This is a long overdue review. After we remodeled our new home with new floors, furniture and drapes, it dawned on us that we had a lot of beautiful natural light through the windows that could cause discoloration PLUS we wanted to be more energy efficient with our air conditioning. He was also very knowledgeable about the different products, their strengths and also the technical aspects of selecting the right product to achieve my goals but also protect the glass. After a very convincing and low pressured consultation, we placed our order and had a very easy , no mess install. We made sure our housekeeper uses a safe non abrasive cleaning solution based on Peter's recommendation and the film has been perfect for the last 5+ yrs. We actually forget it's there. I have been living in Manhattan beach for over 5 years and just now realized window tinting was something I could have done in my home. Hadn't written a review for a service that I had to cancel, but up to the cancellation (which was my choice based on the militant requirements of the HOA I am unfortunately a member of) the business relationship that I established with Window Tint LA was excellent. To wit: I received a phone call for an appointment within 10 minutes of my inquiry. That was fast! The tint consultant that came out, Max, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Buzz words that are used a lot, but all true. Sadly, I had to cancel the DAY before our installation, due to our HOA requirements. I was fearful of some type of cancellation fee (hey, business is business right?), but they not only were friendly, but I received a follow-up call three days later to see if there was anything else they could do for me. From the first point of contact to the day of installation, everyone was so friendly and professional. I was told that my installer would be Roger, so I knew who to expect. My appointment time was scheduled from 3-5 PM so I was quite surprised and so pleased when Roger called me the morning of installation well ahead of my appointment to see if he could come early. I was thrilled as I really had a lot on my calendar and this made my day so much easier to get the job done in the AM vs PM. Roger was such a gentleman, very professional in a uniform and logo on his shirt. He got right to work, laid out a towel so as not to make a mess on my counter, and was installing my film in no time at all. They have a lot of different products to choose from but the consultant helped me easily narrow it down and make the best selection to fit my needs.
