Blizzard Pearl color!!! Unfortunately, at the end of October 2013, I was in another collision, but this time with something much larger than a jackrabbit. The damage was substantial. Without hesitation I again trusted my baby Venza to the team at Superior. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Richard was a consummate professional and was always willing to take my numerous calls regarding my vehicle (I'm the kind of person who calls often anyway; they did update me regularly). They worked with my insurance and completed all repairs in about 10 working days. Hopefully I will never have to use them again (knock on wood), but if I do find myself in need of repair work again I will absolutely use Superior! read more

Gary and team did a fantastic job. It took a whole but it was worth the wait. They went over and above and my car really does look like new.

Had my 2006 bmw repaired. Damage was in the back , hood and bumper were replaced Superior did a good job. I would come back in the future. Dan kept me informed read more

When a car wash damaged my front bumper my dealership recommended Fix to do the repair. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. Gary spoke with the company contracted to assist the car wash and explained exactly why the bumper could not be repaired, it needed to be replaced. They even used two employees to bring my car back to me afterwards. The car wash paid the full amount of the repair. I would use this company with any hesitation should I ever need another repair. read more

This is my pre review for Superior. So far their service has been amazing. I was a victim of a fender bender and after calling my insurance (Mercury) I was referred to Superior. Luckily I had taken a vehicle to them in the past and at that time I also received amazing service. About 40 minutes after hashing out all the insurance stuff I called Superior and they gladly ask me to bring my vehicle in same day. When I arrived I was eagerly assisted by their receptionist who kind and professional and set up my enterprise rental right away. Raul was my point man for service. He literally had my vehicle in the shop and inspected no more than 30 minutes after my arrival. Raul also made it a point to have my parts ordered before the days deadline in order to have my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. I was also greeted this morning with a phone call from the receptionist, I believe her name was Felicia, she provided me with an update on my service. So far everything has been great. I look forward to the return of my vehicle, Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Thank you very much. Jonny read more

I highly recommend Fix Auto. I have had work done with Gary 3 times now and have had exceptional work done. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable of what they do. My estimates are always fair and the time promised for completion has never be delayed. I just saw Gary this morning for my 4th estimate. I will NEVER go to another shop other than Fix Auto. read more

Met the owner Gary and he sure gave me the best advice regarding my 2006 Toyota RAV4 V6 regarding the paint job that was peeling off crazy. Gary is honest and a true professional and I would recommend him anytime. His business is 16 miles from my residence but its worth the drive. I had a very bad experience with a body shop in Westlake and the owner sure took me for a ride. Would not even give him a one star review. Gary is highly recommended by my dealership and told me I do not need to look further for another body shop and he is right. read more

Thank you, Superior Collison! I've been smiling ear to ear, since I picked up my car. I had $4000 worth of damage and estimate was 1 week. Carlos @ Superior off Lambert was great, helpful, and had my back. He was professionally and dealt with insurance company (less than compassionate) estimate. My car is like brand new and was completed in a week! Awesome job Superior Collision and again thank you to Carlos for taking care me and my car. Carlos at Superior Collision was the man. He was trust worthy, professional, and came through in the end. For a first time car accident and dealing w insurance company. I felt comfortable and safe leaving my car w him. He also reassured me that he would take care of everything and he did... Big ups and many thank you again. Sincerely, Alexandra Porras read more

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent job they did on our Jeep Unlimited Rubicon considering we were sent there via Progressive Insurance after it was hit by a drunk, hit and run woman in our marina parking lot. Though Progressive was a disappointment in their inefficient handling of our claim they did introduce us to Fix Auto. Fix Auto does excellent work and they were very conscientious with regards to our concerns of impact damage that could not be seen easily. They worked with us regarding deductible (some question as to whether the drunk driver was even insured) and explained the insurance process. We would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them. read more

I was really pleased with the friendly staff and great work done on my van. Highly recommend this place!!

I got my car fixed here as suggested from my insurance company to fix my front bumper among other things. I had to return it once because they didn't replace parts up front and had just glued the broken pieces together. Today the bottom of my bumper that they "replaced" had pieces falling down after not even a month after. We saw they hadn't replaced my part but just tried covering up and putting together the broken pieces. They cut corners to reduce cost and i definitely will not be back. read more

We left two cars here for body repair. It took 2 months for each car. We found out that the employee fixing them would be on vacation and we would be paying fees in the meantime for car rental. Would have been nice to know before dropping off the cars. In the meantime, insurance was charging $15 a day. They agreed to pay this for one of the cars we left. They didn't keep their word. After my sister left a yelp review they threatened that she wouldn't get $250 (though they owed $600) unless she took down the bad review. Dan promised to pay the fee initially since it was taking so long but never returned calls. It took 4 months to get ahold of him and we had to show up at the shop to talk to him. This was when he said he'd pay $250 of the $600 owed. The check never came. Gary is the one who said they refused to send the check unless the review by Trixie on 12-23 was removed. read more

Let's see where to start... Recently returned home from active duty service to find that my car was in horrible shape... The problem is that I do not like people working on my vehicle but because of my injuries from active duty I don not really have a choice... This is what makes me so happy to write this five star review for a shop that truly earned it! Not only did they take care of my issues, but offered me a ride to my house while I waited for the quick repair! they gave me time lines and met everyone of them; as well as, far exceeding what I thought my experience would be and they did an amazing job!! The derive was awesome and they also gave me pointers and other shop names to help with other repairs that I needed! I give them two thumbs up and hope that you give them a chance to earn your business as they are one of the few shops I actually trust now!! read more

FIVE STARS on service, repair and professionalism . Car was ready on day promised and at early afternoon ahead of scheduled late afternoon.

This guy was great. I want to tell him thank you soooo much. I think his name was Gary. I had a fender bender. My left back panel was dented. The other auto parts shop wanted to charge me $669 to fix. Took it to fix auto shop and he fixed it for free. He worked on it manually for twenty minutes and finally got it popped out and back in place. I tried to give him fifty bucks for his effort and he wouldn't even let me pay him. He just saved me over six hundred bucks. Don't find people like this anymore!!! read more

If you are looking for a professional auto body shop, look no further, The owners here take PRIDE in their work and customer service. Their work and attention detail is TOP NOTCH. They are certified by all the local car dealerships as their go to shop for repair as well as most insurance claims. My 2015 Tacoma went in and came out like a brand new car, they even detailed the truck for me after doing a minor repair on the bumper. Thanks Again Gary B. Bob L. read more
