Konstantin assured…read moreme they were expert at exotic car installation so I scheduled them to do the install at my home. The quality, for the most part, of the components (new speakers, subwoofer, amplifier, etc) they used were great. The problem was the installer (not Konstantin) who really had no idea what he was doing. He had to come three times to try and correct his substandard mistakes which, ultimately, did not provide me with the set-up I wanted. First of all I wanted to be able to plug in an MP3 player that didn't have Bluetooth and that never happened. Secondly I wanted to be able to use Bluetooth for another MP3 player. Apparently he was unaware that my Alpine stereo already came with Bluetooth so he installed an additional Bluetooth. He did attempt to install a wired adapter for the non-Bluetooth MP3 player but in doing so he eliminated my ability to use the speaker for phone calls so that was a no go. Do you think he'd remove the wiring after learning it wasn't an appropriate patch? No, he left it there and detached it from the pre-amp. And the preamp was a discontinued 6 channel that as it turned out was entirely unnecessary. I learned all this because my system started clipping at normal volumes out of the blue. I took my car over to a local audio company thinking that maybe it was a loose wire (actually finding out one of the wires to the passenger side speaker had come loose) only to discover the extent of the screwed up installation. They showed me that under the carpet of the trunk a whole mess of unattached wiring had been left as garbage when the original installer discovered his efforts weren't working. That's when I learned of a multitude of screw-ups by this guy: 1. As I mentioned the preamp (about $150.00) wasn't necessary 2. He didn't bother to either insulate or use enough screws to secure the subwoofer 3. The subwoofer was wired as if it was a regular speaker so it wasn't performing the function it was meant for 4. He could have easily, if he knew what he was doing, tapped into the Alpine stereo to add wiring so I could use my non-Bluetooth MP3 player After spending $3,000 with LCA I am PISSED OFF that they did such a substandard job that ended costing me an additional $680 ($180 for troubleshooting and $500 to correct the mistakes) to fix their fuck-ups. Insulation was installed behind the subwoofer and secured appropriately. The preamp was removed and I threw it away since it was a discontinued product. New wiring was installed from the amplifier to the speakers. A wire harness was installed with a jack from the stereo so I could use my Bluetooth MP3 player. The redundant Bluetooth unit was removed, etc. All I can say is don't trust this company with your audio needs because they have no idea what they are doing!

After that i got my second car and they tinted the whole car and did an amazing job and it wasn't crazy expensive. it was actually super cheap $210 for the whole car except sunroof. I haven't found prices like that any where else. I got my buddies car tinted here too.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. I want to believe that if something was accidentally disturbed during the installation, it was simply an accident. Then 5 months later one of the door speaker started to make a loud noise that's wasn't normal. Took it to them change rca from voice amp and open my subwoofer box to look for loose cables then after that my bass wasn't the same no more and the noise kept happening, so took it multiple times with them bought new tweeter, bass amp is clipping now, bass quality is not the same. I ask why my bass doesn't the same and they only said I need 10s or 12s so the bass be louder but that wasn't issues with this at first place it was voice speaker making a noise. Bought battery because maybe that was issue and no. Until now my sound system doesn't sound the same.

However when I got there, he quoted me $240 because he had to install a custom bracket for the rear camera. (The custom bracket was just a piece of plastic taped to the rear headrest.) I did not have much time so I agreed to do it. A couple months later, the dash cam stopped working. When I contacted him regarding the issue, he quoted me $80 for a diagnostics fee. I went with someone else who did it for a fraction of that price. I guess it was my fault that I paid for his service. If you're a customer, ASK FOR "OUT THE DOOR PRICE"
