Manny is the man. He made time outside his schedule to see my property, took time to explain things well and give me his feedback on tinting without being a salesman. This is hard to find nowadays. The team did a great job, everything went smoothly and there were no issues at all. I'm happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who needs a solid tint job. read more

I reached out to Prestige Window Solutions for information about security film for our business's exterior windows. Sahara was incredibly helpful in gathering the details of what we needed, and both she and Manny took the time to educate me on the different types of security films available. They also provided quotes very quickly. Although our business ultimately went in a different direction, I really appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and responsive they were throughout the process. Their customer service was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking into security window film. read more

Just fantastic all around for my in home sun protection install. I wish all home services companies acted like these guys. First off, the company didn't ask or encourage me to write a review unlike many of these home services business. Every interaction with their staff was with professional and knowledgeable people who worked fast and did what they said they would. They have 3M film which is some of the best available. In terms of pricing, not cheap but seems very fair. They provide real quotes on paper in detail. Installer was friendly, on time and did a great job. read more

Responsiveness, Follow Up, Execution all hit the mark. They were quick to answer my call and schedule an appointment for quoting. Quote was quick and reasonable. I went with the 3M Prestige Exterior 60 for our house. Very similar to the high end HuperOptiks, which I have on my car. They kept a thread of communication open leading up each appointment and they arrived on time. The installation was professional, they kept their work space tight and organized, and clean up afterwards. The tint immediately showed a reduction in heat coming through our windows, and we're now ready for the summer. My suggestion is book now before the summer really kicks in! read more

Danny and Sahara were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with from the moment I reached out. Their excellent reviews on Yelp and Google are well-deserved. Danny took the time to explain the window film process and my options in detail over the phone. He even sent samples to help me choose the perfect shade and style for my rooms. I opted for a 15-level shade in my office, and the result was great. The window film has significantly reduced heat and glare, allowing me to enjoy natural light and my view throughout the day, without having to close the blackout curtains like before. Additionally, it provides excellent daytime privacy. When Lief showed up for the installation, he was very courteous and professional. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend their services. read more

Found Danny on Yelp. Started request via website which was very informative. Based on my needs, Danny made a recommendation and sent me some samples to my home. Communication was via phone, text, email and DocuSign then confirmation of appt. Danny and Josh were both very friendly, professional and tidy. The tint performed as expected and we're happy. I had 3M Sun Control Night Vision 25 and 35 applied on double paned clear windows. It helped with both direct sun during the day and at night it also provides better night views from the inside looking out. * Night Vision 25 was only for the direct sun facing south bedroom windows and west living room bay window. * Night Vision 35 for all other windows. From the outside, there's some reflectivity for privacy. From the inside view, glare is reduced, it's cooler from heat rejection, low interior reflectivity off the tint means- we can open the blinds enjoy the night views from inside and not our reflection. I wish we could've done this way earlier. Thanks Danny! read more

Fantastic! They are very professional. Manny showed up, took measurements, and gave me an even better quote than the one I received over the phone, which was the best anyway among all the other vendors. I made an installation appointment right before Manny left my house. Josh arrived right on time on the day of installation and beautifully installed 3M security films on nine large windows. The email and text message communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended! read more

The perfect solution to privacy! I have been struggling for years to provide some privacy to my unit, as all my windows face the common areas while also being the only source of natural light. Prestige put window film on both my major windows, which enabled the sun to still light well and warmly the entire condo while providing select privacy on my living room and bedroom. I regret not knowing that such almost magical solutions existed, especially for condos that look like doll houses in full view - which is my case. I am grateful to have discovered Prestige. Their agents are also very polite and well mannered, professional and friendly. This is a great company, with an ingenuous solution for our private lives in crowded cities. Thank you! read more

I called Prestige based on the previous positive reviews and was glad I did. The process was so simple and everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. They have the customer service nailed. Jeannine was very helpful and I thought the pricing was reasonable. While I was not home when the installation was done by Josh, my husband expressed how nice it was to have things go so smooth. We have had a great deal of work done recently and the process is not always this easy. We are very pleased. read more

