We had James and his crew tint 11 windows, including three 6'x4' custom sliding doors and several odd-sized ones that are 10' from the floor, and we could not be happier. They were on time (actually worked me in early), were pleasant to have in my home, and did EXCELLENT work. There is a noticeable difference in the amount of sun coming through our west- and south-facing windows: those rooms are more comfortable and our rugs and photos are protected from UV and heat damage (which I learned from James is equally important). The entire experience from receiving my initial quote, setting a date and time, being welcomed and all the work being finished in a timely manner was PHENOMENAL. I requested all windows to be tinted and Richard told me recommendations and even showed me how each tint would look.
