Came here to get a custom box for my 18inch speaker. I was negotiating the price for the speaker and I didn't think anything can go wrong from here. Once they gave me a quote I waited about 2 weeks thinking they were done with my box until they brought me in and barely started on my box. The box was way too small for my speaker. In the beginning we were basically negotiating quality instead pricing and gave me a speaker worth what I paid for. Service was terrible as way, the guy was talking to me unprofessionally . Beware of this place! I purchased a Groupon for window tinting. And as mentioned on the Groupon it says to call and schedule an appointment, and they set me up to arrive Monday at 9:00am. As I arrive one of the workers whose name I didn't get told me that I can leave my car and they will have it ready for me by 4-5:00pm the latest. I told him that it was fine but also I did have to be at work by 4:00pm and if they could finish the job a little before then I would appreciate it .. so then I choose out the tint percentage, I redeem the Groupon and go about my day. Time went by and it was already 3:00pm so I decided to call them to get an update and they never answered the phone. So I proceed to go to the shop, I get there and my car is still parked in the same spot as when I left it at 9:00am !! Two workers were there and I approach to ask how come my car hasn't even been started and they proceeded to say, we told you by 5:00pm! They did not care to aplogize and just proceeded to give me my car keys and said you can contact Groupon for a refund. They literally brushed me off and made me waste my time just to not end up doing anything to my car. I felt discriminated for being a female and being all alone, and who knows they probably even made me wait as the last one just because I had a Groupon voucher. I hope the owner or whoever runs this place is able to see my review so they can know the rude and shi**y workers that they have. read more

Worst Experience Ever -- Stay Away from HD Car Stereo I went in to replace my stolen subwoofer and clearly asked for a shallow box to fit behind my seat. They installed a huge box that didn't fit, left it in the center of my van, and told me to come back the next day. When I did, the guy said, "My bad, fu," and told me to come back again. On the third visit, they tried another box that still didn't fit, and when I asked for a refund, he went behind my back and installed a cheap slim box I never ordered. The job was Mickey Mouse -- carpet peeling, ring added to make it fit, just sloppy. He also damaged my van, stepping on silicone tubes and leaving silicone all over my seats, floor, and steering wheel, sun visor, hardhat and miscellaneous tools. All I got was a "my bad." Even my tint job, which looked fine at first, had 3M logos all over the film that I now have to remove myself. These guys are unprofessional, careless, and just trying to make a quick sale. Do yourself a favor and go to a real shop. I'm now cleaning up their mess and still don't have the box I originally wanted and spent more than what it cost on Amazon for the correct speaker and box not including all the damages I have to take time out of my day to clean up and re buy two silicone caulking tubes that were $18 dollars each Avoid HD Car Stereo at all costs! read more
