I wanted my windows and moonroof tinted on my new Model Y, and fortunately found this place which is walking distance from my house. I called a few days before and spike to the owner Jose. I told him when I was going to pick up my car in the morning. He said to just come by and drop off my car. He was so nice and walked me through the different tint options. The tint on the moonroof of the model Y isn't dark enough to prevent glare. So he suggested the perfect tint that will provide enough to prevent glare and some heat protection. Also he suggested tint shades for the side and front & rear windows. It took about 5-6 hours. Loved the way it came out. Fresh Window Tint is a family run business. His son and nephews do the work. The number of reviews and satisfaction from previous customers was also reassuring. When I got there, I spoke to Jose (owner) and he was very thorough with the different products. He even had a demonstration of the different tiers of tints compared to the default windows that comes with the Tesla. You could tell he has said this stuff hundreds of times in the past. He's a very polished salesman but he made it a point that he won't push for upgrades or more expensive versions if it wasn't your original intention. His team worked very fast. I was talking to Jose the entire time and they finished all windows and windshield within 1.5 hours or so. I was on the fence about the sunroof but he said to think about it and he'd charge me the original quoted price in the future if I were to go for it. Disclaimer: I did not end up getting services done by Jose and his team. I found Fresh Window Tint while searching for Autobahn Ceramic tinting dealers around me. Out of all the dealers, they had the best and highest number of reviews. I called and Jose was immensely helpful. He's the type of person you can just tell is genuine and stands by his work and his word. I just got a new car, so I wanted to get ceramic coating and tinting installed. When I showed up to the shop, he showed me the options and we discussed pricing. The shop itself is super clear and modern. It's definitely no run-of-the-mill tint shop and you can tell they do high end work. Jose offered an extremely fair and competitive price on ceramic coating. For the tinting, however, things were significantly pricier than what research suggested (nearly 3x). The prices advertised in the shop seemed to be for the full car, but I was getting a only my side and rear windows done. Jose offered a discount, but it still seemed excessive. I left my car with Jose and decided to do more research. I found a few shops willing to do the work for nearly a third of the cost, but they had less of a reputation and/or some fairly bad reviews. I tried to see if Jose was willing to match the pricing of competitors, but he stood firm in his pricing and offered me the opportunity to walk away, get a refund, and go to another shop. He knows the quality of his work and stands by it -- something I can certainly respect. I would have loved to have my car done with Jose and Fresh Window Tint, I just couldn't justify paying such a significant premium compared to others in the area, selling the same product. I may very much live to regret not going with what is clearly the best shop in the area -- I just couldn't justify the premium given my near car is a lease, despite how much I respect Jose and his work. read more

Purchased a new car and wanted to get it ppf'd, decided to give this shop a chance since of the price and ratings. After receiving my car back i noticed lots of mistakes everywhere on my car and since this was my first ppf getting done i wasn't sure if it was normal to have this many mistakes so i took it to multiple professional shops where i was informed this wasnt a professional job this was more amateur job. I proceed to contact this shop and request for a refund which they denied and offered to redo the ppf or touch up the mistakes but after hearing from multiple shops i didnt feel comfortable and i even offered to accept a partial refund which the owner denied at first and then offered me again a retouch and also offered to throw in a free ceramic coating which i still didn't feel comfortable taking because it wasn't about the money it was more of me feeling comfortable. The owner then stated he would call me back and see what he can do for me, it has now been 4 weeks and have not heard from the owner and i did try calling the owner but no answer so i'm writing this to help other people out. I cant speak on their tint skills but this is more for the ppf side of things. i even looked through the reviews and only found one person mentioning ppf, most of them are about the tint. I really didn't want to write this because the owner was nice and kind until i stated i wouldn't want to proceed with a retouch started to get rude. Owner also tried to tell me the receipt said non refundable but owner never provided a receipt to me and last time we spoke he said he would send it over but owner went MIA on me.(there is way more photos then this literally every panel has an issue read more
