I said thats fine and he started diagnosing and after roughly 45 minutes or so he comes back and says I see power going to the amp but its not working so we feel you need to replace the amp and the converter for $950 and I wasn't comfortable replacing because they seemed stumped and of course replacing would most likely figure it out. Anyways I went to get a second opinion and when i received the diagnosis it was a loose wire and they didnt charge me anything so i save a grand!! Please yourself a favor and if something sounds funny or way over priced get at minimum a second opinion.

Lucky for me, I was helped by Luis and it's safe to say HE HOOKED IT UP! I'm honestly glad I trusted his recommendations and his work. I originally been looking into the Wolfbox 3-channel system, specifically because its popular with the bronco but after explaining to him what I wanted and the kind of coverage I was looking for, Luis recommended the Acumen M4 Quad instead, It gave me four camera channels with coverage for the front, rear AND both sides of my Bronco. I've been sideswiped before, so having that extra coverage was a huge selling point for me. Now when I look at my Bronco and know I have cameras covering all four sides, I genuinely feel more secure no matter how crazy LA drivers / traffic gets. The finished setup is seriously PRISTINE* My rearview mirror is now a digital display for the camera system, and Luis installed cameras underneath both side mirrors that integrate with my turn signals. When I signal, the camera for that side comes up on the display so I can actually see what's next to me which is better than most new-age stock set-ups. But what really impressed me was how CLEAN the installation came out. Look at the pictures! Nothing looks like it was just thrown onto my car. Luis even CUSTOM PRINTED a mount specifically fitted for the spare on my Bronco to get the best possible view of my rear camera. That attention to detail alone showed me I had someone working on my vehicle who actually knew what he was doing. I'm VERY particular about who I let touch my car and I ask a lot of questions. Luis was very knowledgeable, explained my different options, and gave me the information I needed to make my own informed decision without pressuring me into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. Another thing I really liked was the support after the installation. Luis explained that as an Acumen distributor, if I ever have an issue with the camera system or need help with a warranty concern, I can work directly with him instead of having to figure everything out through some random third party or dealing with some long over-the-phone wait to go through some customer service representative. We all know what a pain and waste of time that can be. I really like knowing I can go back to the same person who actually installed it and knows exactly how everything was set up to fix whatever issue may arise with my equipment. The entire installation was completed within one day, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved, and I ended up getting MORE functionality than I originally planned for. I'm still planning on doing my stereo upgrade, so I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready for phase two. For now, this camera installation alone was worth leaving the review. Luis hooked it up, the work is clean, everything functions exactly how I wanted it to and more, and most importantly, I feel better protected driving my Bronco. The pictures speak for themselves. From sound matting doors to installing 3way components in the front to the coaxials in the back. The wiring along the door panels and connection of the DSP to the head unit. He layed a wire with requested extra length to the rear subwoofer. Created a Amp rack and mounted the MonoBlock, 4 channel and Epicenter on it, clean as a whistle! NICE! Took the time to time align and set a rounded tuning on the DSP. This dude is amazing! Any one who complains about this guy probably didnt spend their money with him but tried to nickel and dime the process and he is not expensive. Get it done right the first time. Was given Sal's info and he immediately got back to me and was very responsive to text, e-mail, phone calls. It was very easy to make an appointment with Sal and he made my car a priority. If anything, I had a busy schedule and was trying to find time to bring my car down to the shop. Once there, we agreed that he would add flashers on different parts of the car and the company logo. He mentioned that he also had the rear view mirror that is also a camera and allows for live video feed that shows the entire street or freeway behind the car, so there's no blind spots when merging. I drive a lot for work in many locations so this was a definite necessity as I saw it as a safety feature. I was not in a rush to get the vehicle back and he had it done in a week. It could have been faster, I just held up the process with getting approvals. I love all the new features and would recommend 310 for any services. There's a warranty on the lights and the rear view mirror cam and he says to just stop by and he'll unplug whatever is not working and replace it with a new one right away. A lot of our guys got their vehicles done here and he knows since we rely on our trucks and vehicles that he'll have us in and out of there in a few minutes if he can. They're also an award winning shop with awards for the loudest sound system. Definitely would come back for more stuff with my own personal car. Sal keeps everyone updated on where he's at with the process and is on top of it as far as invoices, deadlines, etc. I drove all the way from Orange County and a few other guys have too as it's worth the drive and the work speaks for itself.
