I've taken them 2 of my vehicles I've never been satisfied with their work for the money I've spent with them. (Over 6,000$ of work.) First vehicle they broke all the clips on my door panels for my BMW 3 series left a big scratch on my trunk. Didn't properly set up my amps and blew out all 4 of my door speakers first day I got it back. Then charged me 250 (each door) just to replace the speakers (I brought my own) went down the street to Bobs Car Audio they changed them for 40$ total In January 2023 took them my 2021 mustang GT First off they didn't do what we agreed on lining my whole car with dynamat(only lined the trunk) instead just took off money from the original price instead of telling me he didn't do what I asked for (wasn't the worst part) They left a giant whole in the front of my car which connect audio power to the battery which I didn't find out until it rained and I had a gallon of water underneath my right car side carpet. Went to confront the owner who wasn't their worker told me he'd make sure he called me back (he never did now apparently he sold it to somebody) this place is the worst sound place to go to Go to Bobs Car Audio in Torrance instead they actually know what they're doing! Unfortunately I deleted all the picture I took out of trust they'd right their wrongs but I have a video of ME fixing it. This place has the best value for money. They offer an economical alternative to the bigger brand tints like 3M. This place offers a brand called American tint. They have a variety of tint shades and a ceramic option as well. The quality and heat rejection are great and you really can't differentiate between the bigger name brands. Now we get to part where I went from 5 stars to 3. I've been here a total of 3 times, the first was for a ceramic tint application. I called ahead of time and was quoted a price, I drive in and ask for the same product and was giving a much higher price. After questioning the difference the owner came down to the original price quoted over the phone. We shake hands and I pick up the vehicle a few hours later. At first I was a bit thrown off by the amount of water not squeezed out during the installation process but they re assured me the water would evaporate and the tint would look great in 5 days. After about 4 days the tint dried great and here's were my problems began. I inspected the work and I spotted gaps in the tint letting light through. I then spotted creases in the tint. After driving back to the business the second time to rectify the issues, the owner told me I have unlimited warranty and they would take care of it for me. A few hours later and I picked up my vehicle. Again I let the 5 days pass and I inspected the tint. I requested for 5 % tint on the rear of the vehicle and 20% tint on the driver and front passenger windows. I noticed a substantial difference in light looking at my rear windshield when compared to my rear windows and I was shocked to realize that the rear window almost looked like my front 2 windows. So I take the vehicle back and show the difference to the owner. He tries to tell me there is no difference and pulls out a laser thermometer. After explaining to him that my issue was not a temperature issue but a tint shade issue he offered to replace it ( Making a comment "if I replace it and there's no difference in tint shade then will you pay for the new tint"). After seeing how dissatisfied I was he started working on the rear windshield right away. As far as customer relations goes, they are very professional and always took ownership of the work they did to my vehicle. I was definitely impressed by this because any other shop would not have treated me with the amount of respect they did especially after seeing me walk through the door the 3rd time. The quality of work was not the best and after going back and forth 3 times and spending countless hours I was a bit annoyed because they could have done things right the first time. I am currently sitting in the shop verifying the work is being done right and at the end I am satisfied with the work. read more
