I came to EZ tint for a quote and the gentleman here was very informative and helped me out deciding what type and tint color to get. i set up an appointment for the next day and he started on my car as soon as I arrived. didn't have to wait. the shop looks clean and nice and the final result was really good. I recommend this place and the price is fair. I had looked around and everyone else wants to charge way more. Also he shows you the material he uses I'm sure most people are hesitant and would like to know the material you pay for is the material being installed.

I ask to the owner of the shop to refund me the money of the labor i paid and he doesn't want to refund me the money, also i take pics of both of them to make a bad review and the lady told me that his brother is a layer and if i post something shes going to demand me. Shes the owner and she prefer money instead of having a happy customer, this kind of shops needs to disappear guys

I've never gotten my car tinted before, so I went in a little blind. EZ Tint had the best price I could find in the area. I didn't get his name, but the owner of the store was very patient and straightforward in explaining the price levels, quality, and warranties. I didn't want anything too dark; I just wanted something to minimize the heat. I ended up getting the 35% nano medium quality on all my windows except the windshield. My tint comes with a 5-year-warranty, which is pretty good in my opinion. I'm very satisfied with the result!

Trying to keep the business local , I came here , the worst job ever took my brand new Lexus , the window tint was not a professional job, it was full of bubbles , the Asian guy in Assuming he's the owner got so aggressive saying if I wanted a better job I should of gone somewhere else ! And the worst part the broke my Ac window and he kept saying no ! Sir the car is 1 day old , you have been the first person besides me that touched it ! Don't go there, I paid $300. But off course he took the Tint off my car and yes off course I wanted the tint off that's my car . I do want a professional job . You guys need to step it up . Took my vehicle to EZ Tint today to have the front windows re-tinted and will be returning to have the rear windows done in a few weeks. I purchased a used EV and the tint on the driver's side front window was cut off in the upper corner...it was unsightly, I wanted it fixed ASAP, and I knew exactly who to take it to. The gentleman that did my re-tint noticed and pointed out some small bubbling in the rear windows and I will be returning to redo those as well. EZ Tint is a neighborhood staple and gem in Gardena. Over the years, I have brought 3 vehicles here for tint work and this is my 4th. They do great work, for very good prices, provide fast, friendly, and professional service, and they offer a lifetime guarantee their "high quality" tint option(s)...which I always select. I have had brand new tint work and re-tint work done here and they are hands down the best in town! read more

For weeks I've been trying to get my windows tinted, getting quote and quote. It wasnt until I spoke with the people at EZ Tint that I mady decision on where to go. We communicated back and forth via text a couple times and I drove over. Waited about 30 minutes before they started work on my car and they were able to get everything completed in 90 minutes. There was many options for tint film but I settled on Ceramic tint and I'm glad I did. For $300 I was able to do all my windows with the best film possible which will definitely help protect the seats and keep temps low. Comes with a lifetime warranty and if there are any issues I can come back and they will fix for free. Definitely will recommend this location to friends and family interested in tinting their windows. read more

I went to EZ Tint last Friday to replace the tint on my passenger door after my window was shattered. Jay was super helpful. He was done in about 20 minutes and was able to help match the new tint to the old tint I had from 2018/19 under the previous owners. He's super friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my car in his care. Will be coming back, as my driver side door has a small chip in the old tint. Definitely recommend!! read more

He noticed how upset Martha was and told me to just pay the $17 (5%). When I said it was about the principle and that I was just clarifying a confusion, he called me a C U Next Tuesday and a bitch. Instead of diffusing the situation, Martha said, please don't talk to a paying customer that way. (You were not in the room when she said that to me.) She also never told him to stop engaging with me. She never told him not to speak to me that way. She just wouldn't stop bickering and rolling her eyes at us. Is this what you call exceptional customer service? Additionally, this was a CLEAR case of miscommunication. Why would we choose 5% over $25 off if $25 is more than 5%? We still paid almost $700 for the service and would have paid this anyways. The difference was literally $8. If you had just made it clear to begin with or cleared up the confusion nicely, I wouldn't have left this review.

BAIT AND SWITCH WARNING: Predatory Pricing & Legal Violations…read more I love to support local small businesses, but not the 'Bait and Switch' I experienced here. I have a written email quote from Precision Tint explicitly stating: 'you're looking at about 699.00 total' for ceramic tint and removal. Despite this written agreement, the shop manually entered a $900.00 'Custom Amount' plus tax on my receipt, totaling $983.25. This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. Hopefully, this saves others the headache of being overcharged. Shady business practices, please avoid. If you choose to do business here make sure to do so, at your own risk, as everyone's experiences may vary.
