I called back and explained that the dent was not there prior to bringing my car in, but he continued denying responsibility. When I arrived to pick up my car, he still refused to admit fault and apparently had no camera footage or proof. I'm beyond pissed. The dent is in a terrible spot on a curved panel, so now I'm looking at over $1,000 in repairs. The tint itself looks great, but the sketchiness of this situation completely ruined the experience. HORRIBLE TINT JOB! I…read moretook my brand new car to this place back in September 2024. Seven windows to be exact. Took 50 minutes to complete the job which I though was kinda fast but ok. The young man parked my car outside as an indication that the job was complete. After I paid, I walked around to inspect the job and there were some corners where the tint was already peeling. I brought it up and he said it's normal, while simultaneously applying squeegee on the surface. (I personally thought it wasnt normal to leave those peeling corners left alone). Also noted to him the there was a big bubble in the rear window and before he took a look at it, he was already explaining that it's normal. But sure enough, he felt the need to make some adjustment to get rid of the bubble, indicating it needed attention. He also said that I will see tiny bubbles but rest assure that it will cure after a week. I didn't believe him and left the shop with a lot of curiosity in my mind. Fast forward to today, February 2026, those bubbles still exist. The bigger bubble in the back window is still there. Although I'm over it, I feel the need to explain their work and the money I paid for the job wasn't justified.
