I am a local interior designer and worked for the first time with Prestige Window Solutions in July 2018 for an install for Pure Smiles South Bay, a Pediatric Biological Dental Practice. As this was my first time using a company to install decorative film I went to my trusted source, Yelp for referrals and reviews and did my homework. I was not disappointed! Danny was competitive in his pricing, exuded passion for his business and his obvious customer care won him the bid. Its easy to judge a business when everything goes smoothly but sometimes things don't quiet fall into place, these are the moments that define, a company. Danny went above and beyond to resolve an issue not of his doing but a flaw in the product (film) specified for a high traffic area that was not going to hold up as intended. I don't give 5 stars lightly. I have one large window and two normal size windows that get sun all day long. My house would get VERY hot. I sent Danny a text through yelp - with pictures. He responded pretty quick- made an appointment to come see them and give me a quote. We set a time - he was even early. Danny has great energy. I have a no shoes in my house rule- he had no problem with that as many others do. He gave me a price - broke it down in case I wanted to do two windows separately. I wasn't sure if one of them should have it. He explained everything in detail and without being in a rush. He offered to put a strip on that window - for me to "test" it. To see how it looked at night from the street - because I wanted to see how tinted it looked. He told me - "when I come back to do the big window - you can let me know what you decide". I loved how he was no pressure.I set up an appointment time for the next week. I tested the strip out and decided to go for it. Sent him a personal text - he responded and we will connect the following week. He came again - on time and prepared - when coming in he noticed my screen door had an issue - he went and got a tool out of his car and came and fixed it !!! Yea !!! To me that's going a step further and showed he's about the client and not the hustle. He came in did all three windows - he was very good about cleaning up his mess - and wiping up after himself. He explained I might have some bubbles that work themselves out- he showed me where there were imperfections in the glass so,I would know it's not the tint. After I paid him - he gave a receipt and also said no cleaning for 30-60 days. At about 2 weeks he sent a text (that is how I like to communicate) asking how everything was - he said he would come back if there was anything that I was unsatisfied with. I told him so far it looks great! Well, that was over two months ago that he came. I will say it was a A+ experience with him - I would HIGHLY recommend him for the job and I will be having him come back out to my house to tint more windows because it has dropped the temp in my house about 10* when it gets hot. Also- I do not know him and he is NOT related to me in any way. He's just a great guy with impeccable business skills that deserves as much business as possible. You will not be dissatisfied! My windows look great and I did NOT have any issues at all. Great Job!! read more

I was very impressed with Danny's work ethic and responsiveness. It was a pleasure speaking with someone who answered all my questions clearly and communicated every step. I would hire him again without hesitation and will definitely recommend him. I originally called in July-August because I have all west facing windows with a beautiful ocean view. I wanted to protect my carpets, wood floors and art without obscuring the view and something that would help cool the room. He helped me choose the perfect film. My 10' wide living room sliding glass patio door faces west in the hot west San Fernando Valley and generates a lot of heat requiring my AC to kick into overdrive. My kitchen also faces east and gets intense morning sun from late spring though early fall. Daniel and his team were prompt and professional when they showed up on time to install the 3M film which made an immediate impact. I can keep the draperies drawn back to enjoy the view without worrying about the heat and sun damage to my wood floors, furniture and art. The savings on my electric bill cannot be overestimated. I waited a few days from my install before writing this review. Danny arrived promptly both during our initial consultation and install date. He was very friendly and easy to talk to answering all my questions and pointing me in the right direction for the best choice of film for my application. Danny did a fantastic job on our window tinting. Our apartment was like an oven with all the sun and glare entering through the windows. We were running the air conditioning almost 24 hours a day with little improvement. And leaving the curtains open had so much glare. This was an absolutely wonderful experience! Danny matched us with the perfect product to protect our art from UV rays and excessive heat coming from a window at the top of a 15 foot wall. Can't say enough good things about Danny, his prices, and quality of work. We have high ceilings and double decker windows. It was too difficult to cover the upper windows with coverings so we opted for a tint. Danny recommended the perfect tint to keep out glare and excessive light while brining a softer natural light in. His team was courteous and professional upon installation, and his prices were very competitive and fair. He had a quick turn around time as well and was able to order our tint and set up an installation fairly quickly. Last August, the afternoon sun was coming in our windows so bright and hot that we couldn't sit in the living room until sundown. He did a very professional job and was easy to work with. He showed us samples of the tints so we could choose the best film for the glare we were having. Danny did an outstanding job installing a protection film on our large view window. I explained to him over the phone that I wanted something that was clear but would cut down on the UV that was damaging our wall art. Danny brought several samples of tint shading and explained the UV, heat and light protection provided by each. He also had my selection and size with him and he consulted, installed and was out in less than 90 minutes! Neat, professional and extremely pleasant. Danny returned my call for an estimate the same day. We set the appointment for the estimate. Danny arrived ahead of time. Before, any measurements were taken, Danny explained in greater detail his products and what they would accomplish. He placed the samples (against the windows), then asked if I wanted to proceed. No hard sell, whatsoever. On the day of install (June 19), Danny arrived ahead of time and went straight to work. No interruptions. No side trips to hardware stores. Just straight installation. Danny reviewed, with me, the 1st window completed -- to make sure I was satisfied. He then proceeded to complete the job. Total time for the install (7 windows - 2-story home): 3 1/2 hours. One final inspection/review -- room-by-room -- and the clean-up. My windows look great. The rooms are indeed cooler (especially west-facing). I'm extremely satisfied with the work/product.
