Jorge did an amazing job on my vehicle tint. My car literally feels brand new!! He explained the different options I had and the variety of shades to choose from. It was my first time getting a tint done so I obviously had a lot of questions, but Jorge answered them all thoroughly. He was very friendly, attentive and made sure to go through every advantage/disadvantage of each option so that I could ultimately make the best decision. At first, I was a little confused when I saw that I was pulling up to a residential, but came to find that his business is setup in his lot at home! I arrived at 3:30 pm, and the work was finished by 7:30 pm. His pricing is also very affordable which I appreciated because before being recommended here by a friend, lots of places were quoting me double or almost triple the price. Limo tint (5%). Quick and clean install. The prices he offered were also reasonable. I had got off work at 5pm called and he made time for me. Took around 15-25 minutes for him to size, cut, install AND CLEAN. A lot of tiny shops I've been to don't seem to clean the remaining water reside and water spots. Called for a quote. Was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. Asked when I can get there and I was like 30 mins and he said nah that's not gunna work. I began counting out my windows because I can and he cut me off and started saying he knows all the cars in the industry but wouldn't even let me tell him what kind of car I have or the amount of windows I have or wanted tinted. If he is so impatient with a simple phone call what makes a potential customer think he will be able to have patience doing a service we have paid for. Then told me that if I found him on Google his address is on there, instead of taking the time to give me the correct information. This owner is just insensitive, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, unreliable and egotistical. Owner kept harassing me. Kept calling my phone and from a different number as well. I do not need to answer my phone especially if I'm not going to be serviced. Especially if I don't have a scheduled appointment. He only kept calling me because he didn't like the review I left on Google. Owner definitely came off as rude. It is also extremely unprofessional for a business to post someone's personal number online because they're mad. Then claims I'm a competitor trying to ruin his business. I was a potential customer that just wanted my windows tinted. I'm glad I did not waste my money here. I went somewhere else and I'm extremely happy with the tint work. I also won't be surprised if he comes on here saying I'm a liar and everything else like he did on my Google review. If the calls are "recorded" please post them. There prices are pretty high for what they offer, you could find a local tint shop for half the price and same if not better quality. I passed on them and found a better shop who understood my new car and took apart the door to apply the proper tint and was very helpful in explaining the tint brands and levels and how they effect the car. The only good part is there mobile and coke to you but you are paying a lot for that. read more
