I requested service through the Yelp app, and to my surprise it blasted out a "request. You'll be created a tint application project. Right away I got five quotes. Kool vision was the latest quotes I received, later being only 10 minutes. Since my notifications are turned on, my phone was blasted. I even responded to some of the quotes, not realizing that I was responding to the wrong business. After looking into it a little bit more, I realized the application of Tint that I wanted to use was the ceramic film. And decided on choosing Kool vision. One of the reviews on these guys mentioned something about cash. And my surprise, they did accept credit cards, but offered cash discount. So I went back and got some cash to take advantage of the discount. When it comes to the service requested, I feel like they communicated really well on what I was getting and what to expect. There he hesitant to give recommendations on the percentage of tinting, but eventually enough of my prodding and poking. Make sure when you requesting the quote that you give them to make a model of the car so that they can give you an accurate quote based on the amount of effort that is gonna take to do the job. I highly recommend them when it comes to the value of service, quality, and the guarantee that they offer. I am definitely going to come back again. From what I understand the ceramic tint does a really good job of reducing UV heat on the interior of the car so I'm looking forward to seeing how much of an improvement there is. read more

Since my previous review, I have brought my Acura ILX and my Acura Integra here. This business is as efficient and professional as it gets! I am lucky to have such a dependable company working on my cars. Whenever I get a new car, I can ensure I can get my tints on ASAP. They were able to take me an hour after messaging them, but I was unable to make it. I came in at 10 AM the next morning and it did not take long to complete. The tints Kool Vision have installed for on my 3 cars over the last 7 years have all been FLAWLESSLY done. Only once was there an issue where my tint had a bubble, and they happily fixed it with proof of the warranty paper they give you at the conclusion of your service. As a young woman, I usually get scared coming to auto shops because of certain treatment, but this shop makes y feel so comfortable and doesn't take advantage of people.
