He gave me a great price to upgrade to ceramic from carbon & I don't regret it (last time I did carbon, which was good but I could tell the car is more shade protected & higher quality). Needed to get a fix-it ticket signed off. NL was able to accommodate me same-day and within the hour, the tint was removed off the windshield. I had to come back for side window removal since I didn't realize that "windshield tint" involved the front side windows. Nevertheless, Oscar was a stand up guy and the price quoted was great.
