The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. But because business hours are during the week it took some coordinating and a day off from work to get the car in. Jamie said Wednesday was fine and when i brought the car in the tint guys was out. He had another guy look at it but wasn't able to fix the crease so they said they would make me a new reservation. So now I have to take another day off work and waiting to hear back if it's going to be fixed right. Will update again when it's fixed. The tint is supposed to come with a lifetime warranty so we'll see

I do not recommend working with this company or leaving your car here…read more I had a very bad experience with them. First of all, just two days after the PPF installation, the film started peeling off, especially around the edges and corners. Philip told me this was "normal" and that everything would be fixed during the follow-up correction appointment. I came back for the correction, and they repaired the areas that were lifting. However, I also noticed that my front bumper had been wrapped using four separate pieces of film, with the pieces overlapping each other. I was told this was normal. I wasn't happy with that at all, but I decided to let it go. After the correction, the exact same problem came back. The film started peeling again from the corners, around the door handles, and in multiple other places. I also noticed that the film had changed color and became more yellow than it was originally. I'll attach photos showing the difference. Overall, I would not recommend leaving your car here. They will keep making promises, avoid taking responsibility, and refuse to properly redo poor-quality work. I don't know how genuine the other reviews are, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My MY25 4Runner had some tree sap etching on the paint that was left behind after a previous…read moredetailer removed tree sap caused by a tree in my old house driveway. Since the vehicle is only about a year old, the damage really bothered me. After spending a lot of time browsing Yelp and Google for a detailer who could help reduce or remove the etching, I came across Will. He was very responsive from the start and even had me drop off the vehicle so he could test a small area first. The test results were impressive, with almost all of the etching removed, so I scheduled an appointment drop off. I dropped off the 4Runner, and the work was completed in just two days. Will is extremely knowledgeable and operates out of a very cool facility filled with collectible cars and interesting projects. Most importantly, the results exceeded my expectations. About 90-95% of the tree sap etching was removed without having to go through a more aggressive sanding. I was very happy with the outcome from the two step paint correction. I highly recommend Will to anyone looking for paint correction or detailing services. He's professional, knowledgeable, and delivers great results. Chris was so nice, professional and friendly on the phone. They were very knowledgeable about the vinyl sun strip my son wanted installed on the windshield also. The day of our appointment, we were welcomed by Cesar with open arms and a huge grin.