Prestige Window Solutions sets the high benchmark by which all businesses should be measured. I was impressed from the first phone call ... yes, they actually pick up their phones (kudos to Jeannine). They provided me with options for my scenario - to protect my baby grand piano. They are consistently professional and dependable. Also, it was fascinating watching the installation. Josh did a superb job! I would highly recommend this company. Excellent on all levels! Darkened/Tinted Security Film is now perfectly providing the added security, shading & privacy we were looking for! We almost made the mistake of putting in shutters for our very large Fleetwood disappearing sliding glass doors with a view of the ocean. We are so happy to be able to look out while greatly diminishing the ability of the many people walking by on the other side of our wall from looking in. We feel more secure and the sun has been lessened the perfect amount from shining in & heating up the house. Danny, Ed & Lief were all very professional, courteous and a joy to have working at our house. We wish them well. read more

Danny came and went just today and I can't even begin to say how satisfied and impressed I am with his service. From the start, Danny was extremely professional in terms of his timely communication. For example, if I had any questions or concerns, he would respond via email or text within seconds. He gave great advice and recommendations in terms of what we needed for our home as our top priority was keeping as much of the sun's radiation out without compromising the window's aesthetic value. We decided to go with the Opitune 5. But first, Danny mailed us two samples overnight with specifications to choose from and followed up with us regarding our preferences days leading up to the installation. Without fail, Danny was punctual today (the day he put up the film), taking around 2.5 hours for four elevated and oddly shaped windows. Right from the start, we could tell that these were the right films for us. Plus, you can't beat a lifetime warranty. So all-in-all, we would highly recommend Danny and Prestige for your window tinting needs. read more

We had gel put on very big and very high windows this weekend. Leif and his assistant did an amazing job. Excellent service by Danny and his technician. The product makes me feel safer in my home and on the Sun facing windows is like adding sunglasses to my home, reducing the glare and adding privacy and security. While there is cost involved, the service and execution was top notch and I feel like I got value for the investment. Wouldn't hesitate to call Danny again if I needed to do it again. read more

Five stars are not sufficient to express how amazing our experience has been with PWS. Starting with Danny- his knowledge and patience in guiding us in choosing the right film to solve our issue was spot on. To the office staff- Genine who was courteous and professional when I called and finally to the young men that installed the film- John, Gary and Michael. Just an overall great experience. read more

I was looking to get my windows tinted and Yelp is always my go-to to find reliable businesses. I used the blast email option and Danny, the owner of Prestige Window Solutions, was the first to respond (and not a generic reply from a business). I actually had a text conversation with him, on a Sunday evening, I believe. I liked that he gave me an approximate estimate for the job (7 tall windows) right over Yelp messenger. I got a few other responses, but I felt the most comfortable moving forward with hiring Prestige Window Solutions for the competitive but affordable pricing and Danny was personable and explained the process to me without getting overly technical. Danny and his staff did an amazing job on my windows. They were clean and efficient. There was a minor hiccup with one of my electical blinds malfunctioning due to water from the cleaning preparation, but Danny was responsive and came back and helped resolve the issue on his time. Danny's customer service was just A+ all the way from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to hire Danny/Prestige Window Solutions again or refer him to friends and family. I would encourage everyone who is considering residential or commercial window tinting to call Prestige Window Solutions, you will be glad you did! Thanks Danny!!! read more

Recently had the windows of our 3 bedrooms that get hit with the sun all day tinted by Danny and his team. The reason for doing it was to mainly cool down our nursery room for our newborn. I initially talked to Danny and he helped walked me through all of the different available options to choose from. You can really tell he's very passionate about he and his company does and will provide you with all of the information you can handle so that you can make the choice that works best for you. Within a few days, I got the samples and within a week, I was able to get scheduled for installation. The prices are just as competitive or even better than the others! The job was completed within 2 hours and Danny's team was very professional! After the job was completed, i received a phone call from Danny later on that day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and that the installation looked perfect. Just amazing service and all around great experience. They go above and beyond here for you. I would highly recommend Prestige Window Solutions if you need to get your windows tinted! read more
